Everything about this property was perfect! Although the inside was spacious and tastefully decorated, the outside was amazing. The pool and spa were used everyday (lots of pool floaties). The waterfall and koi were such a nice serene touch. The location was conveniently close to downtown. 5 stars for sure!

The Bella Vista is a lovely place in the Movie Colony. We have stayed in many rentals in Palm Springs, and this was one of the very best homes. The house is very spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. Appliances are new, mattresses comfortable, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The back yard was spacious with a great pool and hot tub. The variety of spaces in the backyard were very fun. We enjoyed the beautiful koi pond, the landscaping and flowers, and the barbecue area had tables and a large tv on the patio wall. We didn’t have time to use the indoor sauna or bocci ball area. There were plenty of cushioned lounge chairs and towels to use by the pool. The location was very central to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely stay in this house again.

This was our 4th year staying at this property. Ric and his team are great to work with. The house is clean, spacious, the yard and landscaping are gorgeous, and it’s easy to get around town from this neighborhood. We enjoying coming back to this house every year for new memories.

We were vacationing with our family of 7 and this home was perfect for us. Loved having ensuite bathrooms and lots of clean towels. Each BR also had a TV, if you had the time to watch. The home was very roomy, lots of space fo everyone. We didn't find the family room sofa very comfortable for watching TV together but, we made it work. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of dinnerware.
Our favorite thing about this property was the outside space and pool/hot tub. Everyone spent most of the time in, or near, the water. We had the pool heated and it was worth it as there were a couple cool days but everyone still swam. There were lots of loungers and plenty of towels. The space is beautifully landscaped and it was fun feeding the fish in the Koi pond.
The neighborhood was enjoyable to walk around and the location is very convenient to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores.
We would stay here again.

Our group of eight enjoyed our time here with plenty of space inside and out. The private yard offers many different spots to relax with a beautiful view of the mountains or pool. Many of the furnishings have been updated and there are opportunities to further freshen the decor and fixtures. Overall, a very well equipped home with a convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

Bella Vista is a lovely spot which easily accommodated my 6 sisters and myself for a recent family reunion weekend in Palm Springs. The location is excellent and there was something for everyone to do with easy access into Palm Springs and a myriad of other local outdoor options including gorgeous hiking trails. The house is large and open with 4 bedrooms & 8 beds incl 4 Queens/1 King and 4 1/2 baths. The house was clean, welcoming and beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and gorgeous yard including a koi fish pond and pool/jacuzzi.
Unfortunately, we encountered a couple of glitches during our stay including a broken sound system and pool heater. But Ric, the Rental Agent, and his assistant were very accessible & responsive. They brought us a new portable speaker right away which we appreciated. The pool heater problem was tougher to solve and despite attempts to fix it,the pool heater remained totally broken down - the luck of the draw, I guess. Though that was disappointing, Ric refunded us for the pool heating cost plus a day's rental for our trouble and the lack of a heated pool/jacuzzi during our stay which we greatly appreciated. And - good news - Ric told me they've now put a whole new pool heating system in at the house so I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I'm rating it a 4 given the broken heater but it will be a definite 5 going forward with a new working pool heater+!.

This was a great house. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever been in. The outdoor area was phenomenal. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Property exceeded our expectations. Great layout, well stocked kitchen, amazing desert Mountain View’s. Fantastic outdoor space, hot tub and pool were enjoyed every day. Great koi pond and bocce too. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms and closets. Highly recommend this property. And Property manager Ric Gomez is great, very responsive and detailed host!

This was the second time we stayed at this property. There is plenty of room for a family vacation. The beds are comfortable, the appliances excellent, and is well equipped for preparing meals. The pool and spa are great. Since we stayed there last time, there is now a charge for pool and spa gas heating. We did not read the VRBO posting carefully so there was an extra charge. With the price of natural gas going up, it's understandable. You will enjoy this property!

Everything was as listed and the bedrooms with private bathrooms was a huge plus for 7 women. Our only criticism is that the kitchen could use a deep cleaning. We found many dirty dishes in the cabinets. The drawers, cabinets, refrigerator, toaster, etc could use some attention. And a Keurig would be a great addition.

