Con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, nuestra bellamente decorada (¡y actualizada regularmente!), casa adosada de estilo moderno con aire acondicionado y una piscina privada climatizada con spa, es perfecta para casi cualquier familia y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama extragrande de lujo: sábanas de algodón de 500 unidades, suave edredón hipoalergénico, colchón de espuma viscoelástica, con un baño principal adjunto para mayor privacidad. El segundo dormitorio incluye una cama doble, también con lujosa ropa de cama y colchón de espuma viscoelástica, mesita de noche y tocador, con un baño adyacente. Una tercera habitación espaciosa con temática de Disney es perfecta para hasta 4 niños de todas las edades, con literas dobles sobre literas completas y una cama nido doble, mucho espacio para que jueguen en la habitación y un baño privado con temática de Mickey.
Nuestra casa está completamente amueblada, incluida una cocina totalmente equipada (refrigerador / congelador grande, estufa de tamaño completo, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, vajilla, ollas / sartenes, utensilios, cubiertos, etc.), plancha / tabla de planchar, todas sus sábanas y toallas, y una lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo. My family loved this home, highlights were our own private pool and the short walk to the big pool for more swimming and ice cream! We appreciated the pack-n-play, high chair, and infant floaties for our 10-month-old. My 4-year-old daughter loved the purple room with the bunk beds, stuffies, and closet filled with toys! Thank you!

One of the cleaner properties we've stayed at in Windsor hills. Our kids appreciated the toys and blocks on our rainy afternoon. Communication with the owner is excellent.

The condo was perfect for our family. They had toys in the kids room, and pool toys and life jackets. They even had a double stroller and a pack n play for us to use! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again! Only negatives I could find, the house pool is extremely small and wasn’t heated like it said in the contract so we never used it. However the resort pool was great! It was heated and we enjoyed swimming despite being 60 degrees outside. The only other thing worth mentioning is there’s a lot of stairs to get to the second floor. It is an extremely steep staircase which terrified me with the kids constantly going up and down. They do provide a baby gate though!

A flawless stay! Everything was as promised and the unit was clean upon check-in. We've been to Windsor Hills many times, but never found the right rental for us. Andy's rental was perfect for our family of six. Andy is super quick and responsive to any questions ... we even lucked out with an early check-in and late check-out. We hope to be back soon!

Great place within a great complex. Lots of room for a family of seven, kids love the added toys and games. A short walk to a wonderful pool and water park and a clubhouse store. Close to parks, and restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend for sure.

The facilities were decent, and had lots of extras that weren't listed in the description. The issues that we had with the property were corrected promptly by the management company. However, some of those issues affected the amenities of the property itself and devalued our stay.
If you're renting this place check if the pool heater was turned on as soon as you get there, and be prepared for foul smelling water from the all fresh water taps.

One of the best rental experiences I've had. Communication was incredible. Any time we had a clarifying question or requested something it was taken care of immediately.
-Location = 10-15 minutes to all of the Disney parks. Slightly longer on way home due to Disney exit traffic. There is a Walmart 2 minutes down the road that allows you to stock up on stuff.
-Home = the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in/cook if we wanted. They have a regular coffee machine which was great for the early mornings instead of running out (just buy coffee and filters at Walmart). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kids room had the bunk bed along with the bottom trundle which fit all of our kids (9, 7, 2). They also provided a bunch of stuffed animals and toys. All of the beds were VERY comfortable. Underrated component that people don't think of. Plenty of extra pillows/blankets/towels/etc.
-Property = awesome. Full waterpark area for the kids. Day 1 where we checked in (they had no problem letting us in earlier once the cleaning crew finished) we had a GREAT day by the larger pool. At nights, we had our own private pool where the kids could end the day at the house after Disney. It was perfect.
-Property Owners = incredibly responsive and helpful with advice, etc.
-Price = very affordable and more comfortable instead of staying at a Disney property. We were able to go out to dinner outside of the park near here (every major restaurant chain nearby within 10 mins)

We just returned from our stay here and it was wonderful. The house was well laid out and clean. It had toys and books for the kids and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The resort pool was also awesome and only a short walk away.
We were very close to the parks so the drive only took 10 or 15 minutes and allowed us a place to escape the craziness on our off days and when we left the parks.
The checkin process was easy and Andy was very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the trip.
We would definitely stay here again. We were all so sad to leave!

We had a great time in the condo at Windsor Hills. The large gated community has a large heated resort pool, waterpark, community center/game room/exercise room. Nearby are Disney theme parks, a super busy Walmart, restaurants, and gas stations. Andrew was informative about check in and attentive to our needs. He let us borrow his double stroller. The first day we got there was raining and we got in late after 8+ hours of driving from NC. We played some Xbox Kinect games---one CD was scratched/broken. There was some DVD movies & boxes games there too. The kids enjoyed playing in the small heated pool with pool toys/life vests. The resort did come clean the pool while we were there. There were premium clean towels and extra pool towels for us to use. Bed mattress were soft but had some sunken areas. Master bedroom linens had faded pillowcase and need updating but overall linens were clean. There were toiletries in all 3 bathrooms with one toilet roll each. Kitchen had small dish detergent, soap for dishwasher, one load laundry pack, trash bags, and roll paper towels. Bring extra if you're staying all week. I did laundry a couple times and had no issues. Our kids loves playing and sleeping in the kids bunk bedroom had a DVD player with movies, games, books, and a large dollhouse with duplo blocks for the kids with. Carpet has been updated. Andrew informed us about painting at our building but it didn't happen with all the rain we had that week. We will come back. Thank you!

