Everything about this property is 5 star. The house is spotless, very comfortable, and very well equipped. It's quiet and secluded with views around the mountains. Everything is an easy 10 minute walk - Bellagio center, the ferry terminal, grocery store, restaurants etc. The hosts are super helpful, comfortable with English, and easy to communicate with. I recommend without hesitation and would hope to book again should we return to Lake Como.

A high quality property with modern features and peaceful private grounds. Lake Como views from the property and unrestricted vistas a few paces out the front gate. A short walk to picturesque Pescallo fishing village and a very manageable walk into central Bellaggio. The hosts were there to welcome us and gave us a quick and useful introduction to the area and the property features. We enjoyed a couple of lovely barbecues in the grounds surrounded by Lake Como’s mountainous backdrop.

We loved our stay here!! The home is in a perfect location. Walking into the gates and through the olive trees after our Bellagio adventures was very special. And at nighttime, the lights along the driveway are beautiful. The home has everything needed for a perfect stay and is super clean. The large, fenced yard was also fun for my 8 year old to play. There are many different beautiful spots on the property inside and outside to relax. Loved being able to walk to delicious bakeries and two grocery stores, too. Pescallo is a beautiful village and convenient to everything. The owners are very kind and welcoming people. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for a perfect stay in your lovely home!

Villa Olivee is wonderful! The entire villa is modern, comfortable, well appointed and very charming. The grounds are lovely. The area is peaceful but just a brief walk to the center of Bellagio. Luca and Alessandra are warm, generous hosts, we really felt welcome! Communication with them was smooth. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The house and grounds were beautiful. When the washer did not work Luca took our laundry and returned it clean and dry. The very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms were wonderful. Great location too! I highly recommend this house.

The villa is perfectly located, just a short 10 min walk to town. Bellagio is beautiful and we are so glad we chose this area for our short stay in Lake Como. The town is beautiful. Tons of shops and restaurants. the ferry is an easy way to see other towns on the lake and they come several times a day. the house upon arrival was great. Luca greeted us, gave us a tour and even had some amenities for us! water, milk, fresh fruit and prosecco! the house really had anything you need for your stay. the property is large with multiple areas to sit and eat or hang out. the property was quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking and also gated. the bedrooms were great. mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. the owners provided 2 chaise lounges for us to use but there are no beach towels. there are a few places very close by to go swimming in the lake. the lake is beautiful. Clean, cool and refreshing :) the only criticism would be the air conditioning. we were at the house in late August and the temperatures in Italy are quite hot. there are restrictions in the area that you can not lower the air temperature below 75 degrees and that made it a little hard to sleep at night. We really had a great stay at the Villa and would highly recommend staying here!

Nice owners, excellent space for family, super clean and well-equipped for 6 nights, huge property for the area, 15 min walk (half uphill) to town. Would stay again

This place has it all!! From the moment we arrived we were in pure bliss!! Luca was there to greet us was an extra bonus! Lots of snacks and a bottle of prosecco as well! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of Five adults! Beds were comphy, The house had everything we needed for our stay.You can't go wrong with this place!! Ciao!!

The house was very comfortable for our family of four, it’s in a beautiful neighborhood, about 10 min walk to downtown. The hosts are extremely accommodating and helpful if there is anything you need. We highly recommend!

Everything in this property was flawless, from the quick and efficient property managers welcoming us, to the house itself, absolutely spotless inside and out. The quality of the furnishing, bedding and appliances is much above average, the villa has a truly luxurious feeling throughout, and nothing is missing (well, maybe a microwave oven in the kitchen if one wants to be super picky.) The description and photos teally don't do this property full justice, everything is either exactly as described, or way better than that. The management also leaves classy little touches around the house upon your check in, which will make your stay more pleasamt: a kitchen stocked with water and breakfast essentials, a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, extra towels, games for the younger ones, high quality soaps and shower gels in the bathrooms, and so on. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room to stretch everywhere, inside the property and out. The grounds are truly beautiful - manicured and expansive - and the location within Belkagio is just about perfect: quiet, secluded and picturesque, just a few minutes' walk away from the main city center, ferries, shopping and attractions. We can't think of a better place to stay in beautiful Bellagio than this stunning villa for any family of our size or smaller. We will definitely plan our return visit to gorgeous Villa Olivee if our travels ever take us back to Lake of Como in the future.

