This is a great little condo located perfectly near downtown Durango. We never cooked so I can’t speak to how well stocked the kitchen was but it was a comfortable stay.

Our two bedroom was comfortable for our young kiddo (4 & 2). It was a nice size. The mattress on the King bed was lumpy and needs replace as well as the pillows. The Queen bed was nice and comfortable. There was some noise from outside but nothing we were able to mask with white noise machine. There are no curtains in the room with the Queen size bed some the kiddos were up earlier than usual but otherwise our stay was pleasant!

Cute condo. 2nd bedroom is small but comfortable. Bring your own coffee/tea/sugar/creamer. This rental comes without.

Other than an issue with the garage door code and no local coffee provided like the description said, it’s a very comfortable place. Large kitchen and bathrooms. The shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced and one of the hair dryers doesn’t work. The location was perfect!

I was in Durango for my son’s soccer tournament. We enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy parking, easy access to get to our soccer venues, clean. It could be a bit noisy and could hear the people upstairs. I found the bed in the master tough for me... very soft. I have a bad back so it’s more my issue. The internet was also giving us trouble. It always ended up working but I rebooted it a couple times. Overall, it’s a great place to stay - just wanted others to be aware of what we found.

From the moment you walk in to this unit, you feel right at home. A really nice home! All the amenities are thoughtfully provided, easy parking and - most importantly - the location rocks! Wish I could give this condo more than 5 stars!

Great location close to downtown amenities. Garage parking was awesome in the snow. Someone in another condo had a party 2 nights out of the 7 we stayed so it was a little loud as you heard every noise through the windows. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Good location! Clean. TV situation very poor. Too many remotes, too many tv’s/ remtes all over the place not near the correct tv. A thorough complete guide for that unit would be most helpful! This was our 2nd stay in this unit so this wasn’t anything new. I spent several hours each visit trying to figure out the system. I am not a novice using this technology!

The condo was at the most convenient spot. close to the train and Museum. One block from the start of Main Street shopping and restaurants. Everything you needed right there. Parking on the street or in the garage. easy access with the codes for front door and condo entry. Space was all we needed. Wouldn’t change a thing!

This is a very comfortable property which is conveniently located in downtown Durango. Everything was as advertised and we were quite comfortable here and would consider booking again. It was just my husband and myself for most of the visit, although our grandkids stayed one overnight with us.
The only small difficulty we had was using the code to get into the front door of the building (while the garage access was no problem, and the apartment access was fine also). I finally determined that the problem was the front door keypad is used both for phone numbers and for alphabetical listing of tenants. If someone before you used the phone access, your code doesn't work. However, if you first press one of the two alphabet buttons, your code will then be accepted with no problem.

Family of 4 vacation perfection. This condo is in the center of everywhere you want to go. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable sofas and beds, and had great towels. The customer service was incredible, kind and quick. It was great to have a home base that was comfortable and roomy when the kids were tired of walking. My only negatives - this unit doesn’t have the greatest view (patio in pictures is different than in the unit) and you can hear noises in the alley where the restaurants are. Not their fault, bring earplugs and you’ll sleep like a baby. Highly recommend, will stay again!

Excellent location for riding the Durango and Silverton Railroad. It would have been nice to have a listing of the TV stations. The master bath has no doors. The lighting in the rooms was not good. Otherwise it was good.

Great property....1 1/2 blocks to ice cream and crepes 😉 , railroad station and shops. Comfy bed and well appointed with dishes etc in kitchen. Big ans roomy. Would stay again!

The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the location of being so close to downtown but it’s right next to a smoke shop that constantly has people smoking in the parking lot. We traveled with 2 toddlers and felt the property accommodated families very well. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is super comfortable and in a great location to walk to everything you need. It was great having underground parking and a perfect place to keep our bikes. The only downside is that the deck is very small and overlooks rooftop and noisy air conditioners. We used the common area deck a couple times though which was much better.

Wonderful, clean and spacious property right in the heart of downtown - we were able to walk everywhere for dining and shopping. The apartment is very bright and well appointed. Would stay here again!
