Esta cabaña se encuentra "en la playa" 3007 Avenue F, hermosa playa de Holmes. Es la unidad de abajo (1 de 2). La cabaña es muy cómoda y tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente con espacio adicional para un retiro. Esta pintoresca cabaña está escondida en una calle sin salida, lejos de todo pero cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.
Tiene una ducha / bañera completa, cocina con todo lo que necesita y una lavadora / secadora. Es muy pintoresco y los jardines tienen hermosas plantas exóticas y tropicales. Estás a solo unos pocos pasos de la playa que tiene las más hermosas playas de agua azul y arena.
Hay un tranvía que recoge todo el día y la noche a una cuadra de distancia. La unidad está ubicada entre Cortez Beach y Anna Maria Island, donde hay zonas comerciales, el Museo del Hermano Ringling y muchos restaurantes.

Estas son unidades antiguas (construidas en los años 50) y estamos actualizando continuamente las unidades, pero es la playa y puede ser muy húmeda. Tenemos encargados de la casa que vienen al principio y al final de cada huésped para limpiar y cambiar la ropa de cama.
No se puede superar las vistas al mar y las puestas de sol ...

The cottage needed upgrade in the bathroom area, tiles in shower area cracked/broken, molding around the bathroom exit door to outside had rott all along the floor area, in the bedroom the headboard on master bed appeared to be not attached to bed had to place a pillow between bed and wall to prevent it from knocking on the wall when sleeping, kitchen chairs had dried up food on the cushions that I actually had to wash off.. Needs up keep and TLC that would improve this rental.

Due to uncontrollable circumstances we arrived quite a bit before check-in but Raquel was very accommodating so we left our bags and explored the island. The ground floor unit is exactly as advertised. This is an older cottage that has a charming, beachy feel. The updated beach chairs and outdoor furniture are a nice touch. If what you are looking for is a secluded spot with perfect beach access this is the place for you

We enjoyed our time at this cute place. We had all we needed to make our time enjoyable. Was a few steps to the beach. Most everything was in walking distance. The trolley was close by. We love the area. I would recommend.

A bit retro, immaculately clean, and about a 50 ft walk to the beach. Met by the property mgr as we arrived, gave us the tour of the place and shared info about the island. We planning to return for another stay.

Oh man, where do I start…..
We arrived and was greeted with warm welcome from Racheal, who made sure we could get in okay and welcomed us. I thought that was very thoughtful❤️
The bungalow was older style but very clean and just perfect for our week stay. Then there is a path way to lead to heaven….the ocean!!!!
The beach is very clean and quite and not busy like manatee beach in Anna Marie . The only down fall is NO SHELLS!!! ( Only littles)
Thanksgiving was spent relaxing after I cooked us a good meal at the beach. Sunsets were amazing the orange rays were just breathtaking.
The bungalow had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Unfortunately it is all just a memory now!!!!

This is has been our 3rd year staying at this location which is simply perfect. A very short walk to the beach which is a plus. Everyone is so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Great communication and direction to the property. It's an older place. Which was no problem for us. The price was right for an on the beach rental. After all, we spent more time on the beach than in the rental. The beach isn't overcrowded at their location either. We have a camp, so living in less than perfect conditions was not a problem. We'd stay there again !

The property was so lovely and RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with our own private little path. It was so awesome, and the property manager, Raquel, was amazing! She was so helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay again!

Such a lovely location, right on the beach. Easy to get to the trolley stop or shops that were walkable distance from the unit. Loved seeing the sun set over the sea every evening and wake up and walk along the beach in the early mornings. Owner is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Just a wonderful overall stay and would highly recommend.

The rental was a bungalow style.. The bunk beds were very creaky and definitely not for adults. Shower needs updated. Wi-Fi was great. Coffee on the beach was only a few steps away!

Nice little cottage for two. Friendly owner, clean and well supplied with everything you need. Our only negative is the kitchen floor. They need to replace it. Will stay again next year if they update the floor.

Overall, the place was neat & tidy and while I'm not one to complain, the only real issue I had was the tile floor in entry could definitely use a scrubbing. We absolutely will be visiting again as the place pretty much met all of our requirements.

we love staying here. proximity to beach cant be beat. private safe parking although slightly cramped. everything you need is there or a three minute drive. Racquel was very nice.
we dont like the bed, but it was negligable in the mix. we will most definitely be back

Great location to the beach
This is our second year staying at this property. Actually, last year we stayed upstairs and this year downstairs. I would recommend down stairs. Nothing wrong with upstairs, but you have to climb a lot of stairs. Either way, upstairs or downstairs, Mike and Kelly are very responsive to any needs. The cottages are clean and are right on the beach. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the outdoor patio and seating area where we were able to observe lots of different types of birds, lizards and even a bunny with easy access and quick path to the beach. They also supplied all you needed to enjoy the beach from chairs, umbrellas & sand toys! A welcoming space to enjoy beach, family and wildlife!

We really enjoyed our stay with one HUGE exception, a very needed and easily fixable issue. The main bed needs a new mattress!!! If they replaced the mattress , we would recommend this little gem.

From the moment my family and I walked past the manager/owner's place towards the beach, she started yelling at us. My sister who is legally blind was walking with her service dog on what we thought was our rental property. First the manager/owner yelled that we had to have the dog on a leash. I tried to explain that we were not walking out on the beach. But she insisted and so my sister put the leash on the dog. But then she started yelling at us that we were going to have to pay another cleaning fee because the dog was large. I tried to explain that we have rented many times on Anna Maria and have never had to pay an extra fee because it is a service dog. Even the next day she yelled at me about the cleaning fee. Again, I tried to explain about the Americans with Disabilities Act but she still insisted I was going to have to pay an additional cleaning fee. (I had advised the owners through VRBO that we had a service dog and their response was "no problem")
She made it very clear this was her property and she could do what she wants and continued to harass us very chance she could. I definitely would never stay at this place again.

Great location. Very clean. Easy beach access. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed grilling out Sunday and watching football all day right by the beach!
