The Condo was very accomidating - views were beautiful, space was plentiful. It was pretty well equipped. There were some things that needed upgraded or replaced - pots and pans are not up to par, that made it hard for us due to the fact we cooked 5 meals during our stay. Even with spray and butter everything was sticking. There are also ZERO cleaning products, so I would suggest going to dollar tree for items as such.
Other than those 2 those 2 things we really enjoyed our stay. There were dolphins every morning, we even saw a PINK one our 1st morning. The sunsets are gorgeous and the coffee shops are plentiful.
Beds were very decent and bathrooms were great. The soaking tub is awesome!!!!!
I would stay again - as long as I can cook stickfree ❤️ with 8 kids between 2 condos eating out isn't an option lol

This condo had a great view of the ocean! Check in was easy and it was nice to not need a key to get in and out. Air conditioner did not work well so we were not really able to use front bedroom because it was so hot and had to hang a blanket in front of window in other front bedroom to help keep sun out. Overall pleased with our stay

Pleasant Stay with Minor Hiccups:
I recently stayed at this condo, and overall, it was a positive experience. The owners were extremely accurate in their description of the unit, which was well-kept and very clean. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had.
The property itself had some nice amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and ping pong area. However, during our stay, one of the elevators was out of service, which made going up and down a bit slow. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved.
As for the beach, it was decent, but there was quite a bit of seaweed both in the water and washed up on shore. If you’re not a fan of seaweed, this might be a minor drawback. The beach is not on the owners of the condo.
One unexpected lesson we learned was about parking. Most restaurants and tourist spots lack parking. Public parking required payment for parking, which was different from what we had anticipated. Fortunately, the condo had great parking facilities.
In summary, it was a nice trip overall, thanks to the great owners and comfortable accommodations. Just be prepared for parking costs when exploring the area!

Can't beat the views sitting on this condo balcony. Looking at the ocean and palm trees is the best views for me. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub felt amazing after two days on the road. We loved walking across the street for dinner at Caddy's and walked several times to the Indian Shores Trading Company for t-shirts. Amazing treasures are found walking the beach. Our first day there sponges were coming in on the beach. So very cool and interesting!

Fabulous vacation. The condo was clean and pretty. The best part was the absolutely gorgeous view. The Family room and master bedroom have ceiling to floor windows with an amazing view. Aside from the fact it was super hot this was far by one of our best family vacations. We will definitely be back.

Loved the area been there for 40+ years. The room we reserved had been given to another person but the owner had another room of equal size. He gave a a 50$ gift card so all was ok. The room was great location was great. I had to clean it which wasn’t so good. I love this area but wish it was cleaner. People in the area are so nice and can’t say enough about location. Wish I could live there.

Nice layout with a separate vanity off the master bedroom, in addition to the bathroom sink Bathrooms renovated with new tile. Door into second bath from the second bedroom was also convenient. Gorgeous view from the balcony.
Furniture fairly new and comfortable. Washer and dryer convenient although washer very noisy. Newer microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Silverware was odds and ends with only 1 teaspoon. Purchased a colander. Dining table only accommodates 4. Sheets were basic and not very soft but beds were firm and new.
Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, beautiful beach, pool and hot tub. Building is dated and unit was good size but could use some sprucing up. The dish ware, glass ware and kitchen essentials need to be upgraded.
Washer didn’t work upon arrival but Ian was quick to get it repaired.

Don't hesitate...just book it! The condo was clean which was my main concern. The beach view was wonderful! It was also in great proximity from Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We didn't want the craziness and expense of Clearwater, so Indian Rocks was perfect. Ian and Michelle were wonderful to work with! Reserving and checking into the condo was easy.

This condo is located in Indian Shores which has maintained its residential beachtown feel despite the commercialization of St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north. Condo was great, with all the amenities you could want. Wish the weather was a bit warmer, but at least the pool was heated! View from the balcony is spectacular. Owners were amazingly responsive to all questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

nice condo had everything we needed and comfortable. kitchen was very well equipped, living room was comfortable with nice oceanfront patio that was awesome for mornings and evenings. If I had any cons it would be the 2nd bathroom had little less pressure then I prefer but it wasn't that big a deal. I had my 2 grown daughters with me and their SO's. plenty of room for us.

