This home is both extremely quiet with amazing red rock views and in an amazing location near the center of town. The windows and natural light are absolutely fantastic. This home is particularly well stocked with disposable items: laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent and kitchen cleaning supplies. The hot tub is great. We enjoyed the front patio seating/table to watch the sunset (this was a nice surprise b/c not in the photos). We would have preferred a higher quality mattress in the main bedroom and TVs with more modern connection types to watch downloaded/streaming movies. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this choice. Even our teenagers were impressed.

Outstanding panoramic views of Sedona's iconic red rock formations as you stand in the living room with huge windows. Gas fireplace, three bathrooms and four bedrooms make a comfortable retreat in this quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and gourmet restaurants, as well as preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen. Check out the Mesa Grill just up the road. This was our second stay, and we will be back!

The property is in a great location, close to the Sedona Shuttle for hikes and walking distance to the airport hike. It was close to shops for groceries as well. The home is beautiful with amazing views of the red rocks. The owner is very responsive and kind. You can't go wrong with this home!

This place was perfect for our two families to spend 5 days in Sedona. The house has an amazing view from the living room, is well apportioned, and is in a great location for hikes, mountain biking, and short trips into town. The photos online undersell the home as it is in person. We appreciated that the kitchen gad some spices and dry goods for use so we didn’t need to purchase salt, pepper, dish soap, hand soap, and other everyday items. The beds were comfortable for the four adults and we were able to easily accommodate the 5 kids between the remaining beds. One red rock pass and garage access were available and appreciated, but we kept forgetting to use both. Sedona is amazingly beautiful and can’t imagine anyone regretting spending time there.

Spectacular views of the red rock landscape. Beds, pillows and linens are very comfortable. Well stocked with paper products. Living room with tall windows, comfy furniture, large flat screen TV and gas fireplace is a nice place to relax with family. Many hiking trails nearby. Loved the local food and culture.

Spacious stay for two families with children
Our family of four joined up with a family of five for a shared spring break road trip adventure from the Bay Area to Sedona. We spent our entire week at this lovely home and it did not disappoint. The house was spacious enough for three kids to share one room, two kids to share another (the library with a daybed and trundle), and for the two couples to have their own rooms, as well. On top of this, the common spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room) were roomy and inspiring, with an enormous window in the main room to give us the feeling of being out in nature even when we were indoors. The home is well-located, with hiking trails, mountain biking trails and good road biking all accessible from the home and in close driving distance to restaurants and shops downtown. The attention to decor and furniture left us feeling at ease and truly on break, even with all the little kids around. The hot tub was essential in our choosing the spot, and it proved to be no nonsense exactly as described. We brought our bikes with us and there was plenty of room in the garage to store them safely there. Spring in Sedona is beautiful and we're glad we made the trip, couldn't have done it without this perfect home.

We had a great weekend, loved the location and the trails within walking distance of the house. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub each night. Wish we could if stayed longer.

Amazing Rental
We loved this house! The pictures don’t really give you the full idea of how amazing it is. It is so close to everything and the views are amazing. We loved waking up everyday and sitting out on the front patio enjoying the view while drinking our coffee. I would love to return and take my family next time.

Perfect fit for a family trip
This VRBO was a perfect fit for 2 large families in Sedona. To start, the views were amazing. It was clean and the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many). We definitely took advantage of the walk up to the Airport Loop, the short drive to town and loved the Boynton Canyon Trail. Sedona was awesome and this was a perfect place to stay. Thank you !

Wonderful Girls’ Getaway
We had a group of seven stay for a long weekend, and had a wonderful time! The views from the front window of this home are amazing. There are hiking trails within walking distance from this rental, and you are very close to shopping and restaurants.

Perfect property
Rental and communication were easy. Location was great. Walkable to many places- even with small kids. House was great! Much larger than anticipated. Stayed with myself, husband, my parents, sister and 4 kids (ranging in age from 18mo-16 yrs) and had plenty of space. Would use again if headed to Sendona in the future!

We loved staying in Sedona! The views this house provides are breathing!!! The house was homey, clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the dishwasher but it was taken care of very quickly. My only complaints were aesthetics. I would have loved better lighting in the great room and bedrooms. Other than that we all enjoyed the house and hot tub very much!!

Wow! Exceptional Location!
We LOVED our stay in Sedona. This house was perfect and slept 7 adults very comfortably. The location was perfect- close to our wedding venue and to the lookout hiking point. The view was stunning and we got some amazing pictures. We would love to stay again and Lynn was a great host.

My family LOVED this home
From my toddler nieces to my senior citizen grandmother. Everyone loved this home! It was much more beautiful in person, the views were amazing, so spacious and this house was the cherry on top for my family's trip. We also saw a beautiful deer with huge antlers roaming the neighborhood at night. House was well stocked and clean. Zero complaints or suggestions

Great house for a girls' weekend trip
We were 6 of us "girls" who really enjoyed this house: plenty of space to stretch out and have your own bed or room, incredible views, clean hot tub, well-appointed and spacious kitchen and GREAT location (walking distance to hikes and expansive views of sunrises and sunsets, a short drive to everything else we wanted to do). We would stay here again!

Sedona Vacation
The property was great. Lynn was so helpful with information about trails and places to eat, as well as other activities. The views from the front of the house are fabulous. We did struggle a little with all the switches but figured out some were for the outlets. Would be nice if those were labeled and some burnt out bulbs replaced but sooooo minor compared to everything else.

First family getaway in a year!
This was a great home! The property was in a great location and we were able to do several hikes from the house. HIked to the Vortex near by and also walked to great restaurants down the the street. The owner was super responsive and very nice answering any concerns or questions we had. We had a great time and would stay again.

From the amazing view to the hot tub, this house was perfect! We had a small wedding to attend at the airport and it was the perfect distance. The accommodations were perfect and it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this location! The pictures don’t give it enough justice. Stunning house!!
