We thought the breakfast was good but the variety of items were limited. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during the day due to construction and traffic.

The mattress in Kate’s room was not comfortable. It sags a bit and probably should be replaced soon. The ceiling in the corner of the room is an eye sore and should be fixed to warrant a $300 a night stay.

Beautiful beyond words, lovingly restored and with exceptional charm. Comfortable and luxurious. Staff beyond nice and accommodating, and familiar with the building's history. Breakfast was lovely. No details overlooked regarding luxury and comfort. Location was fantastic. While I've only stayed in Saratoga twice, I'd say it is the best possible property to stay at in the whole city and exceeds expectations by far. You will be glad you stayed here.

Amazing rooms and beds, beautiful mansion and great location

staff was rude and not providing solutions. we’re absolutely in their right, but not looking after your best interests. we missed the note on the breakfast logistics so when we hoped for a solution at 10am on a Sunday, nothing was available and the staff was not really interested in finding a solution.

The interior was beautiful and the staffs were kind. The room was cozy.

We found hairs when we tried to use a bath in the room 'George'. But it was not much. Not a big problem.

Great old historical mansion with a lot of charm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was just OK. Pool table in the room was in disrepair. Not level, pockets ripped so the balls fall right out.

Beautiful heritage mansion. Enter and you are transported back in time. Very good stay, the property is near the center, easy walking distance. Common areas and patios are really nice. Very good breakfast with very good service.

If you like all modern facilities, do not stay there, you have everything you need but it’s a historical mansion so just be aware.
