Nuestra nueva y espaciosa habitación de 1 dormitorio (administrada por el propietario independiente) con una nueva marca con literas gemelas y un nuevo sofá desplegable tamaño queen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Splash. Tonya was super helpful and quick to respond. There wasn’t much need to leave the condo except to go to dinner. All the essentials to cook were provided in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and all the pool options were amazing! We plan to come back again in the future.

This was the best rental we have ever used. Host was more than accommodating and had our rental available before check in. Condo was super clean and had everything you needed. Loved that the kitchen had quality utensils, cookware and plates. (Usually it’s all really cheap and outdated, but you could tell the host puts money into quality.) All kitchen appliances worked perfectly. It was nice having so many cleaning supplies available to use during our stay. Master bedroom was cozy and relaxing. Teens used the bunks and it was comfortable for them. Extra dresser in bathroom and living room was perfect for the teens using the bunks. (I’ve never seen that in a rental.) The 19th floor was worrisome at first, but we never waited long for the elevators going up or down.
Only complaint was out of the host’s control. The resort’s lazy river wasn’t working the whole time we were there.

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. My kids loved the closet stocked with beach toys. Would highly recommend.

Our family loved our stay! Tonya texted us before we arrived and was very easy to reach during our stay. The condo was exactly as described. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and ACCOMMODATING. It was so nice having beach chairs, toys and a wagon already there for us to use. A washer and dryer allowing us to pack light and easily do a load of laundry mid week. 2 bathrooms which was so nice for my family. The beds were very comfortable. The resort itself was clean and easy to navigate. Elevators were quick, pools were partially shaded giving you a break from the sun if you needed. Splash pad was a huge hit with our kids. Honestly, our only complaint would be that there is steps down to the beach versus a ramp of some sort. It wasn’t a big issue, but would be a nice upgrade to the resort. We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at Splash, so I knew my family enjoyed this property. I cannot over exaggerate how awesome it is to have all the different water features to entertain the kids. Even the simple things are just nicer here, like the spacious parking deck with the nice bridge over the busy roadway. I’m a huge fan of this property! I love it so much I want to come back next year, but only if I can stay in Tonya’s unit. She and her family are the best hosts! She was so easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I appreciated her condo’s tiny touches, like the menus and restaurant recommendations. When I’ve stayed at other places in PCB, the Lord knows you better bring your own toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc…but this unit has some starter stuff for you. Tonya’s family also willingly shares their beach items, like their floats. The phrase “hostess with the mostest” perfectly describes Tonya, because she and her family have clearly tried their best to make sure your family has an enjoyable stay in their unit. My family is so thankful for their hospitality!

This condo is beautiful, clean and spacious, and made our stay in Panama City Beach so convenient and peaceful. We have two little girls and prefer to have options like the Splash Resort and staying in to eat rather than going out everywhere, which can get expensive on vacation and this condo was perfect for that. Tonya was an amazing host and the condo was ready earlier than expected on our first day, so that was nice. She even has a little suggestion board if you do want to go out to eat. We didn't lack for anything during our stay, and the supply closet with beach gear and goodies was a major plus! Highly recommend Tonya's place and will for sure come back during our next PCB stay :)

This place was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfy and the place was tastefully decorated. The kiddos loved the beach toys in the closet and the wagon and umbrella was a much added plus. All pans and utensils needed to cook if you didn’t feel like eating out. Tonya was a wonderful host. Very responsive and even let us know that we could check in early due to the cleaning being finished early.
We weren’t able to do that due to leaving our area to late but was very appreciative of her reaching out. (Also, if you get there after 4, you will have to wait until the next day to get parking pass and wrist bands) The resort itself was pretty nice. Loved that there were several pools to choose from although the kids section was very cold but it is just the beginning of hot weather and it being underneath the building without sun. The restaurant by the pool was very good. Wings, burgers, and fries were spot on. Drinks were very good too.
Very thankful we came across this place and had an awesome host.

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was super clean and and all the pictures were exact! My girls really enjoyed the stocked storage closet. We also really appreciated, Tonya's little notes of her favorite places to eat. We definitely had a wonderful time!

We planned a short getaway before our oldest starts her Summer semester and it was perfect. We wanted something for everyone in our group (ages adults-2 yrs old) and we got it. Tonya was excellent at communicating with us! The condo was wonderful and accommodated us perfectly. She even had menus and suggestions hung up in the kitchen which was great! Splash was great and had everything we needed if we didn't want to leave the property, including an Alvin's Island below the parking deck! I only wish we could have stayed longer. I've never liked going to the beach, but go because the kids love it. I actually loved this trip!

For our very first family vacation I really couldnt ask for more. The condo itself was perfect for our family with two littles. Everything we needed to make meals was there and saved us so much instead of eating out every meal. Exactly as the condo was listed. The ammenities of splash were perfect! I loved having the beach chairs included. Tonya was so helpful and had a fast response to any questions we had. We would love to come back someday.

This property had all the amenities you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Next time I know not to pack so much! The closet full of beach toys, chairs and wagon was so convenient. The kids were absolutely thrilled with the splash park. Definitely keeping this on my ‘return to’ list.

I feel it is rare to arrive at a rental and have it look exactly as presented! Lot of attention to detail here! Clean condo, comfortable furniture, clear instructions/expectations, tons of personal thought. Location and condo amenities were great too!

