Estamos ubicados directamente en la hermosa playa blanca de azúcar de la Ciudad de Panamá, y en el agua clara del golfo esmeralda, tenemos toneladas de excelentes comodidades y espectaculares puestas de sol durante todo el año desde este condominio para que disfrutes. Estamos en el tercer piso y directamente en la playa. Ofrecemos una playa libre configuración justo en el agua (dos salones y un paraguas) con cada reserva Mar-octubre La gente lo ha usado y disfrutado mucho (no tener que llevar sillas a la playa).
Ofrecemos bolsas de basura para la cocina, detergente para lavavajillas, detergente para la ropa, dispensador de jabón suave, esponja para platos, especias como sal y pimienta, filtros de café y líquido para el lavado de platos Dawn durante toda su estadía. También contamos con un suministro inicial de toallas de papel, papel higiénico, café, jabón de barra y pañuelos Dove. Tenemos maravillosos comentarios de 5 estrellas y muchos invitados de regreso.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con una gran cantidad de platos, cristalería, ollas y sartenes y nevera, cocina, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, estante de especias, licuadora, tostadora, etc. También tenemos una nueva lavadora y secadora.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con pillow top y el segundo dormitorio tiene una reina y dos camas individuales. Hay una bañera en el baño principal y un paseo en la ducha para el segundo baño. Hay un sofá cama doble y un sofá en la sala de estar.
Nuestro apartamento está muy bien decorado y bien cuidado. Tenemos Wi-Fi gratis, también tenemos una silla alta para los más pequeños.
Hay un DVD conectado a los 3 televisores de pantalla plana (uno en cada habitación y uno en la sala de estar) con canales premium.
Tenemos dos grandes piscinas junto a la playa, una climatizada, una bañera de hidromasaje, una piscina para niños con instalaciones para descansar y un Gazebo para sentarse a la sombra entre las piscinas y el golfo.
Hay una acristaladas ascensor, precioso paisaje (que ha ganado premios) y una zona de la parrilla mesa de picnic / gas (gas proporcionado). Tenemos canchas de tenis y balonmano / racquetball y tejo, (con todo el equipo necesario incluido).

Summerhouse es tranquilo, cerrado, muy adecuado para familias y cuenta con seguridad y mantenimiento las 24 horas, pero estamos a solo minutos de todos los excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, pesca, paseos en bote y muchas, muchas otras atracciones.
En el invierno hay muchas tertulias y actividades Snowbird (aeróbic piscina, tarjeta de juego, cenas etc) en el vestíbulo. También estamos en la ruta de transporte Panamá City Beach, para los viajes y el sitio fácil de ver, si no tienes un coche. Le damos las gracias por considerar nuestro condominio. We stayed 7 nights and the condo was wonderful. We had a few questions to start with but Joan responded and made everything perfect. Beach was great easy access. Pools and hot tub was cleaned perfectly. The girls at the front deck were more than helpful after a little sweet taking they gave us a 3rd parking pass for motorcycles. We give it 5 stars and with definitely be back.

Vacuum cleaner was broken, but she had told us about it before hand. The balconies are so small. There were ants coming in the window. Saw a humongous cockroach. The drawers in the nightstands & dresser had trash in them. One had mouse poop & one had a prescription pill. The master bedroom mattre was wonderful. The top plug-in behind the nightstand did not work. The pocket doors in the 2nd bedroom were hard to open & close. The throw rugs in the bathrooms & the kitchen tried to trip you. They did not stay in place. It would’ve been nice to have been warned that there were 100 Amish staying during the 2 weeks that we stayed because they took over everything. It was very annoying. I did enjoy the pretty view from the balcony as far as the trees & landscape & pools. I did not like the fact that we weren’t even with the beach so our actual beach view was limited, since we saw the condos on both sides of us instead of beach. I would say I enjoyed the pool, but I only got in at once because the Amish took that whole area over. I did enjoy the pavilion & the hot tub when the Amish weren’t in it. I enjoyed the movie once a week which I watched from my balcony. The beach chairs that came with the room were nice. Except that the beach chair guys set up chairs directly in front of us for a lot of Amish people. Ea bldg only had 1 elevator, once it was broken, we had to walk up the stairs to our room. Thank goodness we were on the 3rd floor

