What a fabulous property. We rented this house for family to meet and attend graduation. The house was more then I could imagine, 5 bedroom with private baths, great front and back porches to enjoy rocking, and conversation. The home was spotless nicely furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking for our crowd. Conveniently located near downtown Raleigh with adequate on street parking. Would definitely stay again!

We traveled from Pennsylvania to North Carolina to attend the NCSU graduation with family. This home was comfortable, clean and provided everyone with plenty of space. We had a great time! Thank you!

We loved this house! So convenient, accommodating and comfortable. We loved taking walks in the neighborhood to local stores and restaurants. It was a perfect for our stay with our friends. If we ever return to this area in NC, we would love to come back to this beautiful house.

Our family of 11 from the Northeast stayed here for 4 nights while in Raleigh for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect accommodation with plenty of space to spread out. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, how beautiful the house was and how convenient the location was to all the weekend festivities and Raleigh points of interest. We had everything we needed and had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this home for a group trip!

We enjoyed this lovely house we were 6 ladies on a girls trip to Quilt Con. We enjoyed a short walk to the convention center, the house was very spacious, clean, instructions were clear, entry was smooth good communication!

This property is located close to everything. You don’t need to bring a thing, they have it all. There’s room for everyone to spread out!

This property easily accomodated my kids plus some extended family. Great amenities, well equipped kitchen, comfortable and cozy home. Owners are easily reached, if we had questions. Overall, a great experience.

Having every bedroom have an ensuite was just perfect for extended family traveling for graduation! The location to everything in Raleigh was perfectly centralized and we would love to stay her again!

Our group loved staying in this gorgeous house. It has plenty of room for a large group and a lot of common spaces for spending time together. It’s close to everything that downtown has to offer, but still feels secluded and quiet. The house was clean and well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This should be called the wedding house! Like many other reviewers, we were in Raliegh for our niece's wedding. The house was perfect for our family, with five large bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The porch was wonderful for visits with other family members who were in town. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for all of us. We found it walkable to the downtown area, where several wedding events occurred. The host responded to communication promptly and could not have been more accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

Our family of 12 stayed in this historical home for a wedding. It was perfect. We loved sitting on the porch during the day and gathered around the large dining room table to play cards at night. Memories were made! Thank you!!

We were in Raleigh for a family wedding, and this home was perfect for our family to spend time together. The front porch is the star of the show, and we spent most of our time there as we had a surprisingly mild August weekend for Raleigh! So much space to spread out, and two laundry areas which was very nice. We all agreed it was a perfect weekend due to our accommodations. Highly recommend!

The home is very spacious and beautiful. Great having a bathroom with each bedroom!! The only detail is one shower liner upstairs needs replacing. Overall excellent and highly recommend!!

Fantastic home! Five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was the draw, but the home was large, comfortable, beautiful. The front porch with it's comfortable chairs and rockers became the favorite family meeting space. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, and easy access to the freeways. Simply a perfect venue for a large family group.

Our family stayed here when our son graduated from NC State. The house was great! Plenty of space for a family dinner. Plenty of room so we didn't feel on top of each other. The location was super convenient for trips to the airport, to restaurants and breweries, and shopping. It was a wonderful place to celebrate.

We rented this house for out daughter's wedding so that my family and a few friends could stay with us instead of at the hotel. We are so happy we found this place. It was a great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, but also in a lovely residential neighborhood. The big kitchen and dining room were the perfect hangout spaces and the large living room was the place to grab a comfy chair and either read or work on you laptop. The teenager in our group loved the office for his space and the couples appreciated the well appointed bedrooms and the adjoining bathrooms. And, I can't forget about the front porch... it was perfect for hanging out and people watching. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...maybe for a baby shower in a few years! ;-)

My family & I stayed her for my sons wedding as we are from out of State. Beautiful kitchen and all beds very comfy. Highly recommend this home!

We had 11 family members staying in this home so that we could attend a niece's wedding in Raleigh. The house is nicely furnished and having each bedroom with its own bathroom was so convenient. My 86 year old mother was able to use the main floor master suite, which is beautifully appointed. The huge dining room table allowed us to gather for a family dinner on Friday night. We loved being able to walk through the friendly neighborhood to restaurants and shops. The homeowner is friendly and easy to communicate with . If you are heading to a parents weekend or graduation for Peace College or NC State, this is the perfect spot for your family. I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at this property before, but this is the first time we were actually able to walk to dinners, Raleigh, coffee shops. The location is incredible for all things around the Raleigh, NC State area. The house truly has everything you need, and it’s cozy And perfect for family gatherings. The central room with the fireplace was the hub for our entire stay. It is rare for a Vrbo owner to allow you to use the fireplace so this is definitely a plus for this location. Some of the rooms on the first floor can be cool, but we recommend shutting some of the doors to help distribute the heat in the colder months. We look forward to our next day and we’ll definitely explore on foot much more next time.

We had a wonderful Christmas family gathering in this beautiful home. Lots of space for 10 of us and to host our parents as well. The hosts were very responsive and even decorated for Christmas!

My husband & I rented this property several months before our son’s wedding due to the proximity of the rehearsal dinner venue & hotel blocks as well as the number of bedrooms with their own bathrooms. We weren’t certain that far in advance who would be staying with us and we wanted the ability to offer space to wedding guests if needed. It all worked out perfectly! Extended family stayed with us & we enjoyed being in the same space but had ample room to not be on top of each other. The groomsmen’s lunch was held at the house the day of the wedding & all were able to get dressed at the house before going to the wedding venue which was less than 30 mins away. The master closet was gigantic & had ample space to hang my floor length dress. Beds were super comfy & all linens/towels were upscale hotel quality. Highly recommend this home for larger families visiting Raleigh for a special event! Owners were also very responsive to my questions prior to arrival.

3 brothers. sister and I along with spouses had a perfect 3 days. The house, location and luckily weather could not have been better. Everyone enjoyed the countless places to visit, mostly within walking distance. The meals together went a smooth as possible. The kitchen is large enough for multiple cooks and very well stocked. With everyone having their own bed/bath worked perfectly. Higly recommend.
