We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our time here. Great location, great suite. Always clean and comfortable. Perfect for couple. Bob and Mary Beth are very responsive. Easy in/easy out. Easy day trips to Ouray, Silverton, Telluride, Black Canyon.

It was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay plus a great location from which to visit Ouray, Telluride, and Silverton. Property was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. In addition, the hosts were very prompt in answering our questions.

Extremely clean and well appointed condo on the first floor. The property is located on the east side of Ridgway with easy access to the main roads into town. The hosts were helpful with any issues and quick to respond. We'd stay again!

We were disappointed that there wasn’t a full kitchen. Also there was an apartment rented above us. It was in a good location and the owners were quick to fix a problem.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The unit was very clean, cozy, and comfortable and in a great location. We’ve been traveling for over a week and this was the perfect spot to just relax and unwind. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is the whole lower level of a saloon type building. It was much bigger than I expected and the pictures don’t do it justice. It has great charm to it and was perfect for exploring Telluride, Silverton, and Ouray. It’s within Walking distance to Ridgway restaurants and shops. This place really has everything you need. I will definitely be returning!

Well run. Very clean. Nice proximity to both Telluride and Ouray. Ridgeway is a nice small town with a good coffee shop/ book store, and a number of nice restaurants.
Unfortunately, both the lighting and heating/cooling system were difficult to operate. However, the owners were VERY responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We were n the area for a mini vacation and sight-seeing. The location is perfect as it is centrally located between Ouray and Telluride. The suite is very attractive and exceptionally cozy, comfortable and clean. The area s very quiet, and convenient to the main highway and Family Dollar, and convenience store. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. It was an extremely enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the lower level Cow Creek Suite. The location was close to downtown Ridgway; Ouray was only 9 miles and it was less than 10 minutes from Ridgway State Park. The accommodations were comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating and responded to inquiries within a few hours.

This is a nice property. It's been recently updated, clean, nicely decorated. It has all that a couple would need. The bedroom, kitchen and living room are located in a large "great room." The kitchen appears to contain all that is necessary to cook simple meals although I ate out my time there. The bed was comfortable, which is mainly how I used the property. There's a nice view of the mountains from the front porch. A separate bathroom and shower are located in the laundry room area. What I think any potential user of this property should be aware of is this is a two story unit with this unit being on the ground floor. While it wasn't a particular issue for me during my stay, you can hear footsteps, conversations, TV, etc. in this unit. The noise wasn't loud and the TV, conversations, etc., ended about 10 but they were up and starting their daily routines earlier than I wanted to be up. I ended up putting ear plugs in and I was fine. All in all, this property met all my needs for my stay.

Overall a nice experience, good central location for our vacation. The interior is very clean and the owners were polite and responsive. A downfall is the property is right nextdoor to a marijuana dispensary. As a note you cant bring a grill, the listing does not currently state this.

We have stayed in the upstairs of Cow Creek suites on numerous occasions. This was first time downstairs. Easy ground level entrance, extremely clean, nice local western artwork, quiet, close to town, very comfortable king size bed, everything we needed in an efficiency rental. Hosts Bob & Mary Beth are easy to work with. We will definitely keep coming back!

After our departure we received a message from property management claiming a stained carpet and tapped our card for $300 which was totally false. We only had a cup of morning coffee outside on the porch each morning before venturing out for the day . We asked for pictures of this accusation so we could see what they were claiming. …..nothing !!!!
In fact we went above the terms of the rental unit. I did all the towels and washed out out coffee cups and had 90 % of the laundry/linens washed, dried and folded for the cleaning person . I can’t believe we were hit for this ridiculous fee ! We offered to come back to the area to see this damage and even requested photos. They haven’t responded. So disappointed and will be contacting our attorney after we return home after our vacation! Wow! The property has a big for sale sign hung outside, this explains a lot !!!!!!

The property was clean and perfect for my needs. I traveled on my own and was looking for a comfortable base for exploring fall photography and this was perfect.
The kitchen is not a full featured kitchen, but they have a countertop dual burner device that can be used for cooking, but it heats up slowly. They also had a crockpot and a variety of pots and pans. You can make some simple meals, but not a gourmet meal. Essentially as advertised.
The one area of improvement would be with the checkin process. We ran into a snafu with the exchange of security codes that caused the value to be something other than what I was expecting, but the hosts responded to my calls in a reasonable amount of time and all was well.
I would definitely stay here again.

This suite is spacious and comfortable. The building looks like it’s from an old western town and the suite is decorated with original art and antiques. It is in a quiet location and the most noise we heard was the cows mooing. From the front of the apartment there is a beautiful view of pastures and hills. There were deer in the driveway one evening. We spent 8 days here exploring the incredible San Juan mountains. Recommend Kate’s Place in Ridgeway for breakfasts.

My stay at Cow Creek Suites was very nice. The location on the east side of Ridgway can't be beat, with walking access to amenities in Ridgway including the beautiful River Trail, plus easy access to Ouray, Montrose and Telluride/Mountain Village.
The suite itself was set up like a studio apartment, albeit a very spacious one. Very well appointed for a studio and one of the most comfortable places I've stayed in the area. I found it perfectly clean and neat when I arrived. It was clear that owners Bob and Mary Beth take pride in the condition of the suites. The fall season week I was there it was VERY quiet. It does not have a cooktop or oven -- does have a microwave and toaster over -- but there are several good places for food in Ridgway and nearby Ouray.
All in all I can recommend the Suites for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Ridgway.

We choose Cow Creek after viewing online pictures and reviews. It was the perfect location for getting to area towns. It was very clean ! Nicely decorated , comfortable bed , quiet even though there were guests in the upstairs unit. The True Grit Cafe In Ridgeway was great. Overall a great stay. Bob and Marybeth checked in with us the 2nd day to see if we needed anything. Would recommend and definitely stay again. And as mentioned above the unit is very clean and cozy. Elaine

Great spot. Within walking distance of a Family Dollar for any forgotten items, a few restaurants, and a gas station. Close to the highway if your goal is to visit Ouray. Place was clean and as advertised. Easy check in and check out.

This Vrbo is close and walkable to food and is about one mile from the hot springs. Hosts were gracious and property was exceedingly clean and nice. Would definitely stay again.
