This is our 2nd time staying at this house. The owners go above and beyond to make the visit extra special. Our favorite surprises were coffee bar, homemade cookies and s’more kits. Thank you!!

The property was wonderful, as it was perfectly described online. Everything was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The layout was wonderful. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom which was very nice. The grandparents took the other two bedrooms and shared the jack-and-jill bathroom. These bedrooms were all on the main level. The graduate and my other sons stayed in the bedrooms downstairs. The theater room was awesome. We all piled in to enjoy a movie, especially with the snow and poor weather. The cookies were a special touch, along with the s’mores fixings. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using them. Thankfully, the weather cleared for a beautiful graduation!!! Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owners. I would highly recommend this home for any USAFA event because the location is very convenient to North Gate. We had a wonderful stay!!!

House was very clean, s’mores and cookies were great, plenty of room, excellent place to stay.

Owners provided us with special treats in the fridge including delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies and all the fixins for s’mores. Very nice touch and extremely thoughtful. The location was easy access for our Colorado Springs adventures. Highly recommend this home. Owners were delightful to work with.
