This house worked well for two couples who were visiting down. There are a few things that would make this property top notch. Location felt entirely safe and was quiet. Pool and putting green were a nice touch.

Your vrbo was very spacious and accommodationing for our stay. We appreciate all the nicely stocked items that you provided and extra blankets and pillows to ensure everyone was comfortable. The house layout is wonderful, and the backyard is definitely private and inviting for sure. The seating inside and outside is plentiful for a large family like ours. The master bed is comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

House was exactly as described. Ready to go upon arrival. Location was easy access to all major roads helping with travel around Phoenix to the golf coarses and made it easy to use Uber when we were unable to drive. Weather was cod so we didn't use the pool but hot tub and putting green were awesome. House was stocked with all needed utensils. Beds were comfortable.

Location is great ! Close to Scottsdale quarter and keirland shops so that is a plus
Huge lot, pool needs some TLC, barking dog next door was very annoying, could have used some landscaping help, lots of weeds in the backyard. Overall the house was good for what we needed,
Beds were very uncomfortable. House could use some updates
Paul the host was very accommodating and attentive to our schedule and heated the pool and hot tub which made my daughters happy

All in all a very nice place. Paul was extremely attentive.
Only issue was barking neighbors dogs.
Recommend landlord put tvs in those two bedrooms and also white noise cancellation machines.

The place was plenty big for for guys , and the room set up, and the overall whole set up was very nice. However, it looked as if the owner slapped together this property to be able to rent it without paying too much attention to detail. Multiple lightbulbs were burnt out or needed to be screwed in tight in order to work, there was areas in the property that had bare sheet rock patched in, several drawers and cupboards were without knobs or handles, the bathroom sink was cracked. Only the master bedroom has a television, the other three do not add the television in the master bedroom was burning out, everything was in blue on the screen. Overall pretty disappointing because the pictures looked very nice but ended up being deceiving. Unless some major work was done on the place, I would not rent it again.

Paul was a great host! He was very accommodating, above and beyond. The house has a great layout and is a good value for the money. We would definitely stay there again when we’re in that area.

We were visiting family in Scottsdale for a grandchild's graduation from ASU. This place is spacious with plenty of room for family time.
We enjoyed the back patio area for grilling and the hot tub. There was plenty of room to celebrate the graduation indoors (as it got colder). For my mother (92 years old) it was a thrill to see all her family in one place, including two great grandchildren!
High marks overall for this property and the host!

This lovely, four bedroom, two bathroom VRBO home, in Scottsdale was the perfect setting for our family, five of us, getaway from the Idaho cold weather. It is located close to shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool. We were able to hang out in the family room, watch TV, relax and bond. The host, Paul, was kind, accommodating and quick to respond to any and all of our questions and concerns. If I could change anything about the home, I would have liked a third bathroom and better lighting in the master-bathroom. The pool is older and needs re-surfaced and the vacuum needs to be repaired but completely usable and refreshing. The neighbor's dog was a yappy barker but overall it was fantastic!

Nicely appointed property. Easy check in/out. Excellent location for getting to all of the courses that we played in a short drive. Fun backyard for unwinding at night and enjoying friends.

This place was great. The instructions for everything upon arrival were very clear -we appreciated that. The amenities were what we booked this place for and they were great. The one thing I would mention is that I believe now this location is in Paradise Valley which is Scottsdale adjacent. :) Great place - highly recommend.

5 of us and 2 dogs stayed at Tatum Villa this past week. We wished we would have booked an extra night. This was a big trip for us which included a concert so we were happy to have privacy and a beautiful house to come back to as opposed to a hotel room.
We spent most of the time in the backyard and took complete advantage of the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean, and organized which I appreciated. They had a basket of clean towels ready for us to use by the back door and the entire kitchen is labeled so items may be found effortlessly.
No backyard neighbors since the house is on a quiet cul de sac, and with TONS of room to relax and spend quality time with our friends I felt like we were in paradise.
I would def recommend this home for anyone who wants friendly hosts, tons of space, appreciate cleanliness, and would like to enjoy a space other than just inside the house. We spent all of our hangout time in the backyard.

Close to grocery store, walgreens’s, made lots of memories pool, Jacuzzi! Lot’s of space for our family of nine, we’ll stock, very clean. Dogs 🐕 had Lots of space, very thankful they allowed our 2 dogs!!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this place was. It was exactly like it was described online. It’s is a great neighborhood, close to shopping and overall a great place to stay. We had a couple of minor issues come up but the property manager was on top of it and took care of things quickly. I highly recommend staying here and we will be doing so again :-)

Overall, this home was perfect for us. the house was clean and accessible to many resturants and activities. The pool area needed some attention. Very dirty lounges, decking and green growth on the pool wall. Even after cleaning crew were there. We had bees, lots of bees, while in the pool. We would consider this property again.
