We loved the amount of space we had. 4 king beds were definitely a plus and the kid’s space was perfect. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. So convenient to the beach!

We loved staying at Beach Bound. Slept 3 families perfectly. The upstairs kids area was a great set up for the 5 kids! If you have younger than teens, that space can sleep more. Bring kitchen towels and beach towels!

Great place that provided plenty of rooms and bathrooms. All descriptions were accurate and everything was clean. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc (including a crockpot). Best of all, no problems with the AC.😊

We have stayed at many beach homes in port aransas for over 10 + years and by far this is the best one!! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds for my guests and a convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!!

The beach house was clean and had lots of room. It is centrally located - close to the beach, groceries, and dining. The check in process was easy. The living room and kitchen are downstairs along with one bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional rooms with king size beds, 1 small room with a bunk, and a living area with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette. The parking is tight but having a garage helped with that. Overall a night house. We would stay here again.

All rooms were absolutely beautiful and loved the huge beds in 4 bedrooms. PLUS the kid rooms and kid area. We had a total of 4 kids and a teenager and everyone loved their sleeping arrangements plus room to play. Easy to retreat to your own bedroom with private bathroom to relax and truly rest between beach and other activities. Such a great layout downstairs to enjoy the whole fam!!

Home and Community was great. Port A Escapes Management Company was great! It would have been nice to get an early check-in and a late check-out even would have paid the $50.00 extra for the hour, however was advised it wasn't available. For properties this big, really need to be able to get additional parking passes and more than one golf pass. The House I want to say was for 12 people, so we had two golf carts and 5 cars.

All the adults had a king sized bed & a private bathroom. The last king bedroom shared the bathroom with the kids room. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to sit & eat together. The house was stocked with wine glasses, margarita glasses, wonderful cookware, & sharp knives. The dishes were also excellent! My only complaint was the roach problem. They were spotted in every room & when I found one crawling across the bristles of my toothbrush, it was more than I could take. Yuck.

Pros: a lot of room. Kitchen was spacious with a lot of room for everyone to sit around together. The pools were beautiful and super close to the house.
It’s set up really nicely. We had kids on one side of the house and grownups on the other. With one master downstairs, it was perfect for Grandma.
Cons: the floor was really dirty.. like hadn’t been swept/mopped in quite some time. A coach roach crawled on me the first night and my mom saw a bug in her room the second night. There’s NO access to the beach. You have to drive to the public beach access. Unfortunately, my nephew accidentally left his airpods on his bed but we were told that they were never turned in by housekeeping. If I had to rate this house it would be 5 out fo 10 stars.

Great place to stay for multiple families
Great house but the parking situation was less then ideal. There are spots to park in front of the house but you’re not allowed to. Inconvenient when you have people from multiple cities staying with you (can’t carpool). The house was great though.

This home was roomy and accommodating for our group of 11 adults and 2 kids. The home is beautiful and the open concept downstairs was great for hanging out with everyone.
I would say the only drawbacks were the property doesn't have beach access (although it is only a short drive) and there was very little cleaning supplies/necessary kitchen items available.

We have stayed in many different house in the past 7 or 8 years in Village Walk and always liked each house. However, this time the main living area wasn't cleaned. The living room furniture was all pushed to one side of the room, the floor was neither swept or mopped. Very disappointing. Also in the bathroom on the main level bedroom the toilet paper bar was missing. Also, this is just a comment about every time we've stayed in a house in VW, there are never enough garbage bags or dishwasher detergent.

Perfect for a big family experience !
Very clean, ready earlier than expected, beds & bathrooms as described which was the reason for choosing this place for our large group of couples more than kids, an amazingly well stocked kitchen with appropriate dishes & cookware for a really large group - so much beautiful beachy space for everyone, close to everything, very short drive to the beach. This is the place to stay without a doubt, nice community, excellent pool. Our entire party raved about this choice & we will be returning!! Thanks for making this an awesome beach stay for the Ramg family!

We loved the house; great space and kitchen amenities. The parking, however, was horrible. New parking rules, if and when they will be enforced as stated, and which took effect two weeks before arrival, would be a deal-breaker for ever staying there again. The new rules only allow three vehicles to stay overnight. The three guest vehicles allowed must move at 10pm to the management's parking lot on the highway. Again, this is a deal breaker for a return visit. Stressing over parking does not make for a fun family vacation. I would only recommend this property to a friend if they have no more than three vehicles.