The condo was excellent, nicely decorated but not overdone so you were afraid to touch anything. The kitchen was stocked with the best amenities we have ever had at the beach. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, usually a king bed had an uncomfortable ridge down the middle, but this one did not. The dryer was a nice surprise to be able to dry your pool towels. Our stay was excellent and we will book here again.

Everything about this condo is what we wanted and needed! Beach front, homey, comfortable, great resort for kids and owner communication is unmatched. Tonya is wonderful and truly cares that everyone who stays there gets the most out of their stay. We WILL be back and are so thankful for a vacation with so many happy moments and memories!

My family had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach service was also a nice feature. Tonya was very easy to contact and communicate with. The resort as a whole was a hit with my seven year old. She loved the splash pad, lazy river and pool.

Everything was great. Right on the beach with an ocean view. We could see the fish swimming in the shallow area. The condo was well stocked for our needs. Tonya was available with quick responses to any questions. The storage closet was definitely a plus with the assortment of floats and toys for the kids. Would definitely rent again.

The convenience of the location makes it stand out to us. So close to pools and the beach, and so easily accessible when going with little ones. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and the beach service and toys were so helpful to have provided. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo, and wished it was better stocked with cooking basics - salt, pepper, olive oil, condiments, etc. but that was a small issue. Overall it was an amazing experience - we’d come back!

This condo was just as listed, but maybe a little better! Clean, had everything you need. The beds and bedding were great. Even blankets to snuggle with on the couch. The communication with the manager was easy for check in. My little one loves the stuffed animals on the bunk beds. The storage unit with beach goodies was awesome! We didn’t have to buy a thing for toys/floaties.
The downside? A) the weather was cold the first few days. B) there is no heated pool at Splash (and even when the weather was hot and sunny, the pools were chilly and the splash pad was unusable - ice water!!!) Take note of that, in case that matters to you at all. The pool decks were also often dirty and had some trash around (I guess that’s to be expected with lots of children running around).
But the condo itself was great! We’d stay here again, but it would definitely help if the pools were heated.
The beach area was awesome and we have never seen water so clear.

This was just a great place to stay with our young kids. The bunk beds were a hit, our bed was big and comfy, the water options and being on the beach were great, we are close to lots of things yet far enough away. I would definitely go back and stay. Oh and the closet full of stuff was SO helpful!!!

My Son and I have been going to Panama City Beach twice per year for 3 years and we have finally found the perfect condo. Tonya’s condo is the cleanest, most comfortable and accommodating. The access to her storage unit with all of the beach stuff we could ever need was a HUGE plus! We booked our next trip to the condo while we were still in the condo! I highly recommend!!!

Owner was very responsive to messages and helpful! She left several menus and recommended the best restaurants around which was nice The condo was very clean and had everything we needed away from home. Kitchen was fully stocked minus a blender, but no big deal to most. (We just like to have our protein shakes ) I have to appreciate the ice maker with the large ice bucket in the freezer as well as the ziploc bags Also, we did take advantage of using some of the beach toys in the storage unit down the hallway. That was awesome to not have to go buy those things that we would never use at home. Thank you Washer/dryer worked great & it’s always super helpful to wash our dirty clothes before returning home. We couldn’t figure out which app was for the cable on the living room tv and could never find MTV. However it is a smart tv so we signed into one of those apps to watch something else. We enjoyed the table/chair set outside on the balcony and being able to eat out there. I specifically look for this when booking because we love to be able to do this. The lamp in the bedroom wouldn’t work, it may have just needed a new bulb, I didn’t try to replace it. (Also, no big deal.) We have stayed at Splash Resort before and for all of its amenities we will stay again! They have the splash pad/mini water park for kids as well as 2 pools and a lazy river. There’s a cafe on the main floor which we used for a couple of quick breakfast items and coffee and a grill out by the pool which is also great for a quick lunch or even some adult beverages! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place to stay with kids; our 18 month old loved it! The view from the 19th floor is beautiful. There’s a whole storage unit of toys to chose from with everything pictured. The room also includes easy to reserve beach chairs with an umbrella. There is a one time $30 dollar parking/ water pass fee.

Our experience was great. The view is beautiful from the 19th floor. The water park was great for my 4 year old when it rained. Loved that it included beach chairs with umbrella that were reserved just for us. We had everything we needed and had no unexpected surprises. Owner was accesible by phone if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

First off, Splash is such a great place to stay with kids. Parking is easy, everything is close, and even had access to a gift shop right from the parking garage. Elevators were fast despite being such a large building. Tonya's condo was so beautiful and spacious! The room had so many items for us to use that we didn't have to purchase or bring from home. Tonya left recommendations for restaurants and also left notes around the room that were helpful to our stay. She was quick and easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed for a few days on Fall Break. Great location, Winn Dixie a few minutes away. Quick elevators, easy access to beach, pools, and parking deck. The kids loved the bunk beds and stuffed animals. Very well decorated, everything worked as needed. We noticed a few small bugs, but no big deal. Would definitely recommend!

What can I say?! If you’re looking for the perfect unit for a small family with little ones, look no further. Tonya was more than accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. She was always a text or a call away. Check in and check out were a breeze. The unit was very clean, comfy beds, had everything you could need for cooking, cleaning, and the storage closet with beach toys and supplies was the cherry on top. We will be staying at this beachy getaway again!

We had a great time at Splash! We had a few minor issues at check in, but Tonya was responsive and very attentive the whole time we were there. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Splash in the future.
