Ubicada en el quinto piso del edificio A, la Unidad 506 ha sido totalmente remodelada para la próxima temporada 2017. Tiene una maravillosa vista frente a la playa del océano. Todos los funrings son como nuevos. Podrá disfrutar de todas las comodidades del hogar. Nuevo suelo de baldosas en toda la unidad, así como todas las nuevas camas cómodas (cama king), literas de pasillo, sofá cama, gabinetes de cocina de madera, encimeras de granito, televisores de pantalla plana, muebles nuevos y lo más importante de todo, ¡ES LIMPIO! Esta Unidad es el más bonito de 1 dormitorio en el edificio.

This property is by far the best that we have stayed at. From the attentiveness of the owner, cleanliness of the property, communication, check-in and area. It was all perfect. Definitely a 10/10. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Donald for such an amazing place to get away to. You were such a pleasure to do business with.

This condo was gorgeous, clean, and a perfect location. I am super picky - everything was spotless. Furniture, kitchen, appliances, bedroom and bathrooms. The balcony view is amazing overlooking the beach. Every morning was absolutely breathtaking being able to watch the sunrise and hear the waves.
There were beach chairs and an umbrella available to us at the condo if we chose to use them.
Washer/dryer ( they supplied complimentary detergent) is a must for anywhere I stay - the appliances are all updated and super nice and clean! Bed slept great! Both bathrooms were spotless, plenty of linens. Refrigerator was fantastic with ice maker and spotless on the inside. There are plenty of dishes and utensils, as we ate in most every morning and sometimes at night. There is a coffee pot as well with complimentary k-cups available. Dishwasher ( complimentary detergent pods) so nice to not have dishes to clean up. We will stay here again in the future because of our easy booking experience and the owner’s excellent communication.
The owner was amazing and available for any questions. Truly one of the nicest condos I have rented in Miramar. We felt safe and so close to everything ( shopping, dining, grocery stores as well as pharmacies and gift shops. This place was fantastic!!! 5 stars!!!

From the time you walked off the elevators til we left. Everything was perfect. The condo absolutely beautiful. The owner went over and beyond to make your stay perfect. We normally stay in Navarre but this beach beats it hands down. The water was so clear. We watched dauphins play in the water everyday. This beach and condo 5 stars.

We are familiar with Majestic Sun, and love the location. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process. The host called to make sure everything met our expectations before and after our trip. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this unit. Furthermore, it was well stocked with kitchen cookware and utensils. It had ample supplies for all needs. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

My family has been renting homes/condos at various beaches for 30+ years and this condo unit is by far the best property we ever rented.
Condo Complex - Plenty of parking in rear garage, grounds are well kept. Very nice pools (one is heated) and several hot tubs, all were in very nice condition. We didn't use the exercise room but what I could see, it had everything you would need to kept in shape. Coming from a beer belly 59 year old :-)
Unit - Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you may need, master bed and living room furniture was very comfortable and in very nice condition. All appliances were new and in near perfect condition.
View - Absolutely wonderful, my wife and I spent many mornings drinking coffee on the balcony enjoying the ocean breezes. Another bonus is the sunsets.
Owner - Donald cares about his property, he maintains his property, so his guests get their money worth.. Very accessible if you have any questions or concerns.
Cleanliness - Another A+ in my book. His cleaning crew had the unit ready and SPOTLESS before I arrived. Not something I'm used too in the 30+ years of renting..

From making the reservations to the day we unfortunately had to leave this wonderful condo and go home, the owner was in contact with us. Making the reservation was the easiest ever. I have never stayed anywhere that the owner actually contacted me to give information about the condo/property and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the condo. The condo was immaculate, smelled so good, perfect size for us, the balcony was great and the bed was so comfortable…..It was amazing plus it was very affordable!! I could go on and on about this condo and the location! We will definitely be staying here anytime we come to Destin! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo….. we absolutely loved our time there!

First time staying here and the condo was great, clean and had all the accessories you need. Beds were amazing too! My kids loved it and the extra blankets in the ottoman make you feel at home. Will definitely be back!

The location was great. I have stayed in the Destin area many times, and this location on Scenic 98 is my new favorite. There is so much to see & do.
The view of the ocean from the balcony is just beautiful. We really enjoyed the patio.
The owner was very good to let us know we could contact him with any questions or issues , although we didnt have any.He is really personable and honestly, i havent experienced an owner as friemdly as he is.
We definitely would recommend this condo!

It's absolutely right! I believe it is the "Best one bedroom at Majestic Sun" Everything the owner promised was right on. (He even checked on us midweek to make sure we were happy with everything) It was super clean, quiet and very private. We enjoy sitting on the balcony at night just watching the whole beach scene while the sun sets and this was just the place for it. I highly recommend this one and will stay here again.

Outstanding views of the Gulf. Conveniently located next to Just about everything. The fifth floor unit was the perfect height for beach watching, only 2 floors from the parking garage. Elevators were a few steps away. Very quiet unit also.

From the owner checking in on us to let us know condo was ready early, to the cleanliness, super nice, well stocked kitchen (with nice pots, pans, dishes, etc), to necessities and the owner reaching out afterwards to say have a safe trip home. Lovely condo at the perfect spot overlooking the beach. Felt like you did not need to leave the condo to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the beach while sitting on the balcony. A beach bar on either side of the building on the beach. It was great

The unit is really nice! It was more than we were expecting it to be. The owner called before arriving to let us know if we needed anything to let him know. The Majestic Sun is a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect, there is truly nothing negative I could say about this condo or my interactions with the manager, Mr. Braswell. Everything was exactly as pictured and spotless. Mr. Braswell communicated with me to make sure I was aware of the lock codes and knew where to find parking passes, etc. We felt right at home in the condo and my 5 year old loved the bunk bed! The whole Majestic Sun property was well maintained with everything you need-carts for luggage and groceries, beautiful pools, stores and restaurants too. I have never stayed in a nicer rental or had such pleasant interactions with a manager as I did on this trip. I’d give 1000 stars if I could!

The water was beautiful. Condo was clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It was nice having other people around, I was never worried about safety even when swimming. The location was perfect. Owner called and checked on me to make sure I arrived safely and that everything was ok. Very friendly.

Had an amazing week here. The view was beautiful. Access to the beach was so easy. We had everything we needed in the condo, which made things very convenient. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The property owner was very kind & checked to make sure our stay was up to par - and it was. Highly recommend this place for a nice, relaxing beach vacation.

Having been a previous condo owner myself I know what to look for & this condo is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean .. You can see by how well maintained everything is that the owner really cares about the quality of your stay. I feel like I made a new friend & appreciated how he checked on us the night we arrived & was always available.. The property itself is very nice and parking was very easy… In the actual unit the bed was soo comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, the bathrooms were so clean, he thought of little things like a box fan and a small card table with chairs that’s easily stored in the closet that you could use for extra seating or to eat meals on … there are beach chairs and a umbrella for your usage.. You will not be disappointed renting this unit- And lastly the view from the balcony is breathtaking… your close enough to hear the waves .. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this unit , this property and the owner..
