The hotel was nice but I was promised a spa room even double checked at check-in and still didn’t get one had a regular king sofa room and all of the spa rooms were booked up but I still paid the same price

How nice the staff was in the morning

The fact that your website has the wrong rooms listed. I don’t suggest booking through booking.com. I booked a room that was suppose to be a king executive suite with a personal spa. I paid 350$ for the room and drove there just to relax in the hot tub in my room. When we got there, there was no personal spa. The room was huge. But there was nothing to do. It was just me and my husband and this big room for nothing. The hotel staffs response kinda sucked. I’m guessing this happens a lot. They pretty much just said ohh yea we always have problems when people book with them, and that more than most they mess up the rooms. I asked them why even continue to partner with them then? They didn’t have an answer. We won’t be booking through third party anymore. Lesson learned.

The staff was awesome. Breakfast was good and the location fit my needs perfectly.

My room wasn’t cleaned properly. The carpet was full of stains and the headboard and wallpaper was peeling. The room was dated and we had a poor view of mountains. The hot tub was full of dirt.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it’s always a great stay. The front desk staff are really nice and it’s very clean. The breakfast is very tasty and there’s plenty of food. The location is just ok. It’s just off I90 which is good however there’s really no place to walk to for dinner and it’s a good 5 miles from the university. Otherwise, highly recommended!!
