Thank you for a great stay! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at some pretty nice places before. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and of the laundry appliances. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful.
The view was incredible, we saw the loveliest sunsets from our lanai. The beach was great and so were the pools. I only wish the family pool was closer to the beach.
We can’t wait to come back!

Our family flew out a week in advance for a wedding we were attending, with events at the Andaz and Makenna Golf and Beach Club. We loved the location of the Wailea Villas, and this unit was nicely furnished and outfitted. Morning coffee on the lanai was a treat! Our family is all over 18, so we appreciated the Adult pool. The villas are perfectly situated on the walking path for lunch and the spa at the Four Seasons and to the Andaz for the Welcome Party. We loved the access to the Shops at Wailea Village too! The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. We will be back!

This was our best experience in coming to Maui in more than 20 years of doing so. When we arrived they met us at the front desk and escorted us to our room. When we walked in we were amazed that it was even nicer than the pictures. They showed us around and explained all the details of how everything worked. First class all the way. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning!! Lots of small details from all the batteries in the candles being fresh to a bag of ice in the freezer to having cleaning pods for the washing machine and a beautiful gift basket of snacks…all the details so we could jump right into enjoying ourselves!!! The staff was amazing and so very pleasant and helpful!! Another nice feature was the parking garage under the building with a private elevator to your room! And the location is incredible.., the Shops of Wailea literally just steps away.., and the beach path is just steps the other way!! The pools and facilities are beautiful. The landscaping is a piece of art!!! A true five star experience all around. We will be back!!

We highly recommend this property! Gorgeous views from the fabulous lanai. Comfortable space, great bedding, kitchen. Beautiful pools, lawn space, beach and service for all. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We loved the exercise, but if stairs are a challenge, getting to and from the beach without cart help may be a challenge. Managers were super helpful and responsive. Beautiful place!

Truly a gorgeous property. Beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. They had scaffolding (very partially) obscuring the view the first few days which they weren't expecting, and reached out to give us a reasonable discount for the days the scaffolding was up, which was appreciated. Stayed with 2 colleagues; very easy, lots of space. Already planning to stay here next year!

Beautiful Place
The villa is even better than the photos in the listing. It's beautiful, and the access to the pools and beach is wonderful. Concierge service was very helpful with dinner reservations and finding activities that were family friendly. All in all, we had a great time and hope to return again soon!

We loved staying at the Wailea Beach Villa!! It was just as described. Everything was there that we needed and loved loved loved the view. Walking down to the pools and the beach was my favorite part. The only drawback was that one of the showers didn't have as much water pressure as we thought it should. Other than that, it was all incredible and we would all love to go back!!

Working with the CB staff was easy. They were so helpful and responsive. I503 is beautiful and well located for access to many activities. Our family of 8 dined on the terrace every night and made good use of the gas grill. The unit is comfortable and spacious enough that we weren’t tripping over each other. We loved the layout and easy access from the covered garage. I would highly recommend I-503.

Working with the CB staff was easy. They were so helpful and responsive. I503 is beautiful and well located for access to many activities. Our family of 8 dined on the terrace every night and made good use of the gas grill. The unit is comfortable and spacious enough that we weren’t tripping over each other. Traveled w husband & adult family, very pleased & happy with condo. Honestly pictures do not do it justice. We toasted each beautiful sunset on the lanai, and every morning enjoyed watching whales play while sipping our Maui Kona coffee (which Allison, a delightful CBD employee, offered to deliver before our arrival after I told her how much I loved it. Mahalo, Allison!) . The interior was spacious, very clean and beds super comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept, loved the adult infinity pool. WBV employees were consistently friendly & helpful. Though it is only a 5-6 minute walk to pool/ beach, it is a rather steep walk, can be deceiving. Since I had one knee replaced and having the other done in a month, I was leery. But from 8am-8pm, a wonderful WBV employee drove us in a golf cart to and from our I503 parking spot to the pool entrance , arriving just a few minutes after I called to request. It was so very appreciated. We were sorry to leave, all agreed we would rent here again in a heartbeat!

The unit is spacious and luxurious and the lanai afforded daily whale watching opportunities and magnificent views. Our experience with CBIP was phenomenal. They made my wedding week special and even provided a fruit basket upon arrival. That was very sweet. Someone also called and texted me to make sure check in was smooth. I never got back to her since I was very busy but the effort was not forgotten. Great customer service all around we would love to come back. The place was very clean and very spacious.
The only opportunity that Wailea beach villas need to improve on (and this has nothing to do with cbip) is that one of the guards at the property was very rude to our guests. The guard was not welcoming and it maybe because there were limited guest space for the property. We had family come over for dinner and it was very inconvenient for them as the guard was very cute and dismissive.

We loved our stay so much. The Wailea Beach Villas are unmatched. The views from this particular unit are stunning - we didn't want to leave! The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever stayed in via a rental property or hotel. Lots of space and luxury living (I want that master closet!). We loved the convenience of a short walk via a gate to the Wailea Shops, the playful beach below with complimentary umbrella/chair setup (definitely worth tipping for), and a short drive to Big Beach which is one of our favorites. The assigned parking in the garage made it low-stress and simple to come and go. The staff is friendly and helpful and just make everything feel so easy. The adult pool overlooking the ocean is sooo relaxing (but be warned it is truly for adults, no kids/teens allowed). The family pool is located higher up on the property, near the fitness center, which is also well-equiped (one Peloton bike with cages, fyi). Clean, bright, happy, and such an incredible way to begin our trip! We hope to return to the Wailea Beach Villas and this unit specifically!

The property was just as advertised and had just about everything you could possibly need. The location to the Shops at Wailea was a plus with easy access to restaurants and stores. If I was to be picky, I would ask that the unit to be stocked with more soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Overall, fantastic property and stay!
