We love staying at the Bonita Beach complex! The views and proximity to the beach are amazing! This unit was comfortable and well stocked. My only wish was that the bedroom with the bunkbeds had different bed options. This was our first year staying in a first floor unit and we really enjoyed it!

This area is perfect for a getaway. The beach is uncrowded, you're not far from lots of activities, and the condo really suited our needs.

We were so pleased with this condo and the quiet portion of Laguna Beach it offers. The view from the living room and deck are fabulous! The condo is well-stocked and fit our family perfectly! We hope to return!

Bonita Beach is our favorite place from all the many locations we have stayed at in PCB, and this condo was great. We love that Bonita is a smaller place, so the beach is much less crowded. It’s also down on Laguna Beach, so there is less traffic and good places to walk. As far as the condo itself, it was clean, spacious, and just as described online. The kitchen was well-stocked and laundry facilities were good. But the best part of the condo is definitely the porch! The view is incredible and it’s just steps to the beach. We had two little boys with us, and getting all our equipment to the beach was so much easier without an elevator. This is a place we definitely hope to return to in the future!

We are a group of 65+ year old ladies who have been friends since first grade. We have gotten together in various PCB (and other beach) condos each summer for several years. When we walked into this condo we knew we had found "our spot". Stepping from the amazing porch to the sand to the quiet beach was just what we wanted. The accommodations being on one floor with beautiful ocean views was a huge plus! The numerous TALL Adirondack chairs on the porch were THE BEST. The kitchen was very well stocked. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is spacious, comfortable and walking distance to Thomas Donuts and The Carousel. We are booked for next year!

The location was perfect. The beach was directly off the porch. The house was stocked with everything we needed all appliances worked correctly. FYI the pans are stainless - if you’re not used to them, you WILL burn everything. I had to go buy a set of pans(probably user error) but I’m used to non stick. There is even some beach stuff in the outside closet. Overall was a great place to stay! Only comments I have are, whoever does the cleaning could do better. I found a lot of dirty dishes in the drawers and cupboards, and the glass tops tables had a film on them. But that’s not that big of a deal I just washed them. I would recommend to the owner to have less random chairs as seating and maybe update the furniture to a sectional or something that can accommodate more people. There were 6 of us and only 4 can fit comfortably in the living room. Other than that, the place was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Living space is comfortable for three of us to set up sewing machines and stitch away while watching birds, dolphins, and people playing in surf. We love that each of us has our own bedroom and bath. Love the quiet location away from hi-rises, but still close to restaurants.

We have stayed here many times since 2014. The property is in a great quiet location on the prettiest beach. Everything is close by without the crowds. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are great from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the deck. The shelling was good and we had a great week with calm clear water.

We’ve been coming to Bonita Beach condos for many years. Our condo was clean. We had a great time!

Great communication with property manager. Beautiful condo with a homey feel. My only complaint is that it needs all new mattresses. Other than that I had no complaint. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in 3 different condos at Bonita Beach and #5 is my favorite one to stay in. The unit was spotless when we arrived and Kent was available at a minute's notice to accommodate us with anything we needed. If you are looking for a great beach front place you won't be disappointed. I am still reliving memories of our trip.

We have rented multiple homes over the last 20 years. The beach was clean and not crowded. The walks in the morning to find beautiful seashells did not disappoint, and the family memories captured during the breathtaking sunsets were priceless. We all absolutely loved the beach! The view from the house and back deck were also incredible! We barely ran the a/c because of the wonderful breeze coming off of the ocean. Unfortunately though, the condo itself left much to be desired. The moment we walked in, there was a fish-like smell, and it took about 2 days to air out. Everything felt very sticky and unclean - doorknobs, trim, cupboards, chairs, etc. The couches were very dirty. I used large blankets to cover them during our whole stay. The towels were damp, and I'm not even sure if they were laundered. I washed all the towels before using them. I had to run 1/2 loads of laundry all week in order for the dryer to be able to completely dry the clothes otherwise it would take upwards of 3-4 hours for a full load to wash and dry. Just awful with a family of 9. The beds had sand in them. The dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there. Kent said a maintenance man would come on our 2nd day, and he never did. I hand washed dishes the entire week, and thankfully I had brought my own supplies because there were only two old, worn out dishcloths. Many of the dishes/pans had to be washed before using. The place was just not clean. At one point, my teenage daughter even began walking around with a cloth wiping things down. The sprayer on the deck to rinse our feet did not work, and I was willing to pick up a new one, but the existing one was jammed to the hose with sand (which is probably why the hose was torn by someone). The size of the condo is decent, however it would be much more spacious and comfortable if there wasn't so much unnecessary furniture (too many tables). There was no information on how to use anything. Kent never replied to my email, so I felt it only fair to other families considering this property to have an honest review as I wish I had.

