This was a great home to spend the weekend on the island. The Management company was great and very communicative. The home was beautiful, plenty of beds and room. They even wrote us a message on the chalkboard welcoming us. The house is in a perfect location to get to the beach quickly. We would recommend this home to anyone needing a clean, well stocked home to stay in. Thank You for the wonderful weekend.

Nice and very spacious. There was 14 of us and we had room for everyone. Super close to multiple beaches and restaurants. Will definitely use again.

We chose this location for its description of Hot Tub, heated pool and it shows on the VRBO app that it sleeps 14. When we got there, there were 4 beds, 1 queen, one king, and one double bunk bed. We were looking for the 4 tween bunk beds that was on the description and when we texted the owner for the lack of it, it was explained to us there are folded beds in various closets for us to pull and put them where ever we like. It was a hustle and we were not taking a gateway trip to pull and push furniture in our short stay. That was really disappointing. It also has no hot tub tho it says it has. Pool is semi warm but not warm enough for cold weather swimming. We measure only 68-72 degree not 90 as it says on the description. We were there January 4-7 where the outside temperature was in the 60ies so it barely was warmer. The lack of a hot tub and warmer pool was another disappointment since our main reason to choose the property was those amenities because of the colder weather, we were hoping to enjoy a hot tub and a warm pool.
Clean house, bright and airy, plenty of rooms in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and lunch for seven of us. No basic condiments, including salt and pepper so you need to bring your own.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving. Nearby HEB had us all stocked up for the meal. Big well-equipped kitchen and large table made it perfect for the 6 of us to celebrate. Black out curtains and comfortable beds made the sleep perfect. Laura went above and beyond to set us up with a wonderful getaway. 10 minute walk to the beach. Dog loved it. We will return.

We loved our time at this property! It was close enough to the beach that we walked there most of the time! The host was super responsive and helpful! We loved our trip and this rental was perfect for us!

The property was walking distance to the beach but we opted for a golf cart for convenience. The property was great for our week of beach fun & sun. The grandchildren had a blast. Plenty of room and the back entrance was nice to wash everyone down before entering the home.

Beautiful, clean condo, close to the beach! My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The pool was great, we were less than 5 mins waking to the beach, and had all the amenities we needed!

We've stayed at different locations in this area over the years and this condo is definitely a favorite!! The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect. Plenty of room for us (11) . We will definitely book this condo again! Thank you for making this a great vacation!

The property was spacious and clean. The location cannot be beat - the Sea Wall is a 5 min walk! The property manager, Laura, was very helpful and communicative. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Perfect for families! Yes, the property is about 2 blocks from the beach, BUT you can drive right onto the beach (you'll need to get a pass). Which is super convenient with kiddos! Clean condo, pretty, convenient.
Bring ALL your own food / spices / drinks. The management mentions that nothing can be left due to covid. So even salt and pepper aren't available, haha.

Had a nice stay at this place. Not super fancy or luxurious but right what we were expecting for the price. Clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice neighborhood and easy access to beach and other to-do items. Appreciate them allowing pets.

We’ve stayed in this property each summer for the last two years and it has been just perfect for us. Each kid gets their own room and plenty of room downstairs to hang out too. Close to the beach and restaurants.

It is a shame that the experience of renting the house was not more pleasant because the location is great and the space was comfortable for a couple of couples.
Arrival: The code was not correct when we arrived but the manager changed it quickly.
Cleanliness: The floors were dirty. We are a family who respects the property of others. We remove our shoes to keep floors clean and our socks were black. When we told the manager, she argued that we had been the ones to dirty floors. There were hairs in the shower and one of the towels has makeup flaking off of it but the manager claimed it was a bleach stain.
Check out: Cleaning and putting away items and stripping a bed we used on the way out is no problem but stripping beds we did not use, gathering and sorting all the towels and bedding in the house and starting wash after paying 200 for cleaning was too much.
Bottom line: Cute. Quiet off season but could hear noise from next unit. We frequently use short term rentals and the vibe is usually much more welcoming than this.

So we all decided to take a few days to venture down to North Padre area for my wife's and mother's birthday. The whole trip was great. Though the beach wasn't walking distance, still close enough for a short drive; either by POV or golf cart. The lodging was everything described in the listing. Only hiccup was master bedroom cable remote was working properly. Three out of four TV's is better than none. Definitely would recommend to anyone. 👍

Overall, this was as advertised and worked well. There was just some weirdness with things like, the floor wasn't very clean, there are no baseboards in the house, they pushed out check in time because of cleaning time, and then came and swapped a couch while we were at the beach without much notification. We had to tell them not to spray for pest control while we were there with out infant. Overall, the place was fine and the location was good. The property manager was very communicative. There was a plumbing issue that was fixed the same day. But it wore us out to have so many people showing up to the property during covid especially.

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property. The first night was frustrating, as we discovered there was no top sheets or duvets on any of the beds, only fitted sheets and a coverlet. The next morning, when we asked the property manager, we were told the laundry company did not deliver the correct bedding and hopefully it was okay “due to the heat”. We ended up just buying our own sheets and taking them home with us so we could all sleep comfortably. It was obvious that the condo was going through some renovations, as it was noticeably missing baseboards, but the new floors were nice! The air conditioning kept the condo cool, which is exactly what you want in the Texas heat! The property was very close to the beach. Walking distance if you want, but it’s easy to get a beach pass and drive your car. The pool was perfect, with a great temperature and a shallow area for babies or toddlers. I would recommend this property and I would stay there again.

Proximity to public beach access was awesome, with a nice community pool. Also, really appreciated the extra blankets that were provided to cover the nice couches from small kids and dogs. Overall a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property!

Great location, comfortable beds, cute property, clean. The beach was great, the pool was good, the property manager was nice. We were surprised to find few basics in the kitchen (no sugar, salt, soap for the dishwasher) and the wording of the signs in every room of the condo sounded angry and unwelcoming. The condo is updated and pleasant and overall we recommend this location. If VRBO allowed, I would give this place 4.5 stars.

We had a very nice time staying at this condo. You are just a few short blocks from the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and available if you needed anything. Perfect condo for our family of four. I also felt very safe with Covid cleaning. We enjoyed it!

We enjoyed it in that there were only about 20 units. 2 parking spots per unit. A small backyard area enough to sit. The downstairs was so spacious and the kitchen and island big enough for multiple people to move around comfortable. Only a 5 min drive to the beach. TVs in all the rooms. Will be back there again!
