Hotel is located in a prime location and lot of places to explore nearby. Staff were polite and responded well.
Breakfast is not provided even though I booked with breakfast option. Hotel informed me that booking.com has misinformation. Bathroom was smelly and the door lock was broken. I couldn't even close the bathroom door.

There’s no restaurant.
We reached this property morning 7.30 am even we booked earlier they said will check in by 12 pm. They said one spare room will be given for payment of 750 rupees. That room was very smelly and not clean. There’s no housekeeping staff too. They said they will reach job by after 9.30 am only. After lot of arguments they provided a room by 9 am. That room was half clean. The ac is not working. There’s no tv no WiFi. Totally the room was waste for money. Even no water in the restaurant. Worst experience with this restaurant. In future I never go and recommend to anyone.

Worst ever experience.. do not go..
They have not allowed to check in despite full amount paid.
We have booked room for March 24th 2024 and paid full amount through online payment link shared by portal.
But upon checking property has not allowed to check in and not allotted room despite paying full amount. I have raised this issue with customer care and also in dispute resolution in booking.com
But still none contacted or refund the amount.
Over the inconvenience they have also taken our money

A l hôtel , même pas de serviette dans la salle de bain, Robinetterie encrassée par le calcaire et assez vétuste. Donc difficile de tirer de l' eau sans se mouiller...De façon générale, peu de choses intéressantes sur le quartier. Plutôt a réserver pour du transit..

We didn't even stay at the property cause when we arrived they tried to charge us double the price. We where very tired and we wanted a place to sleep so we though to take a look at the room and see if it was worth it. It was small, dirty and untidy (although we arrived at the evening, much later than the check in time). It was nothing like the pictures so we decided to leave

The reception was empty almost all the time. Information/requests conveyed were not carried out.
They were clueless about booking details. Had to remind them about breakfast included in the booking but it was not provided in spite of multiple reminders.
Bed was unhygienic. Bed sheets with Blood stains.
Locality was very dirty.
Property is absolutely not suitable for families.
Not recommended.

Hotel rooms are very big and clean, staff is very polite and friendly, front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Overall my stay was pleasant .food is also very good, thanks for the Hospitality.

We booked a deluxe Triple room but we're given a standard twin room. No drinking water supplied in room, dirty towels.
Our booking was including breakfast but the staff denied to provide. Worst experience. I don't recommend anyone to go for this property.
