Este espacioso condominio con vista al mar se encuentra en el hermoso y lujoso resort frente a la playa de Las Mananitas (# 1 de Trip Advisor), que se encuentra justo en la playa del brillante mar azul de Cortez. Es una unidad muy tranquilo y silencioso, cómodo, bien equipada con una piscina semi-privada a unos 10 pasos de la puerta trasera deslizante. Espectacular, amplia playa de arena blanca está a unos 100 metros de la unidad. Vistas del hermoso Mar de Cortés de sala, comedor, cocina, comedor y baño. Este condominio fue completamente renovado en agosto de 2016 ... muebles nuevos, encimeras de granito, azulejos y pintura: ¡es completamente nuevo! Disfruta de la televisión por satélite (2 televisores de pantalla plana LCD - Sala de estar, dormitorio) y wi-fi en esta unidad que es también disponen de aire acondicionado y están equipadas con un sistema de purificación de agua UV, así como todos los servicios consistentes con un complejo de lujo. Amplio dormitorio principal con gran armario, 2 amplios vestidores, TV de pantalla plana y caja fuerte. Baño alicatado con ducha muy grande y calentador de agua extra grande. My husband and I stayed at Meredith’s condo at Las Mananitas 6/5 through 6/11. It was a fabulous stay. Everything was as described. The semi private pool area right outside the sliding door was so lovely and very private. We enjoyed going to the main pool area, where you have a direct ocean view. The main pool area was never over crowded and well kept. The landscaping and gardens throughout the property are so beautiful. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to relax and unwind, this is the place. Meredith was so responsive to all our inquiries and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return there soon!

We loved the location, with a pool right outside the door. The cactus garden is lovely and filled with singing birds and the crashing ocean waves all made this a relaxing getaway. Meredith was always available and helpful. The condo is perfect for two people.

Great stay in a quiet and well maintained unit and complex. Some highlights from the unit are drinkable tap water, great blender, sharp knives and a view of the sunrise from the patio. There are several restaurants within a short walk as well as major grocery and an ice cream shop. The clean beach is fantastic for daily walks.

Meredith is an outstanding hostess for a Very Nice property. Everything you need is already here except food and pajamas. Enjoy total relaxation with the pool and ocean right outside your door. A five minute walk gets you to a huge grocery store and restaurants. I wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at this Las Mananitas condo. We had everything we needed. The condo is so well appointed and has plenty of towels, bedding and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Meredith was prompt with all communications and I will definitely rent this condo again on our next trip to Cabo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Mañanitas in Meredith’s condo. The condo was clean, well furnished, and very safe feeling. Security was present on the grounds at all time with answers to any question and always a friendly greeting. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The grill area was cleaned daily and bathrooms at the pool area were spotless. We also really enjoyed the semi-private pool right outside the condo for late afternoon drinks and a quick dip. Many restaurants within walking distance. We visited Cynthia’s, Tap Room, District MX, La Forchetta and Sardina Cantina and enjoyed them all. We also went to Mass Sunday morning at the town square and enjoyed breakfast at the French Riviera. We took and Uber down and walked back and felt safe and enjoyed the walk. Weather was perfect everyday. The La Comer grocery store is a 5 minute walk with a McDonald’s and a Starbucks in the same area. We took Meredith’s suggestion for airport transportation and it was convenient and punctual both ways. We hope to go back soon and extend our stay, we loved it. Thank you to our gracious hosts for extending their beautiful home to us.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is spotless and oh so convenient having a pool right outside the door. We came in June and the complex was very empty. Our five day trip seemed to go by very slowly because we were so relaxed in this beautiful ground floor unit. The hostess is amazing and so accommodating— we are going to bring our kids here next. Anyone considering this listing, book it now, you won’t be sorry!

We had an amazing weekend at Las Mananitas. It’s like a resort but at a fraction of the price. Visiting in the off season, there were very few other people and it felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. There were a lot of good food options in walking distance and downtown was a short Uber ride. The condo was very comfortable and it was great to have access to the beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

Las Mañanitas is the perfect spot in San Jose del Cabo! The condo is comfortable, cozy, and well appointed. The complex is beautiful and we used the (almost private) pool as well as the huge one in the middle. Steps from a gorgeous beach! Meredith is a lovely and responsive host. 5+ 🌠

