El complejo tiene ascensores para un fácil acceso a nuestra unidad del tercer piso. Es agradable tomar el café de la mañana en el balcón y comenzar el día con el desayuno hecho en la cocina.

Windsor Hill es una de las comunidades más cercanas a los Parques Disney World. Jeannie and Kevin are wonderful hosts. They give you all the information you need before getting there, they answer all the questions you have in timely manner. The place is super clean and I really enjoyed the snacks and water they had for us since we arrived super late at night and just wanted to get there and rest! Bedding is comfortable, bathroom is clean! Everything you need is few min drive. Loved the water park the resort had. If you want to enjoy your stay in Florida come here! Thank you again!

The communication with the host before and during our stay was fantastic and quick. Check in was a breeze and easy gate access afterwards. The pool was perfect for us to cool off after being at the parks all day. The kids loved the water slide area. Talk about being close to the parks, spot on and an easy drive. It is conveniently located to everything you’ll need during your stay. We will be back hopefully soon!

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and from the moment we walked in we loved it! It looked exactly like the pictures and description online. We felt right at home! It is situated in a great location, with easy access to highways and Of course Disney!
The amenities and pool are amazing as well. Our kids loved the pool! Kevin and Jeanne were great hosts and very detail oriented in their communication! They made the process very clear and easy.

My family and I had a wonderful 7 day. The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and even had supplies to start our stay off with. The owners stayed in communication throughout my stay. I definitely would rebook for future trips when coming to FL

Very cute, clean and cozy condo. Appreciate the extras like beach towels, hangers, washing machine, cooking appliances. Very comfortable beds. Fun pool. Hosts were very organized and responsive. Easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. Property was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Owners were very easy to work with as well. We needed baby things delivered when we couldn’t be there, and the owners helped us to make sure this could happen. The property was quiet and comfortable. The pool and waterpark area was so much fun too! It was easy to get to the parks also, not far at all! We would stay here again.

Condo just as pictured. Very clean. Location was great to get to Disney and lots of stores/food places nearby. Check-in was easy, hosts always quick to respond. Pool area was great for us and our toddler. No issues - would for sure book again !

This was our first time staying outside of Disney World and it was so nice having the living space for the kids. I have 3 boys from 2-8 and they all enjoyed the Mickey room. The pool was close and a short ride to Disney, Universal and Disney Springs. The condo was so nice and clean and we loved the pool and the close walk.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. I will detail the good and not great about the property.
Good:
Nice sized rooms, plenty of space, very quiet, the screened in porch was nice.
Not Good:
King sized mattress is awful - like a marshmallow. We are small people and I slept on the firm full size mattress in the kid bedroom all week
The pillows are not comfortable, but the Owner did buy a few new ones that we recommended which helped a lot.
The lighting is AWFUL - so harsh and bright. We unscrewed a bunch of bulbs just to keep our eyes intact.
A little bit of Improvement could go a long way:
A few lamps - would be awesome in the living room
Change bathroom lighting
Provide enough dishwasher, paper towels and laundry detergent for an entire stay. No one wants to have to basically stock an entire household for a week long stay/
Need a new mattress in the master bedroom.

This was a great place to stay during our visit to Florida. Close to Disney with great access to other restaurants, shops, and services. It had everything we needed plus some. Thank you to our hosts for thinking of everything.

This unit was just as described! The owners were very responsive and even allowed us to change our trip dates. The resort was very nice and convenient to Disney and many other attractions! Our son enjoyed the Xbox and games that were in the unit as well! The pool was very nice! Our family had an amazing trip!

The condo met our needs for a trip to the Disney parks. Location is convenient, but the area gets extremely congested (especially in the evenings). The condo itself was fine - kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We found the lights in many rooms to be too bright/harsh and the main bathroom needs a good scrub (especially the baseboards). Additionally, it would also be nice to have real bathroom towels rather than the cute Mickey pool towels. However, the condo was what we expected and was a nice place to come back to after long days at the parks.

We really enjoyed our stay after a crazy 10 days onsite at Disney and Universal. We booked this condo for a chilled couple of days before we flew back home to the UK.
We found the apartment to be exactly as described and it suited our needs perfectly. We also loved the complimentary snacks that were left - thank you! Communication with the hosts was excellent, any questions were answered quickly - even though it was Christmas Day!
We only marked it down on check in as we had a long wait to get into Windsor Hills through the gate security. This was nothing to do with this property and we followed all instructions, just the number of people checking in was obviously too many for the gate staff to deal with. We waited 45 mins in a queue that started back on the main road. However, we were dealt with brilliantly once we got to the front of the queue, was just not what we wanted after already having had a long journey. As mentioned, this was nothing to do with the condo itself or the super detailed information shared by the hosts. We knew exactly what we had to do once we got to the check in point so thank you!
We'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

It was our family's first trip to Disney and this condo ended up being the perfect choice for us. We traveled with two kids, they loved having their own space and all of the Mickey/Minnie décor. They especially loved the condo's pool/slides/arcade on the days we didn't go into the parks. I was worried about staying off of Disney property and dealing with traffic and parking, but it was not an issue. We were on the Magic Kingdom's monorail within 20 minutes of leaving our condo. If we ever come back to Orlando as a family I would definitely try to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Jeannie's property. The distance from the condo to the Disney parks was a short drive and it was nice having a Walmart right around the corner for things we needed for the parks.
The children absolutely loved the water slides and pool and it was maybe a 5 minute walk from the condo to the pool area. Heads up: they will close the pool area for half an hour if there's a lightning strike within 10 miles of the resort.
The kids bedroom was perfect for our kids and the master was nice and roomy however, the mattress in the master had very little support and no firmness. I slept fine the entire week, but my husband (who only weighs 190) had to sleep on the couch because it was hurting his back. It could have ruined the trip for him, but the couch is longer than most and was actually very comfortable and I got the bed to myself so, not sure if it's a complaint or not.
The kitchen had everything one could need, water pressure in the showers was great and there were plenty of towels for our family of 5. Other than for the mattress, we would stay at this location again.

Apartment was as described and pics shown. My sons (13 and 10) were very happy!! The pool/attraction area was beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, Disney was 17 minutes away.

We had an amazing time here. Our daughter loved the pool and water park. We enjoyed the game room and theatre and of course how close it was to Disney and other fun activities. It was very clean and easy to navigate, felt very secure and safe. My daughter left her prized possession stuffed elephant there on the last day and the own graciously located her and safely mailed her home to us, lifesaver! Thanks so much!

The area is nice. Getting in and out was easy despite being a gated community. The only downside is a difficult left turn exiting the gated community with no traffic light. The appartment is lovely and beautifully designed.

We stayed here with our 3 children as a vacation to Disney and universal. Then property was close to the parks and also had a great family friendly pool area for a downtime day. This condo was clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the stroller that the owners provided was a huge savior at the parks! We would definitely recommend this property!
