Your centrally located. Our home is just the right size, bdrm, bath, liv rm, kitchen. Parking space out front, pool in court yard, the gulf a half block away. You’re near a grocery store, shopping, restaurants, trolley stop, etc. it’s A-1. We’re coming back.

We loved our time there and will be back. Close to the beach and the heated pool were great assets. Clean property and apartment.

We were there attending my grandson's destination wedding. The condo was perfect for me, my 14 year old granddaughter and daughter in law! One very short block from the beautiful beach! Everything you can possibly need was included at the condo. We did rent a golf cart to get around as the area was all residential and most restaurants were further north. We did take the free trolley to a restaurant the first night but the driver let us off after we told him where we were going only to find out it had closed. Since I fractured my knee I had a walker. That's when we knew we needed the golf cart. But the island is amazing, restaurants were great but expensive & since we had all those spices and condiments we cooked 2 nights while there. It was well worth the money & we enjoyed our stay very much. James Ferguson was easy to contact & responded quickly, & his housekeeper, Jennifer, did an excellent job of keeping the condo clean. The smoke detector chirped one night and she was there within 2 hours of calling. All in all we had a fantastic time! Would definitely stay again!

Mr. Ferguson was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was cute and clean and a very short walk to the beach.

This property had everything we needed and a few surprises too. We loved to music selection and the CD's. Nice pool and the beach just a few steps away. James was easy to work with and answered all the questions we had very promptly.

We loved this place. It was just the perfect size for us, very clean, with good counter space in both bath and kitchen. Location was excellent. We were concerned bed might be too soft, but it was just fine, and the ceiling fans were awesome and the quietest in the history of the world, haha. Thank you, we'll be back!

The location is great. We have stayed on other parts of the island, eight or more times. We really appreciated the convenience to the main shopping plaza with Publix, Dunkin Donuts and a variety of restaurants. The condo has been renovated at some point and the attention to detail from floor to ceiling is well done. The short walk to the sand is nothing and having a trolley stop is worth a lot.

This was the perfect place for my little family in AMI. The owner is so kind and made my stay easy and hassle free. You are literally 20 steps from the beach, I got married in AMI 3 years ago and came back and decided to stay here and it did NOT disappoint. I 10/10 recommend this rental, and I will be back.

I would give more stars if I could. Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Steps to the beach, centrally located on the island and the unit itself was very clean, well maintained and better than advertised! I would highly recommend this property and I hope we can return again.

Very cute little apartment! Perfect set up and a VERY short walk to the beach. It was great! Apartment had everything needed. Owner communicated really well, check in and out was a very smooth process. Great location to everything on the island. Loved our stay here!

We just returned from 4 nights at this charming apartment by the beach with our 2 young children. My 5 year old son was asking if we could move here. :) The apartment is clean, bright, and has all the basics to enjoy your stay. The best thing about it is the perfect location to the beach! Literally just a 45 sec walk down the street to the beach. We also loved the pool. Would highly recommend for families. The spacious bathroom was thoroughly appreciated! We also appreciated the beach umbrellas and pool toys they provided. Just a few suggestions would be to perhaps add a folding wagon, replace 2 of the nonstick pots in the kitchen that have scratched bottoms, and either remove or replace the extra umbrellas with broken poles. And we couldn’t find a dust pan or extra garbage bags for the kitchen. Overall we loved our stay and will be back! Tip for families: make dinner reservations as restaurants tend to be small and get filled up fast.

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. Owner responsive and easy to communicate with. Decorating was lovely. Apartment was very clean with all modern appliances. Would stay here again.

This property was just as pictured , very clean , so close to the ocean , had awesome beach chairs , umbrellas , beach towels . Was very nice and getting ahold of the owner was a breeze , very Responsive . I would recommend this place .

This was our first time using VRBO and were so pleased with our experience. The condo was extremely clean and the check in process was smooth. Everything was exactly as listed, and we could not have been happier with the location - so close to the beach, Walgreens, Publix and the trolley. We rented a golf cart and was thrilled to have a parking spot and charging location. We used the pool on our last full day as it was too windy at the beach and found the pool area nice for our needs. It was quiet at night and the location of the unit at the back of the building was ideal. We hope to stay there again next April!

The property as well as the manager and housekeeper were wonderful! So close to the beach and many shops within walking distance. The trolley is a great way to get around when you want to travel further. The pool was perfect for the windy days, warm water and clean! Would recommend Palm Cay for sure!

We loved our week on Anna Maria Island! The location of the condo was great and the property was exactly as described. We enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhoods and the short distance to the beach.The pool was great too! Perfectly warm and not crowded. The one downside for us was the uncomfortable, squeaky mattress. We would also have appreciated a small vacuum to keep the sand off the floors. But, overall the condo was well appointed and we had a great time!

The apartment was in a great location so close to the beach. You can even hear the surf from the porch. The kitchen was well supplied. The decor was cute and beachy. We had fun playing monopoly and cards after sunset. We used the pool daily. Recommend this nice apartment to anyone.

This was a really lovely condo. We really enjoyed our time here. The condo is decorated well and was stocked with everything we could need. They even had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. Our daughter slept fine on the pull out sofa. The internet worked well and I was able to work remotely two days from the condo. One thing that the owner might not be aware of is that the bed is very squeaky and someone should probably look at it and to some adjustments. I woke up my husband when I changed positions in bed. The pool was warm and our daughter enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I had a beautiful Thanksgiving Week in Anna Maria. The sun set each evening at 5:30 PM - BEAUTIFUL!! There are 2 benches at the beach opening if you want to sit there to watch. But the rental did come with beach chairs and umbrellas, we used them daily, so nice since we flew in from Michigan.This one bedroom rental is spacious, clean and decorated really beachy cute. We found the pillows a bit hard for our taste, but that is the only negative for us. Hot shower & plenty of towels, along with beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals (freezer has ice maker!)(we soon found out that Anna Maria is a bit pricy on drinks & food) - it was all ok, we made due. Walgreens is right at the end of the road, a very easy walk, picked up sunscreen, bar of soap, liquor, wine, pop and Starbucks cold Coffee drinks. We had friends pick us up at the Sarasota Airport and they graciously took us to Winn Dixie (they said it was less expensive than Publix, which we could have walked too as well) - we bought the needed essentials to make breakfast & lunch at rental. We did one breakfast out at Peaches, it was short walk next to the Walgreens, very good French toast and omelets. When we looked for dinner places, we tired to focus on those with outdoor seating because of COVID. You can take the Anna Maria FREE Trolley North or South - (stops right out in front of rental, just tell the driver where you want to go) to get to dinner places. Our favorite night was at Harry's (Trolley North), good food and live music on a lovely patio. We also spent one night swimming in the heated pool (WARM, felt great!), ordering in Dominos Pizza/Salad (they deliver for a $4 delivery fee) and playing cards. A few mornings we took the Free Trolley North or South - to the North, we got off at the end Anna Maria Pier and then walked to Bean Point (about 1.5 miles) and walked the beach back to the Sand Bar Restaurant area (another mile or so) It is a BEAUTIFUL walk! - ended up at MY AMI French Food, sat outside on their patio, had the Croque Veggie, it was AMAZING!! We highly recommend this rental, owners were fabulous and we would love to come back next year!! THANK YOU!!

We enjoyed the location very much. Walked to beach to view beautiful sunset. Apartment was perfect for two people. Pool was used daily. Apartment amenities were just like home.

We had a fabulous time. This condo is located in a perfect area. Close to all the restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The pool is also very clean. The grounds of the area is beautiful, a lot of little cute lizards!! We very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly come back!! Anna Maria is a wonderful place!
