This house is in an amazing location right on the beach!!! There is a heated pool (we did not use as it was chilly when we visited) the hosts are amazing and quick to answer any questions that you have. The home needs a little updating but is beautiful either way!!! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Wonderful area to get a break from winter.

We had a wonderful stay! The location right on the beach was spectular! We originally were going to be just 3 adults (ages 85,58,48) and halfway through our stay 2 family members joined (as we had PLENTLY of room) (ages 66, 65). We were so comfortable and each had own bathroom with the spacious kitchen! Our hostess sent a message about the SpaceX launch having been scheduled for the friday of our stay and luckily it was rescheduled for Saturday. Had she not notified us we wouldnt have thought of it. We were able to watch the WHOLE horizon and sky view. We felt the rumble and the Villa shook with the lift off! Then just as we saw the "explosion" large firework we thought it was the separation of the two pieces like we have seen from previous launches, little did we know that was the Shuttle itself! then later that day we heard what we thought were fighter jets (Saturday after lunch) and from the balcony were able to get great video of 2 more fly bys from the comfort of the patio chairs. The shells we collected, the meals we made, the family time together with our fur babies was magical! The "extras" in the garage (i.e. folding chairs, the umbrella, some games for tossing on the sand, etc) were nice to find. The neighborhood was so nice to walk as well. Negatives: slope of the driveway and the stairs (all straight shot up to the second level no landing break). neither of these can be changed nor are the Hostess's negatives. these are just our family age group difficulties.

The townhouse was located on a quiet street in northern part of SPI with easy access to the beach. The house was a two story townhouse with a great view of the gulf. Unfortunately the weather on the fourth day became rainy until we left on the 7 day, an unusual event in November. The house was stocked with everything we needed except for a few kitchen items which were delivered quickly to the house. Communications with the property hoist was excellent. A little updating is needed but overall was great. We will return in the future. Thank you!

Positives: the location of the rental was fantastic! Beachfront, only steps to the sand. High ceilings, open floorplan upstairs. Private plunge pool. Enclosed garage to park vehicle. Responsive communication from the owners. Negatives: worn out unit needing an overhaul with flooring, furnishings, and paint. Dusty, dingy interior. Moldy ceiling near pool. Handrail desperately needed to enter/exit pool. Two broken beach chairs and two low boy sand chairs left in unit - inappropriate for 55+ renters or younger folks as well. Pictured deck umbrella no where to be found. We expected much more for the five star price paid.

The property description is accurate, could use a little updating but everything works. Read the full agreement. We misunderstood about the heated plunge pool. It was nice but a little cool for us. Again it all worked and the highest temp is in the agreement. It actually got to 89. We would stay again and bring our kids. Property manager was nice and responsive.

Great location with view of ocean and sound of the surf.

Location, location, location! What an awesome place! Right by the beach, everything you need indoors, with a great patio overlooking the beach upstairs, a nice pool downstairs. We had zero problems with our stay and great communication with our host. Don’t think about it, get this place and you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was perfect for us on the beach and has a small plunge pool! We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the beach and also fireworks from Clayton’s. We would definitely stay here again!

We lived staying at Kely’s - it is so spacious and the location is ideal. The beach is so close and we loved having our own pool! Communication with Kely was easy and enjoyable. We plan to return!

Excellent property in a great location. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Only problem was the grill didn’t work. However, certainly not a big problem. Excellent communication with owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location. Beach was in our backyard. Cute little heated pool outside the lower bedroom. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for 7 adults. Microwave needs to be replaced. Garage remote was missing but garage code was provided for entrance. Management company was responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

The hosts are excellent with communication and quick replies. They are on top of everything and very kind. The house is in a primo location right on the beach. The house is always clean and nicely presented. We've stayed with these hosts on 3 different occasions. Twice here and once at their other property just down the road from here. Both locations are wonderful. We would love to keep coming back here. Great for families.

Being right on the water was amazing. It was so peaceful to sit on the decks and watch the waves. Location was perfect as we were so close to all shopping, restaurants and activities.

We really enjoyed the townhouse. It had everything one would want to on a vacation. Location to beach restaurants was ideal. Kely was available to get a minor issue fixed. Already booked next year.

We arrived and simply entered the code that was provided and entered the place with no hassle. The home was clean, comfortable and has a great view of the beach and the Gulf from both the bottom bedroom and the upstairs living room. Had a hot tube that was great that you had a view of the ocean plus it was a bonus because one of those days it was stormy and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tube. Will be booking itcagain next year.

This place is so beautiful, you can’t beat the views and distance to the beach, loved it, and pet friendly too, we will stay again!!!

This gem of a home was perfect for our small family! The private access to the beach made it so convenient to go for walks and spend time on the beach while kids and dogs played in the surf. The views from the upper deck just before and during sunrise are awe-inspiring.

We had a great time here. Would stay again. There were a couple of things that had to be fixed- but were addressed. The view is great and the convenience to the beach was awesome.

The house is great, clean, well kept and had everything we needed. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. In short, a great house and exactly as advertised. But the location is even better! Not 10 steps from the house and your feet are in sand! Not terribly close to the big condos either, so the beach in front of the house was mostly ours. Sunrises in the morning and cool evenings on the patio. Everything we wanted and more.
