The property was comfortable, clean, and Natasha (owner) obviously wants her guests to enjoy their stay. However, the Windsor Hills parking regulations are restrictive and can be a great inconvenience if you want visitors to be able to “drop in for a few hours.” They need to loosen up on their visitor pass policy and allow 1-side of the street parking.

We had a great time on our vacation! The house was large and had a lot of room for everyone. The house could use a little bit of maintenance due to age and prior guests, but was very clean.
The house temperature was perfect considering it was quite cool at night and warm during the day. We appreciated the extra blankets for the cooler nights! The pool and hot tub temperatures were also great!
We appreciated the fact that the house ended up being fairly accessible and had a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor as I broke my ankle early in our trip.
We had a small issue with the home alarm beeping before 5am one morning, but the homeowner responded very quickly and the issue was resolved. Communication was great overall!

The hardest part of check I’m was the line of cars we had to sit behind waiting to get a parking pass. They need a faster way to do this , the home was great lots of room to spread out. The pool was way to cold but Natasha increased the temp so next day we were able ti use it . She was quick to respond and address any concerns . Home is very close to the Disney parks , we only used the community pool once but the kids enjoyed it and pool water was perfect . Only thing is when we checked im my son n law had ti back his car out to open doors to get kids out of car seats and the 20 min it was blocking sidewalk the hoa had taken a pic of his car and emailed Natasha about the violation . So do not tnink you can get away with anything lol . The hoa police are on top of everything. The house is well stocked . You might want to bring extra tp and paper towels if you there a week . Wash cloths would have been nice as the house has none but we lived without them. We will consider booking again when we go back in 2 years .

We enjoyed our stay at Natasha’s place. The private pool was great for our kids and there was plenty of space to spread out in the house. I think the place could use a carpet cleaning but otherwise the house was very clean. We would stay here again.

Natasha was a wonderful host. She was accommodating and quick with her responses. The home met all of our needs and then some. Our only concern was with whoever is responsible for cleaning between tenants. It seemed as though they rushed through the cleaning process and missed a few things. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return.

Our family of 9 stayed here for our Disney vacation. We had a combination of children ranging from ages 2 to 8 and five adults. The house was clean, the owner was responsive and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great time staying here.The house was clean, fully equipped and even had some everyday items such as soap and trash bags available to use. The owner was super easy to contact and had a fast response. The heat for the spa included in price was great! We all really enjoyed the pool and the water park. Super close to Disney and Walmart.

Great house and location
The property was in a great location and close to all attractions we intended to visit. The home is spacious. The first night was warm as the temperature was set higher then I was wanting but it was corrected the following morning by the home owner. Thank you for the extra items left in the house. The garage is warm no ac or fans to use when playing pool but manageable if you open garage door. There are a few community rules that are different then vrbo homes I have rented in past but understandable due to the homeowners and home rentals in the area. I want to thank you for the use of your home.

Excellent Property Super Close to Disney
We went to Disney with friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. This house was in a really nice neighborhood super close to all the parks. There were 5 great bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, and one queen bedroom downstairs with a full bath. Two huge living areas with TVs, and a lovely pool and in ground hot tub. The house was SUPER clean (we are a group of nurses so we have high standards for that) with comfy beds and accommodations throughout.
We did have some trouble figuring out the cable tv (turned out the remotes got mixed up around the house by the previous guests somehow) but the owner and the in town management service was SO responsive and helpful! Despite living in London, (5 hours ahead) the owner responded very quickly and the maintenance team was very easy to work with. They fixed our tv issues without disrupting our vacation plans in the slightest. The checkout process was also very easy. Just a few minor things to do, not a page long checklist like some rentals.
The ONLY drawback to this house is that it’s in a very strictly gated community. That’s great for security, but it’s really hard to get an Uber should you need one. Overall we would 💯 stay here again. The house was beautiful, had a great pool (there is also a community pool with water slides etc) and the owner and maintenance staff are top notch! We are very picky, and we would highly recommend this property. Thanks Natasha!

When we got there the upstairs bedroom had dirty linen the towels in every bathroom were dirty bathrooms were dirty was busy all week didn’t have a chance to use the pool until last day but when we went out there the water was green so couldn’t enjoy the pool

Family vacation 2021
Overall the property was great. The floors had been scrubbed but were dirty in the corners.
We informed the property manager of screws missing in a patio chair that was a safety hazard.
The pool jets did not work the first 5 days because of a plugged pool filter.
VRBO description mentions a pool cover, however, there wasn’t one.
None of these problems kept us from enjoying the home.
We would rent it again.

The home was as advertised - spacious, clean, and a quality home. However most of the homes in the neighborhood are continuously rented out, and not all of the renters respect the rules. A ‘house party’ took place next-door that made our accommodation unenjoyable. When I informed the resort management about the loud barrage of profanity laced rap music shaking our windows, they said there was little they could do and I should call the local sheriff. Not fun after a long day in the park when all we wanted to do is relax and sleep. My wife walked out to the pool in the back yard to see what was going on, and one of the partying teenagers next store called out, “There’s is a white bitch staring at us”. As a retired Colonel in the Army, I took matters into my own hands and had some words with the neighbors, but certainly not the type of experience we had hoped for. I would’ve expected to the resort to enforce their own policies.

Convenient to parks
Comfortable home, located close to parks. Some furniture a little worn, but nothing that affected our enjoyment of our vacation. Also, not all TV or gaming systems were in usable condition. Mostly batteries or missing cables which we alerted the owner to and hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Garage/game room was very musty, so we did not use. Pool area was very nice, there was an abundance of towels in the home.

Xmas family vacation
This was a great get away for our family.
The house was great no real complains.
Pool water was not warm and there were roaches in the home that was very disturbing to my family and I. But the owner and management team was very helpful and pleasant in an effort to resolve the issue .
The exterminator came out and did the best he could.
Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful home
Home was exactly as listed on VRBO. All necessities were first class and fully furnished. Natasha was quick to answer emails to questions. Our family enjoyed our stay even though it rained a lot of the time we were there.

Stayed in this lovely villa at the end of May for 10 days. Modern, clean and well positioned.
Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Modern, comfortable living areas with good choice of TV channels. My 8 year old boys loved the games room with pool table! Pool area is great with sun all day long, water temperature was nice as weather was so good when we were there.
Lots of information inside the house regarding the house itself and all the parks etc. Lots of games and books too which was nice.
Bedrooms all very nice with comfortable beds, again my boys loved the game consoles in a few of the bedrooms.
Owner was great to deal with, very prompt and gave us lots of information about the area prior to our visit.
Windsor Hills is a lovely resort, the communal pool is fantastic for the children with a large pool and water park which is wonderful. 5 mins to Disney, Walmart just down the road along with lots of restaurants etc.
Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely villa to anyone! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!
