We had 2 families stay for a weekend. The house was just as pictures in the photos and it was incredibly clean. There was plenty of space for all of us and the hot tub was a nice feature as well. The location was within a very short drive to downtown. The only concerns we had, were the lack of pillows and towels provided. Luckily we had brought a couple pillows but we were still 1 short and one of our girls had to use a decorative pillow. We also were unable to find a bottom sheet for the pull out couch, but just used the top sheet instead. The very minimal amount of bath towels were provided as well, and with all young girls with long hair, a few extras would have been nice. Our biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the house. When a couple people are trying to bath at the same time, the upstairs shower has almost zero water coming out at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were just a couple issues as mentioned.

This was a perfect place for our family getaway. We had six adults and two toddlers. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice private quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach and downtown restaurants. Beautiful deck for outside dining which we took advantage of with small children.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean and as described. The bedrooms are away from each other so there’s privacy. 2/3 beds are comfortable. The family room is a great gathering space with lots of movies and a nice tv. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need! The deck is nice and private. We didn’t use the hot tubs but it’s a very nice option. Definitely would stay here again!

What a great house to get away from it all with some amazing friends! New Buffalo is a quaint little beach town. Not a lot of exciting things to do, but this house gave us the space to enjoy each others company!

We had family of 8 stay and were quite comfortable. The master suite accommodated 2 pack n play for little ones to sleep in. The home was updated and very clean. We didn’t have time to use hot tub as beach close by. The beach was awesome and the kids had a blast in the waves and playing in the sand. Would stay here again. It was a quiet area with little traffic.

This house was incredible. Very clean. Had everything we needed. The only problem was the upstairs bedroom was really hot but that could have been us not knowing how to use the AC. The downstairs was very cool. Loved the location too. Great property.

My sisters and I were celebrating two milestone birthdays. When they saw the house in person, that set the tone for the weekend. They kept commenting on how beautiful it is and how meticulous the decor. It was comfortable and we felt right at home, only with the added plus of a hot tub and gorgeous sun deck. It was minutes from all of our planned activities and so easy to navigate the surrounding area. Lovely place to stay!!

The house is perfect! Very clean and comfortable and about a two minute drive from all the action including the restaurants, breweries , and the beach. Our only issue was with the checkout time. For a house that sleeps eight and only has two bathrooms, a 10 AM check out was a little tight when you factor in showering, getting ready, making breakfast, and completing all the items on the checkout checklist. Other than that, we would give it 3 1/2 out of four stars.

This home provides a nice, relaxing atmosphere to stay in. We enjoyed the close driving proximity to town. While the description states it’s walking distance (and it is) we never felt comfortable walking as it is a curvy road with no shoulders, and then you would need to cross a four lane highway to get to the closest brewery. But it was just a couple minutes drive to several nice breweries and restaurants. There were also a couple of spas close by which we enjoyed.
The house itself had a few small issues but I let management know and they were very prompt in their response. The shower head in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work well, but they were going to fix it as soon as I let them know. The TV in the living room wasn’t a smart TV and only had a few channels but there was DVDs available. As they mention, you will want to bring your own towels and pillows or blankets. They provide some but we needed more.
Great visit and the company was great to communicate with.

This is a lovely home, even prettier than the pictures. We loved the bonus living room with the beautiful bright windows. The decor was very pretty. The location is perfect. There were five us and we all slept comfortably. There is definitely a lot of room for relaxing and we definitely could have included more guests. The travel contacts were very responsive and helpful. We will be planning an annual trip and we will definitely be returning to this home for a weekend stay. We wish we could have stayed all week!

The plus is always the jacuzzi, we loved it. The host was very accommodating. The property was in a very convenient location with access to stores and the beach. The home was in great condition with all of the necessary amenities for a nice stay. One gripe would be the master bedroom bed…..It was a very uncomfortable mattress which forced my wife and Info stay in one of the downstairs bedrooms. If you have questionable back issues the master bedroom bed is defined going to cripple you. Outside of that everything else was great.

Sibling Reunion
First of all, this is a very nice and spacious home for our three adult couples. Tonya was easily available. We enjoyed the nice kitchen, bedrooms, and gathering areas, both inside and out. We were however a bit surprised at the lack of some typical amenities, such as bed coverings, toiletries in the bathrooms, and some expected kitchen items (salt/pepper shakers were empty, for example.) I don't expect to have to buy salt and pepper or napkins. It lacked the nice "extras" that we expect for the price. We just felt for a little more, it could have been an excellent vacation. In addition, batteries were missing from 3 of the remotes (and no spares available). Water pressure was a problem if more than one use was running (washer, dishwasher, shower). Only two bicycles were at property instead of 4 listed, and there were no helmets. The Ghost Isle Brewery which was a very nice place, is really not walkable. It's more than a block and you would have to cross 4 lanes of highway. Just plan on walking wherever you go.

Beautiful well kept home
Enjoyed a cousins reunion. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for us. Pictures are good but even nicer in person. Very clean and hot tub was a nice feature( wished it had better lighting for safety at night and spot to lay towels out-but no big deal ). We were there after lots of rain and a noisy sump pump went off every 15-20 min round the clock making sleeping challenging but it improved as we were there). Big TVs in bedrooms and family room very nice. The. House managers were amazing! Very attentive and when we were leaving one car had a dead battery and house manager came right out and jumped the car! Now that’s service you never expect and it was on Easter! Don’t hesitate to stay here it was beautiful and location great!
