Bannon’s Mountain is absolutely perfect. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. Everything upon check in was clean, organized and the property was pristine. Joe is the best host I’ve ever encountered. Everything was set up to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Already looking to come back and we just left! Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

One of a kind, incredible property complete with beautiful home, amazing views, gas grill, fire pit, tennis and basketball court, ping pong table, swimming pool, walking/hiking/running trail, and pond. Not to mention the kindest, most generous, and accommodating hosts you will find. Cannot wait to be back!

Our large family gathered from around the country and had a wonderful week at Bannon's Mountain. There is so much to do on the property. We spent time at the pond swimming, using the kayaks and paddleboats, and hanging at the beach. Of course the pool got the most use from our bunch. Plenty of pool toys! We also got a tennis tournament going despite us all being novices and played some hoops.
The camp is very spacious. There are multiple sitting areas, a sun room, and a couple different tables to eat at. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a great deck with views and a fire pit right off the deck with more firewood than we could have used. Smores every night!
Bannon's Mountain is truly unique and we look forward to coming back!

We stayed at this awesome property for a week with 8 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs and a couple visitors and still had plenty of room and activities for everyone! It was like having our very own summer camp for the week. So much to do on site and within a 30min drive we were always doing something fun rain or shine.
The house itself was very comfortable and roomy and had everything we needed. AC in the main living room and ceiling fans in all the rooms helped keep the entire house cool during the hot and humid week we had.
Joe the owner and his team were very friendly and helpful all week. Highly recommend this property for family trips or even adult only getaways.

Awesome retreat like vacation home, with endless activities and memories to make. Close to Saratoga and all the town has to offer; however it is hard to leave the house! Having access to the pond, campfire, pool, tennis court and any other outdoor activities made our time there go by too quickly! We will definitely be making a trip back, Thank you again to the Bannon's!

We (me, my twins and a few of their friends) have been going to the Lake George area every year for past 15 years and this was, by far, our favorite place. Joe and his good friend Kenny are wonderful hosts, the property is beautiful, fun, clean and relaxing. We will be going back!

We had an awesome time staying at Bannon’s Mountain. Had a great group together for my brother’s birthday party and it was everything we could have asked for. We enjoyed the house, walking around the property, playing basketball and pickleball and hanging at the pool.
The house is in a great location that’s secluded enough to have your own personal space but close enough to attractions to experience the whole area. We made trips to Saratoga that took about 20 minutes and played golf in the area with multiple courses less than 15 minutes from the house.
I’d highly recommend staying at Bannon’s Mountain. The home has an incredible personal touch and all the accommodations you could ask for! Make it your first choice when heading to the Saratoga area.

My family came to Bannon Mtn to celebrate our family and remember my Father in law, who loved horse racing. The property was amazing, private and super accommodating. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything you need is there and we had so much fun! It is 15-20 minutes from so many activities and then there is so much to do right on the property. We experienced the trails, pool, basketball and ping pong!! We will be back!!

Bannon's Mountian was everything it promises and more! It was spacious, and full of amenities and its cabin-like feel was authentic. The views from the deck were breathtaking and the firepit at night was the perfect ending to an action-packed day! Joe was so accommodating and sweet that he felt like a part of the family!

Wow. We cannot say enough good things about Bannon’s Mountain or Joe, the owner of this amazing resort-like paradise. We had 10 adults, 6 small children, and 2 dogs, yet we always had more than enough room to spread out. It truly is like having an entire campground all to yourself. Joe is such a kind and helpful host. It felt like our home for a week. It was so good that we booked it again for next year! Don’t hesitate. There is no place like this out there!

Our group of 8 friends had a perfect low-key bachelorette weekend at Bannon's mountain. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed––from tennis rackets to towels for the pool. Joe and Kenny were so welcoming, and made our arrival easy and fun. We topped it all off with s'mores in the fire pit. Already looking forward to our next stay!

What a fantastic experience we had at this property. Everything was top notch! Plenty of room for many family and friends to sleep and enjoy all the amenities of a mountian resort. Except this resort was all to yourselves!
Minutes to the town and races at Saratoga and not much further to Lake George. We will be back again at some point soon!

A piece of heaven
My 4 adult children and myself stayed at Bannon Mountain. It is absolutely breathtaking. The views are amazing. The house itself is extra clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the week. We grabbed a few groceries from the local Walmart and were set. The property owners are the nicest people, and checked in with us through out our stay to make sure everything was alls well. Looking forward to another trip in the future.

A unicorn
An incredible experience from our initial email thru the very end. The property was immaculate, comfortable, and fully stocked. Joe was amazing. I truly can’t find the words to describe how perfect it was except to say it is a unicorn!

