Beautiful beach home, great location on beach, breath taking view from the balcony. Clean home. We would book it again for sure.

We stayed for a long weekend to visit family. Beach access is great and the ladies that did my check in were just fabulous! Very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them. The house was clean and functional. A great location and perfect beach access!

We came for spring break with four families! Everyone had a great time:) The house was clean, beautiful, had a perfect location right on the beach and had a fun restaurant right across the street. There’s a gas station and an incredible fish market within minutes of walking! The owners are so nice and easy to work with. We had no problems at all with the house all week! We only wish we could have stayed long..,, We will be back!!

We rented this house for an extended family beach trip. There were 13 of us total. The house was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The direct access to the beach cannot be beat. The owners were so kind and responsive. They made sure we had their phone numbers and were able to reach them in case of any issues (which we did NOT have). I highly recommend this rental.

This place was great. Plenty of room for all 12 of us! Gorgeous gorgeous rooms!! And the kitchen was so awesome! Plus a Great view! Loved this place! The mattresses could have been a little more comfortable, but otherwise this place was perfect.

This was a great home away from home for a relaxing and fun week at the beach. The home was clean and organized, located close to most attractions in the Panama City Beach area.

This was our third trip to this beautiful beach home and we were greeted this time by an absolutely beautiful redone home that included a gorgeous remodeled kitchen and decor. The beds are super comfortable and the new couch in the living room was so perfect for relaxing and accommodating for large family. We love that we can step right out to the beach and enjoy the sand, clear blue water and amazing sun rises and sunsets! Already booked for a return next year!

Every detail about this property was spot on. From the location, beach access, rooms, etc. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The shops were convenient, grocery stores and gas station. Waking up every morning was like having our own oasis in the back yard with the crashing of the waves was a melody of music. My family and I have decided we will be back. This house was amazing! Clean, newly updated, close to all the restaurants and activities without being in the middle of traffic. Plenty of room for a big family and steps to the beach making it easy to go in and out to the beach as much as you want. The host was so sweet and greeted us and answered any questions we needed. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of vacation homes in PCB. The home was gorgeous and the beach location was beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. We had 7 adults and 4 children and we all had plenty of space. We’ve stayed in many beach houses over the years and this was by far, our favorite! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Impressive home right on the beach in Panama City Beach, FL. Great location and super friendly property management team /owners. Definitely would recommend them if looking for a great spot on the beach near everything.

The house was right on the beach. 10 people were in the group and we had plenty room. The house was beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. Local bar across the street to listen to music and enjoy entertainment without having to drive anywhere after long days at the beach. Owners pleasant and more than willing to help anyway they can or answer questions. Would stay there again. Well pleased with the trip!

Our stay at Silver Sands Beach house was so wonderful. Karen greeted us when we arrived and explained everything about the place. We had 9 people included one kid and had space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house is in a perfect spot on the beach where it doesn’t get crowded. The neighbors were friendly and there were grocery stores and markets close by to purchase food to cook. I would recommend this place to any family looking for a beach vacation!!!

Tons of room for everyone to spread and very nice that each bedroom has their own bathroom.

The location of this property is awesome, the beach is right out your back door and not at all crowded. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a large family. There is plenty of room for everyone (we had 12 adults). Bueno was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for us. My dad sisters and my children with their children. We all enjoyed our stay. We all wished that we could have stayed longer. We were very fortunate to be able to swim everyday we were there. The beach was beautiful the water so clear. I would recommend this place to anyone beautiful. Everything we needed was there to cook or to order in. Thank you so much.

Property was above average overall. Perfect location on the beach and nice neighborhood (except for the shady motel next door). Buena and Bill were very friendly and easy to work with. The house was clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels/washcloths for our party of 12. Very few issues overall. We had a smoke detector beeping and it was taken care of the next morning. The garage overhead lights did not work at all. We found and killed 4 giant flying palmetto bugs (roaches) in the house. Some of the drawer facings and cabinet doors were loose or falling off. Furniture has that “rental” feel to it but was expected from the photos. House would be even better if there was a built on deck like the other 9 units in that section but it’s a non deal breaker. A bit pricey for the quality but you’re paying for the location and the amount of space. Pleased with our stay.

Very easy and will again

Wonder place and had a great stay again. Awesome views on all 3 floors, right next to the beach, large kitchen for meal prep, plenty of room. The beach in front actually had sand bars (slightly submerged) about 30 feet out, which was great as you could body surf on the back side of the bar where the waves broke and carried you across the distance of the bar towards the shore.

This house is clean and super nice! Right on the beach. We loved having 5 bathrooms and the balconies facing the ocean. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend!

We loved that every room has it's own bathroom, so there is plenty of space to stretch out and have a little privacy. The house is in good condition, though some furnishings are probably on their last leg. The sofas in particular are stained and smelly, so we would recommend ownership replacing those at some point. We thought it ironic that due to Covid they asked us to bring our own blankets, but the sofa seemed like a breeding ground for all kinds of interesting bacteria. The property managers are very helpful. It was really sweet that Buena met us and gave a personal instruction tour. She was responsive to any questions I had. Kitchen is well stocked with baking dishes and electronics but make sure and bring spices, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trashbags, and paper towels. This house only leaves one trashbag in its own little wrapper, which we laughed at. It was noted on previous reviews and wasn't addressed by the owners, but having their personal family photos throughout the entire home is WEIRD. That is basically the number one no no in vacation rentals.
