TLDR - We loved the location of this property. Being able to go down the stairs/elevator and be right on the Winter Park Resort property was fantastic. If you plan on coming in the fall or winter, I think you would enjoy it more than we did in the summer. The property does not cool very well.
Positives:
- Location, Location, Location
- Hot and Cold water function as expected
- Spacious living area with a bonus living area
- Well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and accessories
- Large dining table that accommodated our party of 8
Negatives:
- No central AC, only portable units
- Three bedrooms, but only 2 portable AC units
- No ceiling fans, only floor/desk fans
- Not all windows could open (and several were broken when we arrived)
- Windows are only on two sides of the property, so you can't get a pass-through effect (not the fault of owners, just FYI)
- Extremely poor ventilation in bathrooms
- Kitchen and bathrooms were noticeably dirty upon arrival
- Carpet is older -- no problem, except it looked like it had simply been "cleaned" with a carpet sweep. Carpet routinely made the bottoms of our socks discolored.

Our stay in this unit was very centrally located and we loved that. The beds were also comfortable, beyond that however, I’m sorry to say I can’t give glowing reviews. This unit is very old and when things get old, they begin to feel kind of gross. The carpet especially, we didn’t want to walk on it without socks or shoes on because it was so old and dingy. Couch cushions and kitchen chairs were the same way. The master shower wouldn’t drain and you ended up standing in a few inches of dirty water as the drain couldn’t keep up. The smell from the shower was also unpleasant.
The dishwasher was extremely loud and didn’t work well. I found the pod still stuck in the holder unopened after a full cycle went through and had to wash all dishes by hand.
Very glad for the portable AC units. They saved us from dying of heat at night. The windows could barely be opened and were so tight. Some wouldn’t open at all.
So sorry, don’t normally give reviews like this, but we were very disappointed with the unit. Will make other arrangements next time.

The location on the resort was perfect and very convenient. Had some issues with one of the toilets leaking and the shower drains not draining very well. We had a great time.

This is a great property for a group or large family. The pictures are accurate as to the layout but it cannot show how roomy this property is. Everything from booking to checking out was handled great! The ski locker held all our equipment and still have room to add more (8 total skiers). The kitchen was well equipped, the giant crock pot was very useful. We cooked all meals in house and anything we needed was there. The washer and dryer were wonderful. So many extras in the home! Pillows, throw blankets, supplies, etc. The location was perfect - we watched bands and other activities from our balcony and windows. If this place cost any more than what you are looking at - go with this property!

This condo was perfect for a long weekend ski trip. We traveled with four adults and a child. The condo is very large and we didn't even need to use one bedroom. Balcony and living room windows gave us unparalleled views of the slopes and base village. The ski locker was the cherry on top. Will be back to this condo for our next Winter Park vacation!

Great location and view! Everything is within walking distance. Nice underground heated parking. Locker storage for skis. Hot tub and workout facility. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Well equipped condo, layout is great, 5 of us (3 generations) we were all very comfortable. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms. Some things are a little worn(carpet, some shelving in bathroom)/broken(shelf in fridge)—very easy to overlook for us. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Extremely convenient location to ski Winter Park. Condo was clean and comfortable, close to restaurants, ski rentals, Starbucks, and the gondola. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty towels and extra blankets. We were 2 friends up for a few days of skiing, we enjoyed the extra space. This condo would be perfect for 1-2 families!

This condo had everything we needed! The location was perfect. We had rookie skiers that needed breaks and we had some that wanted to be on the slopes all day. Very convenient! Heated parking garage and indoor ski lockers were great amenities.

Great location and very responsive owner/manager. Had a few items needed in the kitchen (crockpot and pan) and couple of the humidifiers didn't work. Asked the owner about them and within the same day had 3 new humidifiers delivered and a new crock pot (big enough for family) and pan. Well stocked otherwise and would stay there again!

We had a great stay! Condo was clean and just as described. Easy communication with the property management team, check in could not have been more smooth. No a/c in the unit so it did get a little warm but there are several fans available. We enjoyed being in the middle of everything and the easy access to activities and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay. Charlotte with Winter Park management gave us clear communication and when we had a small/brief issue with a key card she jumped in after-hours to fix the issue quickly. The location is central to all activities. We would definitely stay here again!

We are long term WP skiers and have always stayed at the base in either the Zephyr, Fraser Crossing, or Founders Point. There's no denying the location of this unit is as good as it gets, and that is what you are paying for. The absolute BIGGEST disappointment was that the free shuttle service no longer runs!!! For those who have stayed in either of the Z, FC, or FP and used this shuttle (rather than the town bus service ) you know the shuttle was AWESOME! I literally had to take a suitcase and board the black line bus (which only runs every hour during the day) to go to the Safeway and the liquor store. (Sadly, the liquor store at the base is no more!) It took me 4.5 hours to make my grocery run. That's insane. Not to mention that my suitcase probably weighed 100 lbs, and I barely got it back on the bus. I'm sure it was a homeowners' association decision, but they certainly made it easy for us to look elsewhere for lodging next time. Lack of this free shuttle is a deal breaker for us. The town bus service sucks for those who don't have a car and need to go to the grocery, and with no taxi service and only two partime Uber drivers, alternatives are non-existent. With limited food at the base and no way to easily get to the grocery, we might as well look for lodging in town. We are not going to take our family of six out to eat slopeside for 3 meals a day! So if you took a shuttle in from the airport, and we always have (Home James,) you may want to reconsider staying at the base.
As to this unit: It still has the old green formica countertop, wooden cabinets, carpet, and bathroom tiles. The carpet is covered with area rugs to hide the wear, stains, and holes. The furniture is very old and bare in places.. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are scuffed up and have white drips (?) on them, bulbs were burnt out, the shampoo was really bodywash and their containers kept falling off the wall, bathtubs drained slowly, dryer took 3 cycles to dry cottons. The internet won't let you connect your smart devices, so no Alexa for a week. The TV is so old you can't cast to it even if you could connect to it over the internet. The entire unit needs a serious deep clean, new carpet, new countertops, new livingroom furniture and some better lighting. However, the price reflects that it is not an updated unit. We had a good trip. We chose not to contact the manager about things in the unit, as we were exhausted from skiing hard and didn't want to be bothered

Great Location
Location couldn't be better. Close to shops and restaurants while also being right on the mountain. All amneaties were exactly what your looking for on a ski trip. Only issue we had was someone has definitely smoked in the unit. The washer and dryer smell very strong of smoke and a faint smell throughout the unit. A deep clean or two and it may disappear all together. Would consider staying there again if the oder was removed.

Great Layout / Location
This was a great property for its location and size. It’s a corner unit so it’s a little bigger then other units we have stayed in. Two living areas. We had 2 couples and 3 teenagers. The 3 full baths was huge. Lots of games in the unit too. Only negative- The leather furniture was worn out and was peeling /leather was gone in many places. Overall great stay and would stay here again.