We needed a 3 bed, 3 bath property for 6 adults and 2 children, wanted it right on the beach, and did not want to be in a high rise. This condo perfectly fit the bill on all 3. This condo is in a low density, two story complex with just 24 units. Both the beach and the pool were not crowded and made a very enjoyable stay for us. Kent, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely go back.

We absolutely loved our stay. I loved the fact that the unit had pots and pans, and other odds and ends that didn’t require a trip to the grocery store for. The unit is showing some wear in certain places, living room furniture and master mattress stood out the most to us. I don’t believe the floor was mopped upon our arrival either, but after a day or two we didn’t seem to notice. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Nothing about the unit prevented us from having a wonderful time. Owner was also very responsive when I reached out the day before our arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is a short drive from all the restaurants and activities. Being able to walk directly out the back door and onto the beach or out the front door to the pool is fantastic. It is spacious and bright. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Perfect location.

No need for us to look further! Literally steps to 4 steps to the sandy path to the ocean! Perfect for seniors carrying chairs, umbrella and a "heavy" ice chest! Kent was the perfect host!

We Loved our stay at Bonita Beach Condominium. It was such a private peaceful place for our family vacation. We loved the short distance to and from the beach. The condo was fully stocked with anything you would possibly need. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great week!

Needs updating...I'm an interior designer by profession, would the owner want to trade out services for product. The kitchen table is small for the space and old, the sofas are old and worn...the coffee table needs replacing. Just to name a few of the updates needed. Would the owner want to sell the property?

Being right on the beach was everything! Perfect view, lovely porch- we loved it❤️

This property is not as advertised. The pictures you see are the condo, and the views are amazing, but the condo unit itself was absolutely filthy. There was a hole in hallway ceiling from a repair to a water leak from the upstairs unit. There was also paint pealing and chipping all over this unit. The tile and grout was disgusting, and If you have asthma or sensitive to mold this unit could be an issue. Immediately upon arrival, we noticed the strong mildew/mold smell. Our asthmatic son began having breathing problems after 20 Mins of being in the unit. You can clearly see paint and drywall damage around ceiling from moisture issues near a/c vents. We immediately called host and sent pictures of all the issues. Host sent cleaning lady back out for the purposes of pointing out all the issues to her. She was taken to the master bath which smelled like a dirty mop, she was taken to bedrooms and told the pillows smelled as if pillow cases were not washed or changed. She assured us they had been, but it certainly didn't smell as though it had been done.The outside pool area was also dirty and very old. The pictures in this listing were definitely older pictures and Im assuming pre-hurricane. We have pictures of all the issues I listed here. This unit is definitely overpriced and VRBO should be ashamed of themselves for not protecting the consumer from these types of conditions and misrepresentations, I honestly read the reviews on this place before renting and chose because of the high ratings. We were super excited and upon arrival couldn’t believe people rated this unit as highly as they did after inspecting the property. We are definitely not “Karen’s” and are not over-reacting to this property’s condition. We have stayed all over Florida and have experienced good and bad, but this place has to be the worst we’ve encountered at the price we paid. To top it off, finding a place after driving 16 hours last minute was almost impossible this time of year. This vacation was a bust and the host failed to respond to our refund request after telling us he was having a company inspect the unit for mold. Never heard anything from him after that. We gave plenty of time for responses and weren’t looking for a payday, but just a refund due to us not being able to stay in the condo. Mold and Asthma do not go well together.
