Fantastic 3 bedroom sleeps 7-8, with pool, steps to the water
(Permiso 2015-710262) Acabas de encontrar el refugio perfecto. Wonderful place to stay! It remains one of our favorites and I love the updates!

The highlight of our stay was the pool! It kept 4 teenagers out of our hair! A short walk to the beach. The house was clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. And the central air was heavenly. After we booked I had questions here and there and Courtney always got back to me . I will definitely tell anyone I know that wants to venture on down there to stay at Courtney’s place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for all seven of us. Everything we could possibly imagine there and waiting for us to enjoy. The pool, the putting green the basketball hoop, the pool table and all of the pool and beach toys and chairs…it had it all. The house itself is in a perfect location in my opinion. From the front deck, you can see the bay and the beach was an only about a half mile down the road. it exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely be staying again!

Great place to kick back after adventuring on the island. The house is cozy, comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool area in the backyard. Highly recommend it.

This home has everything your family could wish for — so many built-in activities and the perfect location on the island. House was extremely clean and stocked with amenities, linens, toys and kitchenware. Thank you!

Our family (6 of us) enjoyed our stay at this home. It's located on a quiet street, not far from the beach. We had a well-stocked kitchen as far as utensils, dishes, etc, and enjoyed using the charcoal grill. The pool area was very nice, especially on windy days. Plenty of loungers and other chairs. Would have liked a couple of beach chairs to take to the beach with us, though, otherwise plenty of pool toys/noodles, etc. The master bedroom could use a small chest of drawers to put clothes in, since there is not a closet, only a rolling rack to hang clothing on. We were only staying a week, so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very attentive to our needs and answered any questions promptly. We were delayed on our flight down and checked in a day late, she even refunded one night's stay for us, which she wasn't obligated to do. Much appreciated!

The property is very nice. Check in was easy. Communication with Courtney was great. Great care is taken for you to have a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood on dead end street. If your visiting the area you can't go wrong renting this place. Centrally located. Pool table and put put golf was fun. Thank you Courtney for a wonderful experience.

This rental home was all we could of dreamed of having. It was clean, was in a great location and we had a pool all to ourselves. The owner communicated quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. We definitely would stay here again.

Would stay again.
The property owner and the local property manager are super good people and respond quickly to requests. This is an older private home with some recent updates. A great place for our extended winter stay. The kitchen is small, and worked well for us. The location, quiet neighborhood, heated pool, yard, balcony, wifi, tv service, and updated bathrooms were great. The easy walking distance to bay and ocean was really appreciated. Some of the furniture is well used and in need of an upgrade. The many positives of this island getaway makes me yearn to return!

Weekend Wedding
We arrived at the property and it was great! Beautiful landscape well maintained. The inside was just as nice. Nice decor and well supplied with all the necessary towels, linens and kitchen supplies you need. We had a group of 7 women and it worked very well for us. The pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed it immensely. Beautiful back yard with great lighting at night and plenty of seating and lounging area. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent this property again.

Everyone had a great time there is a spot at the end of the road (walking distance) that you can fish then the beaches are a short drive, but the back yard is super nice !

Perfect beach house for family getaway!
We loved this place and didn't want to leave. This was our first HomeAway stay, and now I'm hooked. The property had everything we could need, with little touches I didn't expect to love so much--like plumeria blossoms on the back stairs, the rainfall showerhead, bunk beds for my kids, and all the live plants. The owners and property manager went above and beyond, answering my texts right away, even rushing a new lighter to us when we had our food ready and couldn't find one to light the grill. A couple of tips: if you need it dark to sleep, bring something to tack up, as the curtains allow a good bit of light; and there are many great beaches a 3-5 minute drive away (the water that's steps from this unit is perfect for boating, but not a beach). Highly recommend this place... next time we are in South Padre, this is the FIRST spot I will see if it's available! Our big thanks to the owners and manager for a wonderful stay!

This was a great house to stay in on SPI! It nicely slept my family of 6. The kids always had something to do between the pool table, mini golf, basketball hoop, and playing in the pool. The house was very clean, and the check-in and check-out was simple. Great communication from the owners too. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful week in South Padre at this lovely house. It was clean, well maintained, had a gorgeous pool, lots of extra things for kids to do, and a quick drive to the beach. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

South Padre Trip
We had a wonderful time in South Padre! One of the reasons was being able to stay in such a comfortable and convenient location. This property is great! My husband & I took our son, daughter-in-law & 3 grandchildren and couldn't ask for a better hostess (Courtney) because we had questions and she answered promptly. Its a spacious house; has comfy beds; stocked bathrooms and kitchen with towels & paper goods; and very clean (and "bugless")! The golf cart was a wonderful add-on for our special needs grandchild. The Grands' favorite was their own pool every evening! We will definitely come back here if we are in the area.

Great getaway
Went with my daughter and her family including 2 teenagers the house was great and on a quiet street. Gulf side beach access was just a short drive but we had so much fun enjoying the pool that it was not a big deal. Everyone had a great time and the house was nicely furnished with great amenities

Great vacation.
It was a great place to stay. We loved it. Enjoyed the pool and shade provided, in the hot weather. Would have liked a toilet closer to the pool , but loved it anyway.

Great place to stay!
My family had a great time in South Padre Island at the house! Between the outdoor pool, putting green, basketball hoop, and pool table, my kids stayed busy the entire time. Only a few minutes drive to the beach which was really nice! Courtney and Jason were great with instructions and making sure our stay went well. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property
I highly recommend this house. My husband and I, along with three adult children, stayed at this property and had plenty of room. The interior was very clean and the a/c kept the house cold. The pool was crystal clear and bigger than I expected. There are ceiling fans everywhere to keep you comfortable inside and out. I've never stayed at the same vrbo property twice but I will stay at this house when visiting South Padre on my next trip.

Perfect beach rental for our family
This house was a great fit for our family vacation to SPI. It was especially perfect for the kids. Between the pool, putt putt, and the basketball court, they never had an "I'm bored" moment. The beds were comfy, and the house provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, too, as we were close to many restaurants, shops, and beaches. Thanks for a great time!
