Best place to go for a getaway.

Beautiful place with everything you need. Beach within a couple blocks and a beautiful pool right outside the condo patio.

The place was very nice!

Unit was just as advertised. Checkin was flawless (they sent an email), we had one issue with breaker that had flipped, message was immediately answered and just required a reset. Condo is pool side which was so awesome for the little ones, right out the front door (gated which was awesome for littles also) and into pool area. Plenty of seating at pool. Condo was very nice, clean and had all the amenties we needed. Washer and dryer on property was the best I have ever seen at a rental. Short walk to beach, but with little ones it was easier to drive. Everything was super awesome and we will be back! Great response from property agent!

Upon arrival we noticed the cushions on the outdoor patio were covered in bird poop which wasn’t the best first impression, and we had a little trouble gaining entry but the owner responded quickly when I reached out. The location is right outside the pool gate which my kids loved. Pool was large enough for several groups to share and had many seating options with covers. The beach was really close. 2 minute drive where you could park right on the beach and unload or a short 5-10 minute walk down the beach access road. We enjoyed the beach and pool pretty much every day, while taking in some of the local cuisine. Island Joe’s and the Sandwich Shoppe became our go-to places! Overall a great condo with even better location and plenty of amenities. Great for families!

The condo was perfect. We were missing a few things as our stay was for 3 months, but Stephanie, the owner, and Veronica our onsite contact helped us immediately. Village by the beach is the perfect place for winter Texans as everyone is so friendly and they soon became good friends. We are returning next year for sure. Many thanks to Stephanie for supporting us when we needed it. Looking forward to next winter 😘

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The manager communicated well and responded quickly. The location was great. There is a wonderful pool right outside the door.

Stayed here 07/30/22-08/06/22, me, my wife and three kids, 18, 13 and 9. We had a great time. Unit was nice, clean and we had no problems. Did have a couple of questions for the owner who responded promptly. Would stay here again.

Our family of 6 - mom, dad, grandma, and kids (ages 6, 8, 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. All of the MUST HAVES were checked off: 1. The property was very clean!! 2. The location was perfect! We were a 2 minute drive to the beach - you can also walk (which I did for exercise) but with all the kid things it suited us better to drive. 3. The condo pool is great! The depth (up to 5 feet) was enough so the kids can have fun and we didn’t feel like we had to stress about their safety. The pool also has a neat waterfall/sprinkler feature that the kids liked. The condo is right next to the pool and several grills. We grilled out several times and it was delicious. The pool had an overall fun vibe for kids and adults alike. 4. We had plenty of room for our family to comfortably spread out and relax. There were big TVs in each room along with extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of dressers and closet space. 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and extras like a pitcher and blender. They are running low on forks for whatever reason 🤪. 6. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our needs; check in and check out was a breeze! We would definitely stay at this unit again; I highly recommend it to make great family memories!

I have rented this property multiple times. Great location, has everything you need and the owner is very responsive.

This was the best condo we have stayed in. The layout of the condo is perfect and even though we had 7 people we never felt crowded. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you would need to cook. Plenty of closet space. The pool is literally STEPS always from the front door which is so convenient! The beach is walkable but might be too far for some. We drove and parked directly on the beach! No more, lugging all your beach gear! Simply park your car and grab a chair. It’s that easy and convenient! Last by not least, the owner Stephanie is such a nice person. She is a great communicator and I would not hesitate to rent from her again. In fact, we plan on returning to this exact condo next summer!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Stephanie!!!

This was definitely a great choice for our island stay! The unit was cool and really clean upon arrival, PLENTY of space both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking items you may need. Bathrooms were very well kept, good shower water pressure. The upstairs balcony view was perfect for family pictures for a nice resort style background. The pool and pool area was very well kept and clean. No loud neighbors, the property was very family oriented. Loved the kiddie pool section for my little ones and pool showers to rinse off is a plus! Only Con: There’s not a clear straight beach access from the property. The walk to beach isn’t as close with little ones and beach gear, we had to drive the few short 2 blocks.

The place is soo cozy and I loved that we had our own space upstairs while my sisters family stayed downstairs! Everything was perfect! I would totally stay agai!

We loved Stephanie’s place! It checked all of boxes and exceeded our expectations. The power was on and off on the island our first day but there were plenty of grills near the pool that worked out very well. There were grilling utensils in Stephanie’s place which was a huge plus! The space was perfect with the bedroom upstairs for our girls and my husband and I downstairs. The Beach was less than 5 minutes! away Stephanie was very communicative and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Definitely a 5 star experience and we will look for this property on our next visit to the island.

This was our first time booking through vrbo, the property was very nice! Clean and organized, and pool side! Property owner contacted us via text and email which made things go very smoothly. Will definitely book here in the future.

We had a wonderful experience for our staycation! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The property was beautiful and the pool was relaxing with wonderful direct access nearly from the front patio. Our kids also enjoyed fishing from nearby Packery Channel jetties and nearby canals. It was the perfect way to celebrate our son’s birthday!
