25 Windsor Ave. Este Victorian Beach Block de 8 dormitorios y 5 1/2 baños ha sido cuidadosamente reconstruido desde cero. This house was amazing, especially for a large group of people. House was clean, bedrooms were large and an awesome open kitchen / living room floor plan. Easily hosted our family and extended family. Communication with the host was great, responsive & informative. You are right next to the beach and easily walk into town. Front porch was great for morning coffee and nighttime chats. Would highly suggest!!

The home is in a great location, easy walk to beach and town! The kitchen and baths have been nicely renovated! Dave was very responsive and easy to work with ahead of our stay. We arrived the weekend after Memorial Day and the property was not ready for the season. The area in back of the house was not usable. The picnic table had not been set up or cleaned and the other seating was in bad shape. The home had been surface cleaned and the kitchen and baths were usable after some clean up. There was heavy dust through out the house on picture frames, lamps, and bed spreads. If the house had been ready for us, this would have been a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 15. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere…no need to move the car once! There was a nice backyard area for the little ones to play safely. Everything we needed was supplied. Christmas time in Cape May is magical! We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie!

House was in a perfect location with plenty of room for the amount of people staying (17). Upstairs bathrooms were newly remodeled and spacious. However downstairs bathroom kept clogging and was very dirty. Walls surrounding toilet were splattered upon our arrival. Also drip coffee maker doesn’t work. I suggest replacing.

3 couples met at this great home to enjoy cape May. We loved the location. Walk to everything. Owner was responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

We have stayed here multiple times and every time it just gets better. This time we just stayed for a long weekend and the weather did not cooperate, but we still had the time of our lives. Had great communication with the property owner and he gave us suggestions on places to go. We will be back!

Excellent family reunion vacation. Limited parking. Great location, 1 yr. to 88. Great accommodations for our family 14 adults and 4 small fry. 1/2 block from the beach, great porch, outdoor shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Put simply the hosts were the best I have ever experienced with VRBO. They responded quickly to questions and when I made a mistake on sheet ordering they made sure we were taken care of. I can't rate them highly enough.

Just steps away from the beach, the property was a great spot for us. We had older adults and young children in our group so needed something relatively close to the beach/shops/restaurants.
The house was stocked with cooking supplies - pots, dishes, etc. However, there were only 3 wine glasses and limited water glasses.
The house was overall very clean (bathroom, sinks, counters, etc) except for the floors - watch out if you go barefoot in the house!
It was nice that they had a grill but the outdoor picnic table could have used a good power washing. The outdoor shower was fantastic so everyone could get the sand off before coming into the house.
The patio furniture could definitely use an upgrade (paint was peeling off the wicker chairs). Porches were really nice hangout spots since the house was so close to the beach.
We did have an issue with someone parking in the reserved spot but the owner was always readily available by phone.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops! Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms and well furnished. We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Our family stayed for a week in July to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. Communications prior to arrival and upon arrival was great. Very helpful! The location could not be better. You can hear the waves from the beautiful and relaxing front porches. Be sure to have your coffee there in the mornings and enjoy the breeze and salt air. Not too much traffic on the street as it is a quiet side street. Parking was a breeze! We were worried about it with having 5 cars. You can easily find parking on the streets surrounding, just a 5 minute walk away. We had no issues unloading and loading our cars right in front of the house on arrival and leaving. (You wont really need a car while you’re there) The kitchen was our main hang out when at home in the morning and evenings. The kitchen and seating areas were perfect for our large group. The 2 refrigerators came in handy. We used one for just drinks! The entire house was plenty of space for our group of 5 couples, 2 children under 7, and a teenager. We were there when the temps were around 90. The large house stayed cool on all 3 floors the entire time. The proximity to the restaurants and shopping was perfect. And the beach being only a half a block away was so nice! Easy to take breaks back at the house during the day. If you are thinking about renting, go for it! You won’t regret it! We hope to return in the years to come.

Had a great time even while a little nor’easter blew through. We (6 friends) were snug in this lovely house. When the sun came out, we were in the perfect location to enjoy the beach, shopping and wine on the porch. Dave is a perfect host - quick responses to any little question.

Charming and Beautiful home
I hosted a woman's retreat and the women absolutely loved everything about this home. Steps from the beach and two blocks from town, the location is wonderful. The home is large, yet cozy and the decorative touches add a warmth and charm. David was a fabulous and responsive host. Highly recommend this home!

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to everything, shopping, beach and restaurants. Homeowner is easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. Looking forward to next year.