Family Gathering with my parents, my siblings and their families
After spending Covid separated from my family, we booked Labor Day weekend to spend here together. We can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is roomy with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals. The deck and the views are amazing! One of my favorite parts of my trip was driving up the driveway and seeing my parents sitting out on the deck relaxing. All of our kids had fun on the tennis courts and playing basketball. I think a favorite though was the lake. It is a bit of a hike, but the trail is nice and scenic. Kids loved boating around it and the little ones enjoyed playing in the sand and putting their feet in the water at the beach area. Unfortunately,it was a little too cold out for swimming. Location was wonderful and close to everything. We did go down to Saratoga Springs for groceries and that was a straight shot. Heading the other way, we ventured out for ice cream. Another easy trip. Overall though, we never found a need to leave the property as there was so much to do to keep us busy. Please look for the book about the Banner's Mountain. I didn't find it until we were packing the last day as it was in my daughter's bedroom, but it is so informative of the history of the Cabin. I wish I had found it earlier as I would have read it cover to cover!

Absolutely amazing!
We were a group of 13. Only 1 person left the property to get milk, eggs, and butter. We had no other need to leave the property as there was so much to do. The kids never complained they were bored. Our favorite place was the lake. Just a beautiful property. Everything was thought of.

Amazing Adirondack getaway!
My wife and I along with our two children were lucky enough to book Bannon's mountain for a few days away.The property owner by far is the most accommodating we've ever had in a rental. Prior to even making the trip he had sent a full list of recommendations which each one we tried were spot on! world's best ice cream, pancakes at the breakfast spot down the road an some great golf and all within minutes of the property. The property itself sits high atop a beautiful mountain with nothing left to be desired. views,games,sports and even your own personal lake which the kids loved to spend time during the afternoons. we'll be back to Bannon's mountain without a doubt!!!!!!!!!

We spent an awesome weekend drinking beers by the pool (outdoor fridge!!), playing tennis, lawn games, swimming at the lake, making smores, and when we got a bit of rain we switched to playing board games and watching the best rainbow I have ever seen. The property is well maintained, gorgeous, with plenty to do and we could not have asked for better. We absolutely hope to return!

Great Adventures
Our three generation family of 16 had a wonderful time at Bannon’s Mountain. We all, including eight grandchildren, ages 1-8, loved the outdoor spaces. The kids especially enjoyed their time at Cricket Lake. We were glad that it was a little hike down there via the driveway and Tucker Trail, or we would have had to worry too much about the kids. The tennis court and pool ( bracing, a pool cover would be helpful) also received a great deal of use.
We appreciated the ample supplies, including foil, baggies, etc.
Distances to locations were much shorter than the APP on our phone said as it counted on you walking to the road from the house! We had a fantastic visit

Relaxing cabin getaway!
Bannon's Mountain is the perfect cabin getaway! We had a large group of 10 adults and 6 children. We spent most of our time at the pool, playing tennis, and roasting marshmallows. The cabin had everything we needed - towels, linen, pool toys, kitchen utensils, etc. and there is so much to do on the property itself, we didn't feel like we needed to go into town to be entertained. The grocery store is only a 20 minute drive. There are two grills, two firepits, and two fridges! Kenny and Joe are very responsive and helpful. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Special Saratoga Retreat
We had the absolute best time celebrating our parents' 40th wedding anniversary at Bannon's Mountain. The house is the quintessential Adirondack-style getaway house, set on a gorgeous property with plenty to do. There really isn't much reason to leave the grounds, except to go check out the adorable town of Saratoga. We spent most of our time playing cards, enjoying the view, swimming in the pool, and playing tennis on their awesome court! The host could not have been more responsive and accommodating, and we felt truly lucky to have gotten to experience such a special place. We will be back!

Beautiful is an understatement
The property at Bannon's Mountain was just wonderful. I went up there with about 10 of my friends for a girls' weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner plus the pool area was nice and the bedrooms were comfortable. Joe was so kind throughout and made the process so easy. Just an Uber ride away from Saratoga! Will definitely be returning.

Pictures don’t do it justice
My group had a great time playing basketball and hanging down by the pool. Great views from the deck along with the fire pit. You really don’t have to leave the property so much to do. We didn’t even get to explore all of it.The house is great, huge main sitting area and a great sun porch on the back. A lot of space to sleep big groups.It’s only about 20 minutes to downtown. Would highly recommend any age group staying here it’s perfect.

Perfect getaway
Bannon’s Mountain was the perfect getaway, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Our group had a blast playing volleyball down by crickett lake and swimming out to the float. So much to do on the property we never even went into Saratoga.

Amazing property. Perfect for families or groups.
Terrific host and a terrific property. House and bunk house are most comprable to a cabin setting. Everything on the property exceeded our expectations. Swimming pool, tennis court, golf pitch and put, walking trail, beautiful lake with many activities available... $15 - $20 Uber ride to Saratoga Springs. We're 8 friends average age of 40. Everyone was in agreement to book here again next summer.

Fantastic week
This property was exactly what we were looking for! Bannon mountain is great place to relax and have fun. The cabin is awesome! The bedrooms were nice in size, the kitchen has everything you need, and the main room is just fantastic. The views from the deck are just amazing, and we set out there every night star gazing and enjoying the fire pit. The property itself is just never ending, with Cricket lake being the additional bonus. Cricket lake is just such a relaxing place to go, and if you are patient and quiet, you will see enough wildlife there as well. Joe is very helpful and communicative, as is Kenny. Overall we had a fantastic week, and we are considering going back next year or the year after! Thanks Joe!