Located on the east side of the peninsula it’s away from the crowds. It’s a little walk to get into town but not too bad. The yard and grounds are spacious and the property is gated. The house is very nice and well kept.

This home was beautiful. All the finishings were first rate. The host thought of everything there was fresh food in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen appliance were high end and easy to cook with. Most of our time was outside looking at the view. The grounds of the house really did make you feel like you were in Italy. It was an easy walk to city center and the ferries. We all loved our time here and would go back,

Villa Olivee was an absolute pleasure for our entire family, old and young we all had a great time. The house is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It looks like it was recently renovated and the owners thought about all the details and amenities. Everything is high quality including wonderful linen and towels. The fridge was stocked with a generous welcoming pack. Luca, Mary, and Alessandra made sure we get everything we need and were available throughout our 5 nights stay, always with a smile. The garden is beautiful and is a great spot for kids to play safely. The location is fantastic, in the middle of Bellagio which is the best spot on Lake Como to stay in. There is a great local restaurant, bakery, and minimarket a walk away. It is also easy to get to the fairy from the house and travel to many places. We didn't want to leave! Will surely come back!!!

Nicest VRBO home that I have ever rented. Very clean and so nicely furnished with all of the little amenities that make a stay enjoyable and makes you want to return. Very walkable to Bellagio and other small towns in the area. Great parking and very secure home and location. Relaxing spaces indoors and outside in the garden area. I would put this at the top of my list in looking for a home in the Lake Como area.

I stay in VRBO rental units at least 3-4 times a year, and this was honestly the best property I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was beautifully decorated, equipped with everything a traveler could need (there were even fresh eggs, milk, butter and bread). The beds were heavenly and Mary and Lucca were so kind and attentive. If you are planning a trip to Bellagio, this really is the place to stay. I am already dreaming of my return.

Luca greeted us with enthusiasm! We had a delightful stay with incredible amenities including. breakfast makings and an espresso machine. The towels were changed daily and the accommodation was immaculate and charming. It was a short walk to Bellagio! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa Olivee was perfect. A 10 minute walk from the center of Bellagio, Villa Olivee is charming, impeccably maintained and equipped with everything a vacationer could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms modern - and if you have forgotten soap or shampoo - they are supplied. The kitchen is fully also stocked. You do not need a car to explore Bellagio (or the towns across the lake which are easily accessible by ferry), but if you have one there is plenty of room to park. I should also mention that our hosts were very responsive, anticipating our every need - umbrellas when it was raining - an iron and ironing board when we used the washing machine... Whether you want hike the pre-alps or are looking for a quiet retreat in one of the loveliest areas on Earth - this is the place to stay. Highly Relcommended.

The four of us have been exceptionally happy with this place! It's in a perfect location, just outside the city centre and is equipped with every single thing you can think of. The appliances and other systems are completely up to date and yet the Villa has a wonderful historic feel to it. The beds are super comfortable and all you hear is the tweeting of birds. I haven't slept so well in ages. Luca and Mary (our hosts) are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Villa Olivee is lovely and in a fantastic location. Luca was a fantastic host and made us really welcome. The villa is very well equipped and feels like a home. Both our teenagers comment how 'at home' they felt there. We didn't hire a car and enjoyed walking everywhere. I've love to return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Olivee! Luca and Alessandra were wonderful hosts. They took the time to make sure we had all that we needed from the basic food upon arrival to coffee. The home was well stocked with amenities such as nice towels, slippers etc. The home is nicely decorated with good kitchen supplies. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and hope to return one day. Thanks Luca and Alessandra for helping us to create great memories.

The Villa Olivee was beautiful, spacious, well equipped and clean. The owners have put forth a lot of effort to make sure that their guests are comfortable. The location was perfect for our long weekend of hiking in the surrounding area. It was also easy to walk into town for shops and restaurants. Luca and Alessandra were helpful and pleasant.
