The condo is well located and very easy to walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops on 5th and 3rd. The unit has been totally redone and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Photos are very accurate. Wei is very easy to work with and very responsive. I can recommend highly.

Close to the Beach and town this was a beautifully appointed and renovated condo.
Truly able to enjoy Old Naples downtown- it was walking distance to everything on 5th ave and 3rd St -

Location location location
Lovely two bed/bath condo very near to the beach also a short walk to the restaurants, had everything we needed. no problems parking. Aircon good, bonus to have a washer/dryer. Didn’t use the oven, or the pool, they seemed fine, basic tv Channels, we were out most of the time but I know some people like Netflix and Comcast, We hope to return, especially when it’s been renovated. Wei was very responsive about our problem to gain access, a perfect host, great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay linda and geoff

Responsive host
My husband and I love the Naples area and this condo was a perfect location to enjoy all Naples has to offer. In addition Wei is a very responsive host.

We were booked for a staycation for 1 week to explore downtown Naples and get much needed beach time. As we were both planning to work during our stay, we selected this rental property because it appeared from the photos that it would be comfortable. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and we not only went back to our home mid-week for a night but ended our stay early.
What we liked:
The location is outstanding and the complex of apartments is beautiful, well-maintained and appointed with a heated pool, high end tables and lounging chairs. Our unit was clean and it was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs.
The owner was responsive and stayed in touch.
What we didn't like:
The unit was severely worn and in much need of a renovation - which many of the other units in the complex appear to have undergone. Things like it being difficult to access the drawer of cutlery as the cabinet was deformed. The beach towels in the unit were torn and faded. Leaving the overall poor condition of the unit aside, mostly, it was just uncomfortable. The blinds did not keep the light out (which is on in the entire complex courtyard all night) -- it was impossible to get a good night's sleep in the master bedroom. It was also not conducive to working remotely - week cell signal and uncomfortable, dated furniture and technology. The Wifi was good though. The automated door lock is a great idea but we had constant trouble where it would say it was locked but it was not.
Parking was tough on certain days but we managed.
As the complex is lovely and in a great location, we recommend staying in one of the many renovated units.

Comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are all supplied and first class. They even supplied pool noodles! We spent many happy hours lounging on the front patio with a good book, wine and cheese. Their first floor unit is steps from the pool. We can’t wait until next year!

Perfectly situated and secluded
What a wonderful location for a home away from home - easy walking access to restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the gorgeous beach! When desirous of quieter moments, the property is sufficiently secluded to accommodate. I would highly recommend this condo for those who like to truly relax on vacation without the logistical hassles of needing to drive anywhere to enjoy the ambience of Old Naples and the beach. The digitally keyed access and pre-printable parking pass made the experience wonderfully autonomous. Highly recommend this rental - thanks!

Great location
This property couldn’t be better located. It is 2 blocks from a great beach and we could easily walk to all the shopping and dining. We enjoyed sitting at the tables and chairs on the patio of the building. The kitchen is very small and not well stocked. We wished for dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and trash bags to get started but a quick trip to the store as a remedy.
The electronic lock system was very convenient and we appreciated early access. The owner was very helpful and responded to all inquiries very promptly.

Ideal property to stay in.
You can't beat it for value and location.
Beside all the usual things you have in a 5 star rating, this come with repeat guests that area wonderful neighbors. Definately would stay again.

Excellent location
We’ve stayed here before and will definitely be back. The location is perfect and right on 5th Avenue, one block to the beach. Great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and towels available.

Superb condo and location
Loved our stay at this condo. This is the third unit we have stayed in at the beach club and this one is the best so far everything you need is here from comfy bed, plenty of utensils, comfy settee, Tommy Bahamas beech chairs loads of linens. Definitely recommend a stay here

PERFECT
Just as described, this property is top notch. Location is amazing between the beach and 5th Ave. restaurants and shopping, and a nice walk over to the restaurants and shops around 3rd St. and 12th Ave. The condo is well furnished, comfortable and quiet. The local rental agent was quick to respond to questions and arranging for mail pick-up. We have already re-booked it for 2017.

Exactly as presented!
My wife and I have visited Naples dozens of times over the past two decades and stayed in a variety of accommodations over those years. This ground level condo is among the best we have enjoyed. It is well appointed with comfortable furniture, (including bedding), clean and in about the best location you could ask for in Old Naples. Honestly if you stay here you don't really even need a car as you can walk everywhere. (5 min walk to the beach) The property is also very well managed so rest assured when booking.

