Very nice condo for our family. Beautiful view of the marina. The sunsets were amazing from the very large, furnished balcony. Parking was wonderful, room for all 3 of our familiy's cars. Right in the middle of downtown Sister Bay.

We love staying in Sister Bay with our adult children. There are a lot of fun things to do and the condo is a perfect location for walking or taking a short drive to our favorite places. This is our second stay in this condo. It is exactly as pictured and very well appointed.

There is no better location in Sister Bay than this condo. It is pricy but you get the convenience of being in the center of the town. Had a small issue with the key pad upon arrival as it was not working. The management got me access to a key then. The beds are comfortable but I would suggest the bedrooms need blankets as there are only sheets and a large heavy comforter on the beds and those are too much in summer to sleep under. The condo has nice comfortable furniture and lots of chairs for seating. I would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean & spacious. The bedrooms were roomie & plenty of hangers in the closets. That is not always the case in our previous experiences with VRBO stays. The living area is roomy, too, with a beautiful view of the harbor. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony! Plenty of dishes/glasses in the kitchen. We walked everywhere in downtown Sister Bay. Loved the keypad so we didn’t have to worry about remembering keys. It was really nice to have a garage space. We would highly recommend this condo. Easy & clear communication, as well.

We loved staying right in the heart of Sister Bay within walking distance to everything. The unit was right across from the marina, so you had water views from the main room and deck. It was perfect for our family reunion!

Sister Bay is a fun town for a girls weekend.
I gave mid to low ratings for a few reasons.
Our original reservation was not ready when we arrived in the evening. The property owner did put us in another location for the night but it was such an inconvenience since we had everything unloaded everything and ready for our stay.
Come the next day, we were in limbo all day not knowing when we can go back to our original reservation. We finally get in and the place smelled. We did our best to air it out but at this point we were not going to let this or the moving from place to place ruin our trip.
Communicating with the PO was through text which is a bit unprofessional in my eyes especially if there’s a big problem like we experienced.
After battling back and forth, the PO did refund us a night.
Both places we stayed are very updated and homey. Great views and comfortable beds.

This is a spacious, beautiful condo, great view and walkable to restaurants and shops. However, when we arrived the condo had not been cleaned. Sheets were in piles, bathrooms were dirty. I texted Michael and he apologized, offered a refund of the cleaning fee and said he would call the cleaners. Great! We told him we were going to dinner and assumed someone could come while we were out.
After 45 min with no update, I texted Michael. He said the cleaners couldn’t come until the morning. I said that we wouldn’t be able to wash all 3 sets of sheets prior to bedtime and asked if we could get fresh sets. He said we could go to another unit and get sheets. Frustrated that we had to solve the issue ourselves, we went to find the condo. However, he gave us info for the wrong building (he manages many units) and seemed to be annoyed with us when we had trouble finding it. I tried calling him, but he would not pick up- only text. After I sent him a google map of the building we were in, he realized he gave us info for the wrong building. He gave us the correct info, we found the condo, but the beds were not the same size, so we were only able to get two sets. One of us slept on the mattress pad. We also found cleaning wipes and wiped down the dirty bathrooms.
I have never been treated this poorly as a paying guest. This is an expensive condo (in the off-season), and our first night we slept in a dirty condo. If you don’t have any issues, this condo is great

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. Great storage and big closets in every bedroom/bathroom. Three access points to a large balcony with ample outdoor seating and amazing views of the bay. We did not get any street noise or hear guests above or next to us. Easy walk to everything in Sister Bay. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo with a superb Sister Bay location. Only negative was a bad oder coming from the mechanical closet and the front door lock box not working. The maintenance person answered promptly with info on how to enter. Overall loved this property and hope they find the source of the oder!

This is our 2nd stay at this property and we love everything about it. We had plenty of room, the location was superb and communication with Michael was great! I suspect this is our new DC!

First the Good: Great location, fabulous view, wonderful condo.
Now the Bad: 1) Received a text just before arrival to not lock the door to the condo as the lock is broken. Property manager said he was waiting for a key from the owner. Had to follow up several times but received the same answer. Asked why a service hadn't been called to fix the lock and received no further communication. That seems one of the basic items that any guest should have is to be able to secure the property. Just wonder how long this has really been going on. In hindsight I should have called and been more forceful. NOT COOL! 2) While I don't expect the floors to be spotless, they were pretty dirty. A few dust bunnies rolling around. Taking a wet rag to the floor came back black. Not sure what is going on with the management of this property.

We loved our stay here for a girls' weekend in Door County. Wonderful amenities such as the keurig built in to the refrigerator, the fireplace on a chilly evening, and the deck overlooking the marina made our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved people and boat watching from the deck, the sunsets were lovely, and the location was a perfect launching off point to explore the town of Sister Bay and driving to other areas as well. The beds were comfortable, the unit was spacious, and for seven friends enjoying a weekend together, it was perfect. Thank you!

Second time staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint. Location is perfect even during the off season, still plenty to see and do. We hit the jackpot with the weather and were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Will definitely visit again.

Great property! Very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable along with the chairs and couch. The coffee maker didn’t work and the stove was dirty. But the property was nice and had plenty of room.

Second time we have stayed at this property. Ideal location in the heart of Sister Bay, unless you are looking for quiet/seclusion. The sunset views over the Bay are wonderful, and lots of restaurants/shopping within an easy walk. Condo is as pictured - clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Marina condo on Main St.
Lovely condo. We were a family of six. The beds very comfy. Nice towels altho they could add more. Second floor so you must use an elevator/stairs but they do have a cart to haul groceries. Nice spacious parking spots. The master bedroom is on the front so if you go to bed early you will hear cars going by until close to midnight because this is right on the main street.
The kitchen is amply stocked. Great view of the bay and very nice deck with ample seating. Only real complaint is that it is very pricy.

Wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, perfect for our 3 person friend group. Excellent location across from the Marina in Sister Bay and close to restaurants within walking distance. View of the sunsets from the balcony were incredible. Would definitely stay again.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Amazing views of Sister Bay, great location, can walk everywhere, and very nice amenities. The pictures do not do the space justice - very large, open floor plan. Will stay again!
