Great location, 2 bedroom condo, adequate nice kitchen. Plenty room for 3 of us close to ski resorts. Few cons- master bedroom mattress needs replaced as dips towards center, bathrooms needed both good scrubbing and ideally updating. We left a day early as none slept well on this vacation due to the bed situation. Not ideal when we get very little time away as it is. Owners should invest more in their property.

The area is very easy to get to anything and everything. I enjoyed the ease of access to all places in summit county. I did run into a couple of issues during my stay. One of the lights didn’t work and I called customer service twice and claimed they would get someone to fix the issue and never did. The parking was not the best a very tight spot and ended scratching my vehicle during my stay. I’m not a picky person so I honestly had fun during my stay and the view and space is beautiful. I still would recommend this place to future customers.

This is not my first time staying at Dillon. The place I stayed is very convenient and has many stores that I need. The unit was very good, except one thing: the mattresses. The Mattress that I slept on had a big collapse on each side, like a crater. I tried to support it with some towels, but I could not sleep very well during my entire stay. I got contacted with reps, he was going to contact local people, but no one came in to solve the issue. I mean, the quality of sleep is very important. I suggest that you replace the mattresses.

Online listing said nothing about needing quarters for the shared washer and dryer, which would’ve been very helpful because we do not carry cash. I had to drive all over town trying to find somebody that would give me enough change to run machines. Fortunately it’s a small town so it wasn’t that big of a deal, just an inconvenience. It would be helpful to add in the listing to be prepared to use quarters for the machines.

The condo is nicely located within walking distance of Lake Dillon and has nice views of the mountains and the lake. The unit is spacious with lots of amenities. Other not so appealing parts of our stay were that many dishes has to be washed due to visible food stains on them, the ceiling doesn’t dampen sound, you can hear almost everything from the upstairs unit, and all of the furniture and decor is very old and dated. Would not stay here again.

Master bedroom mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. It’s super soft and squishy where you sink in and have trouble rolling over. Other than that great place, 2 bedroom, king size beds, queen pull out couch bed, 2 full baths. Laundry on site but not in unit, and a nice kitchen. Great alternative to being stuck at one resort and you’re right on the lake.

We were going to a show at the Dillon Amphitheater and this property was absolutely perfect! A few minutes walk to the venue and great breakfast places in the morning. Plus a great view of the lake!!

- Hazard in bathtub (the door was swinging - GLASS DOOR) - it had no rail and I wrote, and never got a call to get it fixed
- Said it had vacuum and didn´t come with
- Doors from closet hangings as well - no rails?
- TV from bedroom never worked (wrote and never got fxed)
Overall I would give the property 3/5. Walking distance to park and lake is just few meters away. What a beatiful place to stay if you want yo relax, the only proble we had it was really windy due to the mountains and lake (since we first stayed in silverthrone we didn´t have any issues with this and the BBQ would turn off due to the high winds).
Think the property needs some upgrade on various things like beds, furniture in the BBQ area (looks like the 60´s), friendlier TV), bathtub railing, closet railing.
Overall those where the cons, but make a differce if you upgrade, or at least get in contact with us to fix things and get a vacuum there if it says it has one (didn´t get anything after sending various emails and calls).

The location of this unit is great and has an awesome view of the lake. The unit itself was nice and clean. But the beds were awful. Both beds were old and lumpy. You could visibly see depressions where individuals have slept on both sides of the bed. So uncomfortable we tried sleeping on the pull out couch instead which was also not stellar. Nothing besides the beds to complain about.

Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. We were right on the rec trail and a great view of Lake Dillon. Would love to rent it again next year for our annual friends weekend. The only complaint I have is the 10:00am checkout. But with covid and all I understand.

The smell ,it was so dirty
It was so dirty when we arrived, bathroom and patio we even took pictures of the dirt on the patio we had to buy air sprayer and febreze we brought bounce so we could place them in the furniture behind and under the bed we put them everywhere we call the management but no answer we did get the smell under control and cleaned the patio and bathroom .but other than that we mad it work .

Great view of the mountains as soon as we walked in the door. The newly updated kitchen and living room were nice. Nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable and homey!

Great Condo Near Lake Dillon
Recently remodeled, the condo is very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. Dillon is a great little town, so close to all the other mountain fun. One thing I didn't know, the parking is covered! Very nice to avoid the snow and ice that comes with a winter visit.

The property was not ready for us.
This property was not clean nor was the management ready for guests. I told them that the toilet leaks and no one ever came to fix it. It's right next to our bedroom and I heard it go on and off all night for all 7 nights, every 15 seconds. The windows, the barbecue, the outdoor table were all dirty. The sheets did not fit the beds & popped off. The pilot light was out in the gas fireplace which had paper trash in it. We had to purchase candles to replace those that were gutted in the 7 glass candleholders on the table and then 2 of them broke themselves because they could not handle the heat. I think the property manager should have supplied the correct candles. We need a candles because the very strong oder of some cleaner was nauseating. The light outside the front door was burned out and we had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the Door to enter the code at night. The property manager said they sent us an email with the door code days b4 our arrival, which we never received so we spent more than an hour when we arrived trying to figure out where to get the key which then we found out was supposed to be a code for the door. No welcome on the day of our arrival, nor confirmation of the door code being received. There were no operating instructions for the house Nor were there any plug ins for cell phones nor night lights. I spoke with them on very 1st day and listed off many problems of cleanliness, the fireplace not working and they said that we would be contacted but instead someone came while we were gone and lit the pilot light on the fireplace without the courtesy of a phone call or a note that they had been there. There was no television set in our bedroom.
