UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN. Esta inmaculada casa se encuentra en la deseable sección North Beach Haven de LBI, a solo 5 casas del océano y unas pocas cuadras de Bay Village y Fantasy Island para los niños. It was delightful. Owner was terrific. He answer phone calls quickly. Very engaging and gave us all the information we needed. The house was perfect. For you older folks, there is a service that picks you up in front of your home and drives you to the beach, onto the sand wherever you want to set up..You can bring chairs, umbrellas, etc. They will also pick you up and take you home. Restaurants were good, ice cream every night..We would like to go back next summer.

My family and I spent a wonderful week here. The house was clean and spacious, and had a great rooftop deck. Location was ideal, a few houses from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and Bay Village.

The home was absolutely fantastic! Our family of 6 had one of the best vacation weeks. Brian was a wonderful host, very communicative, interested in ensuring we had a great experience. His home is impeccable, clean, well stocked and lots of space with everything we needed from beach gear to bikes and even a ping pong table to keeps our teens occupied. Very clean, just steps to a beautiful beach. Can’t say enough good things about Brian and his home. Restaurants, shopping, ice cream and amusement park were all within walking distance- we could not have picked a better location for our first visit to LBI. We parked the car when we arrived and only needed it for day trips. We highly recommend booking with Brian!

We’ve been coming to LBI for over 30 years and this is clearly one of the nicest homes we’ve rented! Location is perfect, the house is very well cared for and appointed, making this as close to a turnkey stay as possible. Would highly recommend the property and hope to come back in years to come!

Great house, comfy beds, terrific decks and an easy walk into town. The beach isn’t massive ( the dunes are wider) but I’d definitely recommend this home. Lots of TV’s which we didn’t use, beach chairs and bikes. Great outside shower which is a must on LBI. My family was very happy here.

The description of this house was completely accurate. It is clean and well maintained, and the location is amazing! We had everything we needed and more. Also, communicating with the owner was easy and informative. He was friendly and honest and he truly cared that we have a great experience. We highly recommend this house, especially for a family vacation.

Cannot say enough great things about vacation experience! Brian does a fantastic job at making sure his renters don’t have to worry about a thing other than spending time with family and making wonderful memories. The house is extremely clean, safe, well cared for and very well stocked with everyday essentials for a vacation that is stress free. He was extremely communicative and easy to talk with. Rooms are all comfortable and the ease of a full kitchen plus washer and dryer really helped this mom of two out :)
Best part…. Anything your family needs for the beach is organized and there for you.

We know LBI very well and the location and side of the street was exactly where we wanted to be. Brian briefed us well before and during our stay and we really enjoyed the house.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The house has every amenity you need. Great location, steps away from the beach and located just a few short blocks from Bay Village. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be returning!

We just spent a week at this beautiful vacation home. It was clean, comfortable, had great furnishings and was stocked with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach cart, cooler, and sand toys. We had 3 kids under 5 years old and had a lot to transport each day! The location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach and close enough to the major attractions and restaurants of the area where we rarely had to move our car.
I also liked the fenced in yard - again with 3 small kids it was a great safety feature and provided privacy to grill and eat at the large picnic table if desired.
The owner, Brian, was very responsive to any questions we had and truly was interested in us enjoying our stay. He takes great pride in his home and it shows. Thanks for sharing it with us! I would definitely rent again.
