In town for family wedding with 6 adults. P.roperty is lovely, weather was one of the few ugly hots ones, but property stayed pretty cool, despite the no a/c overnight,(there is a/c in the day).

This was my second stay at this property and it’s a beautiful place. Quite neighborhood, close to shopping and 5 minutes from the beach. I will definitely check its availability before other properties.

Unfortunately due to a family emergency we were not able to attend our stay. Although we were unable to cancel our trip for a refund, within minutes of messaging Michael and letting him know, he called me. He was so kind and assuring in letting me know that he would help me in anyway he could. A few weeks later, I needed a letter from him to submit to the trip insurance. Within 1/2 hour he had a professional letter drawn up and signed for me to submit. Although I didn’t get to see or stay at the property, I can only imagine with Michael’s responsiveness , the property is as advertised!! Thanks for the help sir !!

We loved our stay. Michael was by far the easiest, most accommodating host we have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Highly recommend this property. For our family of 4 it worked perfectly and the location can’t be beat.

Thank goodness we checked location before our trip as bikes were our main mode of transportation. We loved the property, Michael was quick to reply when needed and checking in was simple. House has great patio with BBQ and dining area. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen (does lack a regular oven - we made do with the toaster oven provided) would stay again.

The neighborhood was amazing and friendly. The home was clean spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the den and patio. The driveway hangout was the best.
I looked at so many rentals and could not remember all of the accommodations for each place. The absence of a stove upon moving in was a surprise, but found a portable induction cooktop later that day. We are grocery getters and cook every meal (yes, even on vacation), so it changed our daily meal plans. Not a huge deal. We definitely made due and it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.
The owner was very accessible and accommodating. He sent us a todo list and nearby attractions (including grocery stores) when we asked. Very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay, the place is beautiful, clean, well equipped and so much better than we expected from the pictures. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to Main Street. We were really happy to have some private outside space with a BBQ.

We had a fabulous 10-night stay at Michael’s rental. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location, well-stocked, and Michael was a great host. We were there for a softball tournament. It’s only a few miles from Huntington Beach Sports Complex but it’s even closer to the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

The pictures don't quite do this property justice - it was redone a few years ago and it is beautiful. Well stocked, has all you'd need. Great location and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear and Michael was easy to work with. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again on a return visit.

This was the perfect space for our beach vacation! It's so close to the beach, downtown Huntington, and lots of other shops/restaurants. The living space is pretty small, but that was okay since we mostly just slept and ate breakfast at the house. That said, the house really had everything we needed: lots of towels (both bath and beach), nice dishes, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. I only had to ask for more dishwasher pods and Michael dropped them off by the front door that same day. We were provided with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and great sand toys that we put to good use! My two young daughters shared a room and there was just enough room to put the pack n play at the foot of the bed. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for five nights over New Year's and it was perfect for our group. It's in a nice neighborhood, private driveway and patio, tastefully decorated and updated. Michael was very helpful and always responsive immediately. A short distance to the beach with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We've stayed at many VRBO before but this was probably our favorite and best experience to date. It is exactly as advertised. Thank you Michael!

Property and host were awesome! All three beds were comfortable and rooms were fully equipped. Bathrooms clean and fully stocked. 1.7 miles to beach (15 minute run). Everything we needed for beach was provided by the host. Great time!

We enjoyed our stay. Had plenty of room and had everything you needed: dishwasher, fridge, grill and washer/dryer. Check in was super easy. Quiet area and close to shopping and the beach. Private lockable courtyard/patio area was a great place to leave surfboards and beach stuff. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Family Home in Huntington Beach
This house was perfect for our family of five. It was one of the easiest check-in and check-out stays we have had when renting a vacation home. Great central location with easy access to the beach, Disneyland, disc golf, and lots of other stuff. Also supermarkets and restaurants nearby (we walked a couple of times). Kitchen has everything you need to cook, and we loved having the grill and patio table for cooking and eating outdoors. Michael put out a bunch of beach stuff for us to use. Overall just a terrific stay!
