Esta fantástica nueva casa de 2 pisos tiene todo con una terraza cubierta hacia atrás y patio trasero, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 8 mesa, barra superior, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación! Ideal para dos familias o un grupo de 10 a 14, la casa cuenta con 2 master suites en la parte trasera de la casa que comparten un balcón cubierto con vistas a la laguna y el océano. Hay otro dormitorio en el segundo piso con su propio baño completo y 2 dormitorios abajo que comparten un baño completo. También hay una cama blanda, tanto en la parte de arriba y la de abajo salas de estar.
Hay una gran gran sala abierta en el segundo piso con una cocina completa, comedor y sala de estar. La terraza cubierta frontal también cuenta con vistas al océano.
La casa se encuentra a sólo unos pasos de la playa Lodge, el único desayuno y hamburguesas en la playa en Puerto A. El garaje 1 coche está disponible para los huéspedes de usar. También hay una ducha y barbacoa de carbón parrilla al aire libre en la parte trasera de la casa.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults, 4 kids and 1 small dog. The place was well-stocked. We loved the close proximity to the beach and to town. Definitely recommend!

The property was clean, modern, well-stocked, and location, location, location! We were able to walk to the beach and we had great views of the gulf and the beach! Bruce was great to work with and I only contacted him when we arrived and he answered right away. I did text and ask for an additional hour to checkout and he quickly approved my request. I highly recommend this property for a vacation!

Another great stay at Casa Rosada! Check in was easy, house was clean and communication excellent. This was our 5th or 6th stay here and it’s’ never disappointed us. Location is close to the beach and just a few minutes from town. Parking is ample in the driveway. We’ll book again!

We had a great time! The house is updated and the kitchen is one of the best stocked we have seen. Great proximity for short walk to the beach thru boardwalk access, bring a wagon (there is one in the garage too). Owner was easy to work with an quick to respond.

We absolutely love our stays at the “Pink House”. The location to the beach is quick, the neighborhood is quiet, one of the only houses with a bar and restaurant about 100 yards away that you never hear but can always step out and enjoy if you want. The house layout is open and great for entertaining and having fun after a day at the beach. Lots of parking, decks and places to lounge. I wish I could keep this place a secret!!!

We traveled with our 4 adult children and 3 of their friends. Everyone had their own space, which made the stay very relaxing. The property was exactly as the pictures show. Very well-equipped kitchen with enough room for everyone. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful. The location was great with easy access to the beach.

This house was perfect for our annual family beach trip! The location was perfect in walking distance to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The house itself was super spacious and made cooking family dinners so easy! I would absolutely recommend this house.

Bruce’s home was perfect for our 3 generation family trip. The bottom floor with 2 bedrooms and a living/kitchenette was great for grandparents who didn’t need to climb up and down stairs all the time. Loved the second floor too with its 3/3 and wrap around porch. Great home! We’ll be back!

Enjoyed a multi family vacation at this property. Great location within walking distance to the beach and easy access to other parts of town. Loved having both upstairs and downstairs rental and 2 year old played on the large deck daily! The room for parking multiple cars and golf cart rental was perfect. The kids had a blast in Port A with surfing lessons and beach fun. We caught some red snapper deep sea fishing and had it cooked up for us that night at a local restaurant. Overall wonderful experience with a great home and space to spread out when the teenagers and parents needed their space.

Enjoyed a multi family vacation at this property. Great location within walking distance to the beach and easy access to other parts of town. Trip to Port Aransas was for a yearly customer fishing tournament. Check in/Check out was fantastic. House was clean and had all the items needed for cooking entertaining for this trip. Perfect location for renting the golf cart around town. Our company usually does this trip yearly and we look forward to returning to Casa Rosa next year.

Great Beach Escape
Terrific place with open living spaces both indoors and outdoors. This is the house closest to the beach in this development, through there is a block of condos and a restaurant located between the house and the beach. So, the view isn't unobstructed, but does give nice views of the water to the left and right.
The interior space is open and well appointed, giving plenty of room for visiting inside. We spent a good portion of our time on the balcony enjoying the breezes. We've been travelling to the beach together for several years, and one member of our party commented, "This is the best house we've rented yet!"

Fun in the sun
Nice and spacious. The deck was awesome we sat outside a lot in the evenings. Nice open living area. Location was great close to everything including a 5 min walk to beach. Was perfect for our family.

This was a great property. A short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed at the house. Knives could use sharpening. Super easy to communicate with the host. This was our first time visiting Port A. You can park at the beach but need a beach pass. If hauling a lot of tents/chairs it’s easier to drive that over and drop off. Neither of the wagons in the garage were usable so if you want a wagon bring one. I don’t think it was necessary to have one for the short walk/drive. We would stay here again.

We return every year and we always have the BEST time. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, just so comfortable and cozy. I shouldn’t write this review, I should keep it a secret lol. The owner is fantastic and we have never had any issues. We treat this place like our own home because we love it so much.