Everything was easy with the process with talking with owner and getting things situated. The stay was great felt like home and it accommodated all my family. Rooms were clean and each room had its own restroom with bath. The place was close to all the local parks in the area and restaurants with grocery store as well. The subdivision has a guard at entrance and also a water park with food and drinks. Like I said it was great will definitely refer this to anybody with a big family we didn’t have any issues going checking it. Thanks for a great experience and memories.

They charged my card 3 times and had my card tied up for 2 days. I emailed them about it an Andy was very sarcastic and rude! Any questions I had I had to ask someone there since the owners was no help.

The property was clean, quiet and a close drive to Disney Parks. We spent a couple days at Disney and spent our off days at the condo pool. We liked the amenities and the location of the condo. We had a wonderful vacation and I would recommend the property for vacation rental.

Experience renting the property was
Easy, relaxing, and fun. It could only have been better if the tile floors especially in the kitchen and downstairs bath had been cleaned and the dishwasher did not have dirty dishes in it. All in all, we had a fabulous time!

We loved our stay at this property! 15 minute drive from the home to the parking lot for Magic Kingdom, 2 blocks to a great playground and even closer to the resort pool. The home itself was great for families with little ones - books, stuffed animals, Legos and dollhouse were all available to play with. We would definitely recommend this property and would book again for future trips!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the resort's community pool, splash pad, and game room. My kids also loved their room, especially my daughter with the toys, books, and bunk beds. It was spacious, bright, quiet, and clean. I recommend!

We were happy that we stayed at this unit! Gated community felt secure, close to Disney & restaurants. Condo was stocked with necessities. Nice to have bedrooms on both levels for privacy. Would have preferred a couple of comfy chairs next to the living room sofa for movie nights. Responsive & helpful hosts!

This property is in a great location if you plan to visit Disney World. It was clean with plenty of space for my family of 6, but some of the home is showing some age and wear. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Walmart is 2 min driving, the condominium is so clean and well maintained. Beautiful landscape, people are friendly and family. Employees are great! The house is nice, organized and have everything that you need it! Only thing is the small pool was really cold and we couldn’t enjoy it. I asked about the heater when I booked but manager says it was 90s so no need it. But was extremely cold for us, we got some rain and it never warmed up.

The townhome was great and the location cannot be beat! It’s very convenient to Disney as well as stores. Also, it’s an easy drive to / from the airport. My kids loved the toys and video games available at the property. The resort pool was fantastic and within easy walking distance from the townhome. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. The townhome does have some normal wear and tear of a short term rental, but it was clean. Our family would definitely stay here again.

After years of waiting for our Florida/Disney trip there wasn't much that could disappoint us.
Leading up to the trip communication was thorough and prompt. I had no concerns, questions or worries when we departed Sanford airport for our Windsor Hills house.
Check in at the gate was great, only took minutes with very friendly security staff.
The house was clean enough, as I said, we aren't picky at all. That being said, the location needs a deep clean. Baseboards, walls, cupboards, etc. all need a good work through. I washed the carpets in the bathrooms right away because they weren't something I was comfortable on, I did a quick vaccuum and wipe down of handles, counters, etc. Please note, I was not frustrated at ALL or I would've called the management company for assistance. Just general information for the owners and future guests.
As noted in the welcome notes only starter supplies are given. We purchased TP, Paper Towel, Clorox Wipes, Dishsoap, etc. all from the Walmart down the road (which is an INSANELY busy Walmart).
The beds were VERY comfortable, temperature of the house was great - nice and cool despite the high temperatures outside.
Supplies - house had everything we needed; although I did purchase scissors, saran wrap, foil, ziploc bags, etc. Left them all there in hopes future guests can use as well. I also recommend they purchase a broom and dust pan.
The pool at the house - a small but refreshing option; my kiddos loved it.
The Windsor Hills water park is a 2 minute walk from this location which is fantastic! You just get a wristband at the front desk and you're all set. There is a canteen there where you can buy beverages (bring on the adult ones), food, etc. We loved this option! I thought it was strange they didn't let us wear water shoes in the slide area...literally EVERY water park I've ever been to I wear my water socks and yet here they gave me grief.
Parks - we only did Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. MK was 15 minutes to drive there and get parked so it was quite convenient. Disney Springs same thing - about 15 minutes.
Local Restaurants/Stores - everything you need; McDonalds, Arby's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel, Cici's Pizza, Bob Evans, Perkins - all within 10 minutes. Walmart right down the road (although as noted - it is REALLY busy so I suggest going at like 7am). Target is only about 10 minutes and was much less busy but a bit pricier.

Communication was great and property was just as listed. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. Backyard pool was the best, and it feels bigger in person than it looked in pictures. If you’re heading to Disney, it doesn’t get much better in terms of location! Overall great vacation experience here!

Such a great time with our two granddaughters, spending time in the Disney themed townhouse. Great location to Disney, enjoyed the pool and Windsor hills water park. Time we will never forget. Thank you for such a nice place to stay!

Perfect for our Universal/Disney Trip
The owners were responsive and helpful preparing for our visit. The rental was perfect for our teen and young children and the pool/slides at the clubhouse were a lot of fun for our rest day. I will absolutely stay here again for our next visit!

Excellent Home & Comfortable Stay
This home and the owners were excellent. Everything was beautifully cleaned and had everything we needed to make our Disney stay special. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for our two teens and us. The ride to the Parks was easy and quick. Though we ran out of time to use the house pool as much as we hoped, it was great to have it for a quick dip. We did use the resort’s pool/water slides the last day and it was a great way to end our stay. I definitely recommend this home!