We had a great time. The Summerhouse is located very close to St Andrew's park and was very quiet, at least in August. It was a great time to go. Loved the early check in and beach servixe that was provided. Even better was there were extra chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for us to use. The master bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The location was great, but the condo needs some updating big time. The lighting in the bedrooms was terrible and no ceiling fans. It can easily be a great place, just needs some tender loving care and paint!

Our stay at the Summerhouse condo was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed. The king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! From the comfort of the spacious condo, to the beautiful view and all of the amenities, this was by far one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken! Any questions I had was immediately answered by Jean as well as a follow up to make sure that we had what we needed and if we had any other questions that need answered. I would highly recommend booking this condo!

Views of the ocean, the nice property pools/grounds, and directly on the beach location are wonderful assests to this rental. To put it simply, this unit needs to be updated. There is old crunchy carpet throughout, the fridge leaked brown liquid upon opening it, the faucet becomes unattached when trying to use the kitchen sink, shower rods continued to fall throughout our stay, no water pressure in said shower, outdated appliances, and very well worn mattresses. Roku Tvs throughout were a nice touch. There were plenty of seating options, and the kitchen did have a plethera of appliances to use such as coffee maker, and even belgian waffle maker! The balcony has a lovely view, however sunsets are blocked by another building on the property. This condo does have a nice entry way to off-load pool and beach toys. There was a high chair and pack n play for use in the closet - great news for families with small kids. Some games were also available to use inthe condo. The lobby of Summerhouse is nice with a small arcade. Summerhouse also boasts a beach wheelchair for those less able! The use of the two beach chairs was a wonderful bonus being in the condo. While Summerhouse as a whole was a fun property to visit, the 302a unit is needing a someTLC.

Perfect location to relax and experience the beach without the spring break mega-crowds. The unit was as described and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The free beach chair set-up was an added perk. Highly recommended for families with kids.

This condo was farther down the beach than we usually stay, so it wasn’t walking distance to much. A great place for families without the loud partying. Owner was great and quick to help resolve any issue we had.

VRBO and Hostess Jean were great. The ease of renting the condo through VRBO and the follow through from our host, Jean Candido, on making sure everything was perfect, was excellent. The condo was well equipped with swimming boards, floats, chairs and even a free rental of beach chairs and umbrella located on the beach.... per courtesy of our Host Jean Candido . The condo is located on the third floor and centered overlooking the oasis of pools , hot tub, palm trees and beach. ...The water is crystal clear . We could watch the dolphins playing during our spring break.......Beautiful......We will be back!

The condo was great, the beach was excellent. Our only complaints were things out of the owners control :
1. The elevator- s l o w (we took the stairs 95% of the time).
2. Barking dog's for hours on end (I thought no pets were allowed ??

This property was prefect! The condo was clean and well stocked and the beds were comfy! I read reviews about the condo being “outdated” but none of that took away from the cleanliness and comfort of it! We loved every minute being there and we can’t wait to go back! Smaller condo complex is VERY close to beach. VERY nice pool/hot tub area. Very nice community room. These areas were very clean. All staff were very nice and helpful. Long term residents were friendly. Elevators/walkways maybe not as clean as I would like. Property is older. The unit itself was good and we were pleased with our rental decision. It has not been remodeled and is dated but I knew that going in from reviews. If you can look past things like door handles with finish worn off, a little peeling wallpaper etc then unit was a good pick for the price for me. It is at the lower spectrum in this category for me though. The unit was clean enough but things just felt a little WORN. The owner and building maintenance were VERY responsive to a minor problem we had. We only slept in the master king bed. It was VERY comfortable and had very nice linens. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Far better than some rentals I have stayed in. The 3rd floor view was stellar.