We loved our 1st VRBO experience! We can not wait to go back to this beach paradise condo. Ian and Michelle were wonderful to work with. Thanks for having a stock of essentials (ie: tp, pt and hand soap) so we didn't need to make a stop before arriving late at night. Having beach chairs and beach towels available for use was such a nice bonus as well. only so much you can pack on a flight ya know.... The place is just as pictured only BETTER in person. Just enough room for the 6 of us... 3 adults and 3 teens. I'm already missing the walks on the beach to the coffee shop. All the dining and activities they send you are so super helpful too. So thankful to have stumbled upon this listing! I've found my new favorite place!

We come back to Indian Shores regularly and love the Sandcastle properties. This is our first year in Sandcastle I. We had a great vacation! The condo had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen (in terms of tools, etc ). Great view and the pool was excellent. Thanks, hosts!

So happy with our vacation!
We had a lovely time at this property. We have previously stated in condos in Clearwater and were happy to find this area to be less busy. The condo was great and had a high chair seat and a pack in play. Our small children and plenty of beach toys provided for them, but if there was something missing, the complex had a large bin of “community toys” and we found a bunch of floaties/ sand toys! The pool was perfect and was a good size. The beach had lots of fun little shells for the kids to find and clear blue water. If we were going to mention a few trivial things that would have been helpful, it would have been a few more bath towels, and cups/bowls. Such a great place to stay with an amazing view!

Beautiful unit and beach
Just got home from our stay and we enjoyed it so much. Very relaxing vacation. Our unit was beautiful and it felt like home. Balcony view was great, we liked having 2 bathrooms as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was very nice and clean. Thank you, Ian and Michelle.

We had a great time in Indian Shores! Ian and Michelle are super responsive to any questions or requests. Location of unit is perfect. The covered parking area was a great perk! There were grocery carts/luggage racks that were an added bonus when bringing all of our things to the unit. The set up of the master bedroom was spacious & very convenient. This area is very laid back with enough to do or a short drive if you want more. Washer & dryer in unit is a must when at the beach. We recommend Caddy’s for lunch or dinner & LuLu’s for ice cream (both walkable). We found St Pete Bagel co in Largo that is just a short drive and so fresh and delicious (homemade bagel spreads!). We would stay here again if we come back to the area for sure!

Perfect Condo at the Beach
Great location on the beach as well as close to restaurants, attractions, etc. Property has a large pool and the beach is big in front of the property. Condo was been well taken care of up and updated, you can tell Owner takes pride in it. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs, toys, etc for our use. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach!

Quiet and comfortable
My husband and I spent the week here and it was wonderful. The view is beautiful, the Condo is gorgeous. They had everything we needed for the week included chairs and umbrella for the beach. We would definitely consider coming back to this exact location for our future vacation.

Our family loved being right on the beach and also have access to the pool. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again. Owners were very accommodating and responded quickly.

Home away from home
Very nice condo. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Keurig was a nice addition to regular coffee pot.
Both bathrooms were nice sized. Nice to have the room outside of the master bath to get ready if someone was inside the other bathroom showering.
Nice balcony….high top table and chairs made it nice to watch the beach and ocean without having to look thru the railings. Downside, the chairs weren’t very comfortable.
Beach toys, beach chairs(a few broken), umbrellas(one was broken) in the outside closet were nice to have.
Overall, a very relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend for a beautiful beach getaway.
Had a wonderful time, and the owners were great to us. There was a hiccup getting into the room when we first arrived but they handled it right away. It was a perfect and an amazing beach getaway for my family. I highly recommend if you need a break from your everyday work life to relax and soak in some sun on a beautiful beach. Will definitely return.

Has the potential to be a nice condo
It was just really dirty. Dust an inch thick on everything. They had house keeper stop by and she said those were deep cleaning issues???? Mold in the shower and on shower walls, mold in toilet under the rim. I don’t think anything has been cleaned properly in a long time. Nothing had been dusted in a while that’s for sure.

The owners were extremely nice. They upgraded us to the 10th floor corner unit because we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We truly enjoyed our stay. One small inconvenience was there were putting on a new roof, every morning at 7:00 am sharp the noise started. So sleeping in was not an option. Other than that, we loved it. The unit has a nice well stocked kitchen, 2 updated baths and dining seating for 8. With a table and the breakfast bar each seating 4. The balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The pool was perfect temperature. 88 degrees. We took long walks on the beach every morning (since we were up early). LOL
