My family and I loved the place. It was clean and fun. We wished we could have stayed longer. My husband loved fishing and there was a shopping center near there so I did my shopping while my husband fished. Perfect spot for our family.

The house is spacious and well-maintained. We had everything we needed to start our family vacation. There were lots of water toys to keep us entertained and plenty of space at the dock for our 2 jet skis. Wendy is a fantastic host and always answered our questions right away. The house is on a steep hill, so the trek to the lake was too much for my father in law, but everyone else really enjoyed it.

The Cozy Lake Lanier Getaway was very well appointed and had everything we needed! Day to day Items were laid out waiting for us along with a special welcome gift bag. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and bath towels were extremely soft. There were many amenities on the dock that we didn't get a chance to use but nice to know they were there if we had time.
Wendy was very nice, responsive and eager to please. We would love to return sometime.

Wendy was one of the nicest and most hospitable of our VRBO hosts. She was attentive to the special accommodation needs we had, welcoming, and very thoughtful of our fur babies. The home is very nice and I only hope we can return when the weather is not so cold and can enjoy the lake more.

Had the best time. Cabin was all we’d hoped for and more. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for family of 8 and our puppies too! Stocked all the way down to paper goods and shampoo! She truly thought of everything and the views from the deck were amazing! She even allowed us to use her water toys! Property manager is very nice. We came down for a weekend trip to visit family. It can easily fit 3 couples and 4 kids if needed. Dock is beautiful and there is a fire pit in the back. Driveway is a little tight but you can park in front of the house. Overall great property and we would love to come back.

This was our second time with Wendy as a host, different home and the photos do not capture the full beauty of the property. The view of the lake from the house is perfect, and the private dock is about as good as it gets. The floor plan is open, and to to say the place is tastefully decorated is an understatement. It really feels like a home. Wendy is such a kind and wonderful host. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I took my 15-year-old daughter and a few of her friends to the lake for her birthday. We had a wonderful time. This house is amazing it has everything you’ve ever need at the dock, a well stocked kitchen, was very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Wendy was extermely accommodating to all our needs and the house is set up for all weather situations luckily ours was sunny and warm! Paddleboards and kayaks. We also saw deer walking down the street!!

Super clean and fresh, very spacious and accommodating, super comfortable beds. The double decker dock was so much fun, the kids enjoyed the floaties and the kayaks, and of course jumping into the water from the top. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Had family in town and rented so we would have enough space for everyone. Enjoyed the dock and brought our boat to keep there while we stayed. The house was a good layout for us because my niece with young children stayed in the downstairs bedroom that is right next to the room with four bun beds. Also a bathroom attached to that downstairs bedroom accessible also from the bunk room. Wendy responds very quickly with any questions we had. Had a great stay!

My husband and I were looking in the area for houses and stayed while our home was having open houses. It was a wonderful experience. The house was comfortable, clean, very cute and had a wonderful view and peaceful setting on the lake. It was cool enough to open the windows at night and listen to the whippoorwills sing us to sleep.
Wendy was wonderful and very accommodating and prompt with all correspondence. I would highly recommend this location for a fun, easy getaway to the lake.

We enjoyed our stop at Lake Lanier and we were overall impressed by the property. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and as promised, everything we needed was provided at the VRBO. The treetop view was so peaceful that we found ourselves just relaxing on the upper deck for most of our stay. FYI: the hike down to the dock isn't too bad, but climbing back up the 98 stairs could be taxing for some!

Our stay was wonderful. Exactly as described in listing. Something for everyone, from the 2 year old to Papa. Plenty of games to keep everyone happy when it rained. Proximity to grocery shopping was great. We saw some waterfalls within easy driving distance. Found a terrific indoor arcade/go-kart place in Helen for the rainy day.

A nice homey property with a good lake view. The path to the lake is a bit steep and can be slippery when wet, and since we had a good bit of misty rain during our stay, we didn’t make many trips down to the dock. The area is nice and quiet. The house is comfortable for a couple and would be nice for a family. While it can easily sleep 10, the living area might be a little tight for that many people if you are planning to spend much time inside. There is plenty of outdoor living area on the deck and screened porch.

This home is on the lake with a path down to the lake from the house. It's well kept, very cute and very clean. The host is awesome and we would stay here again. The BBQ grilling on the deck at night is perfect. Thank you Wendy for being such an awesome host. My family appreciates it especially with our event this week.

A very cozy home decorated for the holidays with many amenities. It had all the essentials needed for our stay. Plenty of room and having televisions in each room was a definite plus. Kids got to watch what they wanted. Wendy was the sweetest, she was quick to respond and answered all my questions and concerns. The home is close to town, with many stores and restaurants. I hope to be back soon.

The cabin was very clean and every bed was comfortable, even the bunk beds! The hosts were very nice and helpful! It’s a retry good hike to the boat dock, but worth it when you get down there. Just don’t forget your fishing pole or anything up at the house! Lol! He house was very clean and we enjoyed the fire pit and also the screened in porch. There are plenty of board games to choose from and we enjoyed playing them on the porch. It was a great stay! We came for a Pastors Conference at Christ Fellowship Church in Dawsonville and it was only a 10 minute drive! Restaurants and the Outlet Mall is very close! We will be coming to stay here again!

The house was very cute and accommodated our needs well. Overall the house was clean when we arrived but there were areas with crumbs and dirt left behind. The dock area was very nice and the walk was as described in the listing. There are a few steps in need of repair at some point but functional as long as you pay attention. The hosts were very prompt in replying to questions and the check in process was very smooth. My only negative is not related to the house or hosts but rather the neighborhood. There was a house which allowed there dog to bark loudly and constantly for long periods of time. It was disruptive as sound echoes on the lake. We were gone for long periods of time each day but if we were at the house all day long it would have been something we would have had to contact someone on. Overall a lovely stay and was exactly what we needed.

We rented this and had our grandkids and daughter and husband with us from TX for a wedding event stay. It was quiet and we had plenty of room and felt like we were in a treehouse with all the trees around. We enjoyed the house and location to other family in the area. Would rent again for sure!