The house was perfectly listed and everything was up to and above our expectations. Couch/bed/chairs were all comfortable (not cheap ikea furniture); everything you'd ever need in the kitchen; everything was clean and excess of all amenities. Would definitely rebook in the future!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything, and the beds were super cozy. The house was equipped with everything one might need. The outdoor space and the pool were amazing! The kids had a lot of fun feeding the koi fish. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property with en suite bathrooms for all bedrooms. This was the best stocked kitchen of any rental house we have ever booked. Plenty of pots and pans, a kitchen scale, blender, you name it. The backyard had lots of different spaces to enjoy with sun and shade options for all. Not walking distance to town, but a very short drive. Highly recommend

This was the ideal home for a reunion. We loved the location in a cul-de-sac with a lovely mountain view. We enjoyed the amenities of pool, spa, patio, koi pond and even bocce ball!
Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus.
House design was great and spacious.
Ric is an excellent communicator. His professionalism and hospitality are hard to beat.

Home was in a perfect location, near downtown, parks, mountains. Fantastic view of mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub & pool after hiking at Joshua Tree. Our host Ric answered our questions promptly and patiently.

This was our second time staying at this property. It was lovely the first time in 2022, but I was pleasantly surprised that they refreshed and spruced up the house. The house was recently painted, carpet cleaned, new furniture, updated tv’s and added many more small appliances (air fryer, ninja, extra coffee maker, etc.,).
The house is clean and also has security, which is amazing. Anytime a door opens the house beeps, so I knew if my 5 year old escaped out a door without an adult. The house has separate wings so my 70 year old parents were on one side of the house, while my family plus sister stayed in the other 3 bedrooms on the other side.
The hot tub, pool, and outdoor space is amazing with views of the mountains. Bocce ball, corn hole, and a sauna are also in the backyard. This house is perfect and I can’t wait to go back.
Also, a shout out to Ric, the property manager. He’s awesome and does a great job!

Perfect for extended family gatherings. Good location in quiet neighborhood. Close to airport so some jet noise a few times a day. Be very cautious if you have a toddler--pool/spa have no barriers, lots of glass tables in the house. Because of low temperatures we kept door shut at all times . Well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, lot of dishes and glasses.

House is a bit older and needs some one time deep cleaning in the kitchen. Had some issues with the hot tub, so maybe some written directions? Lots of ants by the pool but maybe the season? Manager was awesome! We will be back.

Excellent Stay
This was a beautiful home to stay in for those looking to vacation in Palm Springs that is only a 7 minute ride to the golf course. It is spacious, clean, and has many amenities such as a pool, bbq, and bocce ball. Ric was an amazing host and was always available for any questions. He made the check in and out process very smooth and convenient. I would definitely come to stay again in the future.

Awesome Backyard
This house is really large and has plenty of room for a multi-generational family. Everything is flat and safe. The backyard has so many cool features with a large heated pool, hot tub, koi pond, lounge chairs, outdoor BBQ + TV, bocce ball, etc. It's easy to spend most of your time outside! Inside is thoughtfully put together with TVs in every room, 2 fridges (1 food/ 1 drinks), plenty of bathrooms, and everythign is clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable. This is our 2nd stay at Bella Vista, and would definitely return!

Great place for a friends get away!
We already want to come back! Very comfortable beds. Awesome backyard. When we had trouble with the hot tub, Nic quickly came to remedy. Short Lyft ride to Palm Canyon Dr. restaurants and shopping.

Great house with lots of extras
Great experience staying at this home. Lots of little extras like spices, plenty of beach towels and pillows toys. Even had a cold beer waiting in fridge upon arrival! Property looks just like pictures and is close to dwtn area and hiking trails.
Property Manager Ric was courteous, professional and helpful.
The only things for an improvement would be to add safety beams for the garage. we didnt have any issues b ut also did not have small kids.

Great house layout and fun back yard
The house is very well laid out with private areas for several groups, the back yard has everything you’d want and plenty of place to play games with the kids. The colorful fish in the pond with the waterfall was extra special. Ric is a professional, courteous manager of the property.

Family Reunion
My spouse and two adult children with their partners stayed at this property for 4 nights. Ric met us at the property as planned and gave us a quick tour of the property. The property is as described in the photos and the text. It is beautiful and spacious with everything that we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We loved our visit and would highly recommend it.
