Esta es una hermosa unidad de 2 dormitorios en el edificio este. Completamente remodelado en 2018. Nuevos pisos, duchas, gabinetes, mostradores de granito, accesorios, pintura, muebles de terraza y más. Todo lo que necesitas para unas fabulosas vacaciones en la playa. Hay dos dormitorios, ambos con camas King. Cada habitación y sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente grande con acceso a Netflix, etc. y un reproductor de DVD. ¡Ofrecemos Directv con TODOS los canales de películas y el NFL Sunday Ticket! Living Room también tiene un disco duro con más de 400 películas para elegir, así como un reproductor de juegos Xbox. El dormitorio principal tiene una pequeña oficina en casa con PC e impresora. También cuenta con caja fuerte. La cocina está totalmente cargada con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Tenemos tanto agua filtrada (sistema de RO para fregadero de cocina y máquina de hielo) como un burbujeador de agua fría / caliente. La sala de estar también tiene un sofá seccional con un sofá cama de tamaño completo. Espacio para colchón de aire en pisos. Todos los electrodomésticos y lavandería con electrodomésticos de alta gama. El balcón tiene un juego de sillones y sillas, así como una mesa de comedor de seis asientos. Nuestra unidad está cerca del ascensor en el quinto piso con impresionantes vistas de la piscina y las áreas de playa. I’ve been to this property before. This has been my favorite booking. The condo was very well equipped as described. The owner was quick to respond to any need or issue. It was nice to check in at the gate and head to the condo. Keyless entry is always a plus. I also liked the safe in the bedroom. I would absolutely book this particular condo again.

Condo was great. It had everything, and it was very clean. We liked everything about this condo. My husband, my two sons and I had a great time and will be back for sure.

We were there for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Sonoran Sun Is one of the best properties, and other than units that are right on the grass near the pool, I think that this unit is one of the nicest in the building from what we saw of other friends units while we were there. Just a great place to relax for several days.

We were very happy with our stay. There was a little miscommunication at the start but the owner responded immediately and remedied the problem. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, such a great view! We will be looking to rent this one again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! Great views of the water, super clean, like new furnishings and comfy beds. And the patio is wonderful overlooking the beach and pools. Definitely one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. All the highly rated reviews are well deserved. Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the first time ever anyone has left us more than enough laundry detergent, softener and static cling sheets for the dryer. This allowed us to wash our towels which are provided by the owner, several times. Waking up to the view of the ocean was amazing! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone interested in having a great time.

We stay at Sonoran Sun whenever we come to RP, this unit was our favorite! It was very clean and comfortable, it had plenty of extra amenities including extra paper towels and TP. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly need and the patio was amazing. Beds were super comfortable as was the couch. We saved this unit to our favorites.

Unbelievable views.. condo was beautiful and had all the amenities. Patio was gorgeous and spacious for the whole family to enjoy the beach view. Steve was very efficient on responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay her again!

It is so cold in Utah. We wanted to go for a few days warm. We have stayed at Rocky Point before and decided this was the perfect place to go. We love staying at Sonoran Sun. It is a very comfortable condo with a great balcony to see the ocean. It is easy to check in and is always perfect

We had a wonderful time in your condo! Communication was easy and thorough from the beginning. Check in was a breeze. The amenities on site were fabulous! The condo itself was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable! The outdoor patio and sunsets were phenomenal and the furniture outside was perfect for relaxing, working, eating and enjoying the view! Easy walk on the beach to The Reef! Ate in mostly but also enjoyed Mareblu & Garufa's while there, excellent food & service always! Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we will be back!

We go once a year for bike fest. I like renting from this property manager because he's always so attentive. I've never had an issue of any kind. I will not rent from anyone else!

Everything about Steven’s place was perfect, from start to finish! The condo was fantastic with two comfy king beds and a great view from a huge balcony! The resort was clean, staff were friendly, and drinks were great. We all had an amazing time and would definitely rent this condo again!

It was our first time in Puerto Penasco and this property was a great introduction to the beauty of the city. It's right on the ocean, has great seating options above the beach and at the pool area, pool bar staff were friendly, as well as the on site restaurant staff. The store on site doesnt have prices listed on anything so you do have to ask. Their ATM in the store was much cheaper to pull cash than the Santander in town. Highly suggest bringing cash with you. I opted to get pesos and for some reason some locals would charge more than the current exhange rate if you used pesos. Especially the vendors in the beach.
Definitely do your excursions in town as they're a fraction of the cost than the jet skis and banana boats on the beach. But you can pay for the convenience.
Stephen was great with communication before and during our stay. We did receive a message during our stay about a neighbor reaching out to Stephen with a concern. Which we quickly resolved.
The property was clean and a great location. I enjoyed all the supplies already in the room. There were also hanging options on the balcony. The condo is right off the elevator. Also when you take the elevator downstairs you are right by a hallway that leads you to adult section of the pool. They also have a family section and large lagoon lounge that is perfect for toddlers.

Our family getaway this year was a short one. We typically like to stay for 5-7 days. This was just a weekend getaway. Everything went well except for the after 10pm lights out quite time. Security make you feel like you’re in prison. You can’t even carry a simple conversation on the balcony without being called from the security office, knocks on the door, and lights flashing at you. Unfortunately the same rules don’t apply to everyone. Some other groups had blasting music, sitting on grass off their porch or balcony and talking or arguing loudly. We even her a fight next door yet we got called out time and time again. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be staying at Sonoran Sun again.

Very nice. Master bedroom has access to the balcony overlooking resort and ocean. Second bedroom located next to hallway and near elevator so could get noisy. Overall great place.

Stephen was a great host! He replied to all emails promptly, and is very thorough. The place is very clean with great vibes and I heard the ocean every night. Highly recommended.

This condo absolutely lived up to the excellent rating it has on vrbo. From check in to check out I would say this was a perfect experience. The condo is absolutely amazing. Super comfortable and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. We needed nothing that wasn't there. Can't wait to come back to this amazing condo on the beach!