Spectacular!!!
we are currently staying at the condo, and so far we couldn't be happier. The pictures tell the true story, just a beautiful condo. Everything you could possibly need is here. Since this is off season, we pretty much have the beautiful pool to ourselves, although it is just a very short walk if you want sand and surf at the beach.... My passion for shopping has been fulfilled within walking distance of both the 5th Avenue shops and the 3rd Street shops. Restrauants are plentiful and also within walking distance. I would love to rent this condo for a month or two in the future.

Will Definitely Be Going Back
Locations is great! The condo was very nice with its updates and parking was a cinch. One minor issue with bugs, which I'm sure is typical of Florida, but was handled quickly and professionally by the realtor and owner. No doubt we would recommend staying here, and we will go back.

We're Regulars in Naples - New Experience, Would Recommend
We come to Naples about every year - have experimented with a variety of condos and hotels. We had a great experience here - it's on the first floor next to the pool which at first we were concerned about, but it was a non-issue (very quiet, no noise). The layout for a 2 bedroom was very nice - we have a child and the second room was across the hallway - and facility clean, new, comfortable. Walk to beach close enough that if we forgot something, we could just go and come back quickly. Highly recommend.

Great Condo - Great Location
The whole experience for renting this condo has been clear from the start, from booking, payment and through to picking up the keys there were no problems.
The condo itself was perfect for us as it is right on the beach end of 5th Avenue and not too far from 3rd st. As said there is off-street parking, beach chairs etc and the pool right outside the door.
All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will, without doubt, be staying there again in the future and have already recommended this condo to a colleague.

Amazing Condo AND Location!
The location of this condo is amazing! Walking just a few minutes in one direction takes you to the gorgeous white sand beach, where we saw two dolphins swimming together in the afternoon. Walking a few minutes in the other direction takes you to all of the 5th Ave restaurants and shops. Step out of the front door and there's the pool. Everything about the condo was clean and well furnished, just like in the pictures. All of the things we needed for the beach were provided during our stay, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. We found the washer and dryer to be extremely useful and both were surprisingly quiet while running. The condo walls must be well insulated, as we didn't hear our neighbors at all while we were there. The bed was very comfortable and was just like being in an upscale hotel. Booking and coordinating with the property managers was a breeze, and we really could not have asked for anything more out of our stay at this condo!

Awesome Location!!
Best location in Naples. You are on 5th Ave., just 2 blocks from the 5th Ave shops and restaurants. You are 2 blocks from the public beach access. You are walking distance from the 3rd Street shops and restaurants. You will not find a better condo rental location in old town Naples. The condo itself is very smartly decorated, as you can see from the photos. Although it is a 2 bedroom, it is a small condo, only about 700 square feet, so don't expect a lot of extra room, but it was fine for 4 people. Pool, although small was also very nice. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos. There is also a nice community patio, with tables and chairs. The condo had beach chairs and beach tools as well. A very nice plus. Check in and check out was seamless. Overall, a great value.

EVERYTHING IS AS ADVERTISED. MANY DAYS THE POOL FELT LIKE IT WAS YOUR PRIVATE AREA. IT IS IN THE BEST OF LOCATIONS AND VERY WELL KEPT. THE LOCAL AGENCY IS EFFICIENT AND VERY HELPFUL FOR ANY NEED THAT MAY ARISE.

I highly recommend a stay at this condo
My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo in early November and I would highly recommend it to others. As others have stated, it is clean, modern, nicely furnished and comfortable. It could not be better located. We walked to the beautiful beach each day and at night we dined on either 5th Ave. or 3rd St. which also were within walking distance. The owner and property manager were easy to deal with and responsive during the rental and check in processes. We would love to return to Naples and if we do I will rent this property.

This condo is beautifully decorated, with modern, clean and comfortable furnishings along with the updated kitchen gives a luxurious feel to a beach condo. The hotel grade sheets with the comfortable mattresses make you feel like you have to give up give zero sacrifices from home. Perfect in every way!
This condo was everything and more. The photos accurately depict what you will see when you arrive. It has been beautifully updated and had all the amenities you could want or need. The property itself is very well kept with lovely outdoor spaces to lounge and relax. So close to so many restaurants and shops that everything was in walking distance. The beach was delightful and only 1 1/2 bocks away. Being a frequent traveler and a discerning one at that, I found this condo above what I had hoped for in a rental. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a very clean and well maintained property in the heart of Olde Naples in walking distance to everything. Chang - my friends and I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in answering questions. This was a top notch experience for us all.
