While booking what was told wasn't there. Drinking water, coffee/tea ☕🍵 etc etc.
Room was okay. Good location what we chosen. Late night only we occupied.
So don't know about all the staff over there.
Nothing to tell cz of late check in. Food n breakfast not available no restaurant functioned.

Location
Denial of online bookings, rude reception, dirty toilet, looting extra money, unsafe for family, waste of time and money. Staying at platform would be better

Actually this hotel has literally cheated as at their doorstep.......
When we reached we have contacted their staff to know about the room and they told us to come..... But at the time of check in they told there is no room for us....... It make our trip the worst

The rooms and washrooms are not properly clean.
And their food delivery facilities also very bad.
