Apartamentul este mare și aerisit, utilat complet, 2 băi mari și curate.

Televizorul nu a funcționat, nu mergea niciun program. Cei de la suport nu m au ajutat pe perioada șederii.

Accessoires (cafetière- grilles pain, peu d'ustensiles et tasses à café) en mauvais états. Propreté des lieux. Nous avons du demander au responsable de venir refaire le ménage. Lumière de la cuisine ne fonctionnelle et malgré notre demande, aucune réparation a été faite.

The location was great! The unit was clean and spacious.

The A/C units weren’t sufficient for the space, leaving each room a little too warm.

Location was fantastic - right in the centre of the city. Close to everything - metro stations, small grocery shop next door, lovely restaurant "Sto" across the street for breakfast. Door codes were very handy.

Apartment is accessed by elevator at the end of a long dark corridor. A few of our party didn't love this. The apartment itself was a bit dark inside (it's an old building) but facilities were all good.

The location was perfect! Also the rooms very spacious!

This is a lovely central spacious property. Hosts were very responsive before check-in and when we had a small problem. We were lucky enough to be able to check in early when we had a very early flight arrival and appreciate their flexibility. Great location near loads of shops, restaurants etc. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

Slight smell in the property which I suspect is water/drainage but nothing to do with cleanliness. Would not deter us from staying again.

The location was excellent Aircon worked well, bathrooms were big with double sink. Lots of space in the apartment

Perfect location, right in the centre. We were just 10-15 mins walk from Barrio Alto on one side, and Alfama on the other. Right on our street and nearby there were plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Carolina was in constant touch before we arrived and gave us all the required information clearly beforehand, so it was easy to check ourselves in. The flat is big and spacious, the kitchen area, and living room area are also big, as it was 5 of us, we had a super comfortable stay.

The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The host provided instructions to access the apartment and communication was great.

The elevator was broken which meant climbing many steps to get to the apartment.

the 3 BR for 4 people was more than enough for us. the location was really good in the heart of the city close to everything but still pretty quiet. the apartment is on the 4th floor so you don’t really hear the street noise.

the apartment is segmented. so it’s like a maze. I would have preferred an open concept floor plan. but it still works for our purpose.

The location was excellent, being in a flatter part of Lisbon. It was very close to so many restaurants, the Alfama, trams and the river front. The apartment was spacious and quiet.

There was limited crockery and cooking utensils (no egg slide, no corkscrew, no bottle opener), and no tea towel. Wifi did not extend through to the main bedroom.

Elegant, spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, very clean - and the location was so well-placed for access to all visitor attractions and districts. It’s easily located from Rossio metro, direct from the airport, with one line change, mid-journey. 10 minutes walk from Rossio to apartment. Tram stops just around the corner for City districts access - also tuk-tuks for fun guided tours, if you fancy. Many restaurants within a five minute walk

Style location cleanliness

Location and size of the apartment. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Good showers.

Not enough chairs for dining room table. Door which led out onto the emergency stairwell exit had no key/latch which is a concern safety wise when travelling with young children who can reach the handle and open the door. Insufficient lamps in sitting room. The lamp which was there was extremely dangerous, loose wiring needs to be replaced immediately. Toaster was not fit for purpose and needs to be replaced.

A great location - very central. Very spacious with comfortable beds. Very quiet inside, even though it’s so central and on the fourth floor.