Hidden Gem of Vacation Perfection
Family of three from California visiting San Jose del Cabo. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Five stars all around!
- Location relative to the surrounding area is perfect. Steps away from an incredible grocery store, services, and fantastic restaurants. Easy onramp to the highway that leads to all the great beaches in the west, and direct frontage road access to the hotel strip and shopping in town to the east. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away.
- Condominium complex property is built like a hotel resort with multiple massive swimming pools/hot tubs, BBQ areas, and a putting green with paths that connect them all, but no crowds! It felt like we had the place to ourselves at times. - Don't forget...you are ON a huge, pristine and low traffic stretch of beach with ultra soft sand that connects to the surrounding community.
-The BEST attribute is your "private" pool just steps from your large outdoor patio. You can see the beach, ocean, and pool in one amazing line of sight while sitting at the table.
- The condo is situated in a protected area, so when the afternoon winds pick up and make the main pool area condos less desirable, you are completely unaffected.
- World class sunrise views from the amazing beach, just a few steps from your sliding glass doors.
- Fully functional kitchen with everything you need.
- Comfortable and user friendly bathroom and shower with great water pressure.
- Tommy Bahama beach backpack chairs with built in coolers, storage, drink and phone holder.
- Washer and dryer in unit! Easy to use safe for cash/passports in unit!
- Open and plentiful free parking right outside your front door.

The condo is in a great location. We had the small pool located in front of our porch to ourselves. A large grocery store is located a short walk away. The condo complex is maintained in great shape and has 24 hour security. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic ground floor condo
This condo and description of the grounds are true to the online listing. The grounds were stunning and absolutely immaculate with friendly staff working the grounds.
There are three very large pools with tons of loungers and tables around the bbq areas. The condo was well equipped and we loved having a walk out to the semi-private pools.
Meredith was amazing to deal with. She was easy to get a hold of and responded very quick to emails. We loved every moment and definitely will be booking again.

Overall very pleasant - the furniture needs a few updates -mainly the sofa it appeared to be worn out and a few stains on it. and mattress is a bit worn and brighter lighting in the bathroom and bedrooms. All easy fixes

Las Mananitas is a gorgeous beachfront property. Meredith's unit is nicely tucked away in a quiet oasis with a semi-private pool. The unit is well furnished, very cosy, and fully equipped with everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable. A return visit to Las Manamitas
This unit lived up to the reputation of Las Mananitas an elegant, beautiful manicured resort. The beach on the Sea of Cotez is broad and with few people. There are several pools for those disinclined to tempt the salt water.
San Jose is safe. Restaurants are close and cater many tastes. Staff is quick to respond to needs and request. Our only regret is that we could only stay two weeks.

It's in the perfect location. You can walk to restaurants and the grocery store. Karla in the office helped with renting a car and scheduled our Covid testing. The grounds are immaculate. We had the pool to ourselves. If you want noise and party time this is not for you. If you want to relax and enjoy your vacation this is perfect. The sound of the waves, walks on the beach what more could you ask for?

The owner was very responsive by email. The property was extremely clean. The pool was truly steps away from the patio and the beach beyond that. We could have used a better pool float (other than noodles) and some beach chairs. There were no games or cards. We left a deck. There were some books. We added to the collection. Karla in the office was very helpful with spa, rental car and covid test recommendations. The whole complex was extremely quiet. We had a very nice relaxing week.

The condo is perfect for two people. Las Mananitas is perfectly located next to the beach, shopping and Tap Deck for pizza. Buses and taxis to downtown San Jose are close by. The property staff is very respectful and helpful. The owner is super responsive.

We love Las Mañanitas. The beach, the pools, the staff, the security, everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is well appointed with everything you need. My only complaint would be that the mattress was extremely firm. But that’s a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again.

Las Mananitas is a heavenly resort. Sparkling clean and well maintained. We happened to be there during COVID and the resort was sparsely occupied so we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. Great beach. Everything was perfect.

I could have spent the entire plane ride home to Seattle writing about the many things we loved about this Las Mananitas condo! To summarize: THE QUIET, as everyone else has mentioned. Las Mananitas is a large resort with 4 pools. This condo is in a quiet, secluded corner with a small pool that nobody uses. THE LOCATION. It’s a short walk to 2 large grocery stores, several good restaurants, coffee shops, a wine bar, and Urbano stops where you can catch buses that take you into town or up Highway 1, where there are great local restaurants (Taqueria Rossy, Hangman, Guacamayas). There are also many taxis in the area. THE FURNISHINGS. The condo is spacious and comfortably furnished. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom stays cool. THE SHOWER! Large with super water pressure. THE SECURITY. The guards keep a close eye on the property and on guests--including asking people to mask up when walking around. (This is a family-friendly spot, not a party spot.) MEREDITH! She’s a great host who quickly answered every question I posed. We booked our 2021 trip before leaving.

A little bit of paradise
This is my fourth stay at this property. It’s a safe and beautifully maintained condo community. This unit is perfect for two. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Right outside the door is a lovely small pool so you don’t even need to wander to the main pool area if you don’t want. Very convenient grocery shopping about a block away and great nearby restaurants.
Property owner is great to work with, very responsive to any questions or needs. I will come back again next year.

As a returning guest, I knew this peaceful, quiet corner of the much larger facilities, was the perfect balance for a vacation. With a private patio, the apartment enlarges. It is warm and welcoming and fully stocked for your every need.
