We drove in late Friday and the instructions to get in were easy to get us right in the house. Very welcoming upon arrival. Cookies and wine were devoured. The pics in description don’t do the property justice. Enjoyed the space and amenities, felt right at home. Highly recommend for even the quickest of trips. Will be returning to this home any trip we make to Dallas. Thanks Kim!!

Perfect home for our quick weekend get away! Home was exceptionally clean and host was incredibly responsive, warm and welcoming. Flexibility for an early check in made our stay even more perfect. Great central location near lots of great restaurants and walking distance to Target. Super close to highway for convenient access to the Galleria and Northpark mall. As a group of all women we felt very safe and secure in the gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again!

If you want convenience to all the fine dining and shopping that Dallas has to offer this is the place! Its located minutes away from multiple malls, the Star in Frisco, and numerous restaurants! At the end of the day we could come back and relax as this home sits in a cul de sac surrounded by parks and a greenbelt! You can also take advantage of the walking/running trail just outside the front door. The home was clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Kim was so easy to work with and even left us cookies and wine for our arrival. We loved the beds and the beautiful kitchen. The neighborhood was perfect and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Dallas!

We loved the Park Place home, and it really felt like a home! The house is spacious, clean, and well lit. The neighborhood is quiet and the park nextdoor is lovely. Target is walking distance away for any quick groceries and the hosts had great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

Park place is an excellent home. It is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It is in a convenient location in the neighborhood.
The gift of wine and cookies was also appreciated. I would recommend this home to families with children or couples who come to visit the area.

Great property. Had a bit of a schedule change and the owners were more than helpful with this. They were able to get our credit back to us in a timely fashion with no issues.

I still have closet envy from our stay! Beyond that, it was just a beautiful home with plenty of space for us to gather our family for wedding dress shopping and a few meals. Everything we needed was there, including a great fireplace, a huge kitchen, and a ginormous master suite! Kim was phenomenal at communicating, and our "check-in" couldn't have been any easier. Such a nice neighborhood, too!

Talk about a great property and really SuperHosts! It was like staying in a mix of a family home and a 5 Star hotel…they even had a Christmas tree in the living room…we were greeted with Christmas music…it really was a great experience and I recommend this property highly…we’ll be back!

We booked during National Pickleball Championships. We were close to the venue and were able to ride bikes and skip parking.
The house and owners were great, during booking and our stay. It was easy to reach someone when we had questions unrelated to our stay/house and response time was quick. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we would stay again.
My only suggestion would be to consider putting a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. The full bed is rather tight. That’s a personal preference, but didn’t cause our stay to be affected.

Beautiful house and great location! Very quiet neighborhood. Only “non-perfect” comment is that the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. However, there were plenty of blankets and comforters to make it work fine for kiddos. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dallas area. Extremely clean and lovely home. The hosts are very responsive and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The one thing is that there are really only 2 bedrooms, the third sleeping setup is a couch in a den. But otherwise this was terrific! Will come back in the future.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. So quiet and very comfortable. We were there to visit a family member in the hospital and coming back to the house was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The host was very gracious in extending our stay for an extra night and we really appreciated it so much. If we’re ever in the Dallas area again we will definitely consider staying there again!

I highly recommend this property. The location is great and central to a lot of places in the Dallas area. I am a little biased because I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and loved it…safe and friendly! We went back to the area to visit friends and stayed at Park Place.
The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the open floor plan and especially the open kitchen area. It is well-stocked with everything you need. Some previous VRBO’s we have rented don’t have enough essentials, and I ended up overpacking for this one. They even had a little step stool for my toddler. I’m not sure if it’s clear in the pictures, but the second bedroom has pocket French doors that block the sound as well as blackout curtains to hide the light from the main living space. My son loved this space that he called “his room.”
Some of the sound equipment was too complicated for me, but I’m sure more technical folks would love that. Be sure to review the binder that they left for information on how to work things in the house if you have questions. The owner was very responsive.
We can’t wait to go back!

This property was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, multiple living room and dining spaces to host family in the area. We loved the walking trails! The check in and out process was super easy.
This is probably the most convenient property to shops and restaurants we’ve ever stayed.
Kim was great about responding to any questions we had. She was very kind!

This house is a very nice house. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood in a perfect location close to most anything. First time staying in Dallas and gave us such a great experience that we fully intend to return. We did think it had an extra room because pictures showed same room with two looks. However, it worked out just fine. Owners were very responsive and super helpful. Beautiful home. Definitely worth the stay.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was perfect and a much better alternative than staying at the host hotel. The four of us had a fabulous time. The home is well appointed. We had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at park place. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is wonderful. We loved the walking path. The owners/managers were so helpful and even helped us extend our stay. If you are in the Dallas area this is a must stay.

Pulling up, the neighborhood is absolutely stunning. It's clean, quiet and beautiful. Walking into the property, you can tell the owners take great pride in their home. The owner was quick to respond and answer any questions we may have had. The home was perfect size for my family of 5. Stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was extremely comforting. The only advice I would give is to maybe label the light switches. There are a lot of them and we found ourselves flipping a multitude of light switches looking for the right one. But other than that, you will not regret this stay. We will definitely be back ourselves the next time we come that way.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Park Place. It was clean and comfortable, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. An email question to the host was answered within minutes. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!

The weekend didn't go as planned as my husband became ill and we had to leave but the one night we got to stay in this home made us know we will be back. The home is clean and inviting just as the photos indicate. We walked in and the Christmas tree set up and lit felt like being home. The neighborhood was very cute and from our limited time it seemed it was very well located for getting to many parts of the DFW area. Kim was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. Since we are in the Dallas area pretty regularly it is nice to know where we will look for a place to stay first!

We visited the area to join friends and family in the area. The house is adorable and the neighborhood is lovely. The master bedroom, bath and closet are stunning and tons of room. The other two rooms for sleeping are more of half bedrooms from my perspective and they have an adjoining bath and one of the options is a pullout couch. We loved the music playing in all rooms and tvs are everywhere. Cute backyard and overall, just a great place. We'd love to stay next time we're visiting the area .

Park place is home away from home for me and my family. A refuge from the hustle and bustle that is Big “D”. Kim is gracious, friendly and super responsive. The home is comfortable for up to 6 people and you will be able to cook and prep and host meals if that’s what you want to do. Neighborhood is good for walks and runs.
