The rental was nice and very clean. It was laid out differently than I expected but still fine. The kitchen was very well equipped for making dinner and the main living area was cute and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. I especially liked having a bathroom for each bedroom with the secondary one also having a doorway to the hall. The view is as presented, but the hum from the pools and restaurant temper any sounds of waves. You experience more sound and visual from the resort than the beach. The pools are heated and while we didn't use them, there were people who did. Being on the top floor, it was very quiet in the evening, which was important to me. The restaurant attached to the building was great. Access to the beach was easy and there is parking for the unit. I think the instructions to access the unit from parking could be a little clearer as we finally figured out where we needed to go only because I had been to the restaurant before and knew this rental overlooked it. The property manager was very nice and communicative. We had no issues besides trying to find it, so we did not need to contact her during our stay. It's a bit of a walk to the pavilion and main activity in Tybee, but totally doable. I would definitely recommend this rental to others looking to visit Tybee.

This is the second time we've stayed at Rhonda's and hopefully not the last. We love the location, views, and amenities this condo and complex offer. Easy beach access, easy parking, and on site restaurant. We look forward to staying here again soon!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our us. It had everything we needed and then some. Even little things were available. Extra dishwasher detergent, thick bath towels, thick toilet paper, very comfortable beds and pillows. We spent most of our time at the beach but the 2 pools were really nice also. It was also fantastic that The Deck bar/restaurant was on site. Food was good and drinks were cold! Rhonda answered all our questions quickly whenever we had one! We will definitely come back!

The condo was in a great location. Beach wasn’t packed. The 2 pools were very nice and the restaurant/bar being attached to the pool were great!

We loved it! The view from the apartment is amazing and we saw the moon rising on the oceon both nights. We were just on the beach and with the convience of the restaurant the deck right there. We had just a fun relaxing weekend with our teen age boys! The apartment is nice, clean and very nicely furnished and decorated. Superorganized! We will be back!

Great area!

Such a great area and the view from the balcony of the pool and the beach. You can walk to a couple restaurants, ice cream places, gift shops. Highly recommend!

The views are fantastic with easy access to the beach. My family enjoyed our trip and would stay here again and recommend staying here to friends. It was a pleasant and peaceful adventure!!

My family of 5 stayed at Rhonda’s condo and it was just amazing. She was a fantastic owner to deal with and gave me tons of info leading up to the appointment. The condo is beautiful and was the perfect fit for our crew. The views are amazing and the private pool and beach access made the stay more enjoyable. There are showers outside the pool to rinse off and having the restaurant and bar on the pool deck was great. The food was so good! Everyone we met at this condo both owners and renters were super nice and it truly was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Rhonda’s condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee!

We were thrilled with the condo! It was super clean and had everything we needed! Also having a restaurant and bar (which were amazing!) and two very nice pools right there at the resort was very nice! There was a beautiful path to the beach to. I highly recommend this condo!

This condo was so cute and had everything we needed for our stay! The view of the pools and beach was wonderful, the kitchen was well appointed and everything was very clean. We really liked the location; it was easy to find and the area felt less busy than the southern end of the island, but still very easy to get everywhere. Our only disappointment was the weather, but we were happy to stay in this condo to watch movies and read a good book while it rained. We would definitely stay here again!

We were first time visitors to Tybee Island Rhonda’s place was everything we hoped for! Clean, updated, excellent location. All of our needs were met, and more, with this fully supplied condo. Plenty of towels, utensils, a hair dryer in both bathrooms, great appliances. We enjoyed the beautiful pools and the nice beach area I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter & I stayed for a week at this condo. It was perfect!!! Extremely clean, spacious & well equipped. There is a balcony with a view of the ocean & pool area. The restaurant on the property is also very good & popular. So nice to sit poolside or just take a stroll down to the beach & bit to eat. Savanna is about 20 minutes away. We spend some time there so much to see and do there and Tybee island.

We loved this property. The restaurant on site is tier 1. The place is clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The access to beach and pool were so easy. The view is perfect. I highly recommend this property! We loved it!

The condo was very clean & comfortable for my teenage daughters and I. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. The beach itself was just past the pool area and very nice. Not crowded at all. We loved walking the sand path to the beach. It was also great to have the two pools for just relaxing and liked the ability to walk up to the bar to order drinks or food right by the pools. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. One tip, learn about the Tybee Island "PAY TO PARK" if you plan to drive to the North or South ends.

This property was great! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. We were able to walk to restaurants and it was nice being so close to Savannah. We would definitely stay here again.

Hassle free check in. Very clean with beautiful views. I loved that condo is directly on the beach.

This condo is ideally located within steps of Tybee Beach and has amazing ocean views from the balcony. We visited in October so the crowds were minimal on the beach but the water was perfect. Parking initially was a little confusing due to the many community names within the complex but after walking around, we figured it out. We found it best to park in the white rocks out front for easiest/closest access to elevator/stairs. Our party had 2 cars and there were plenty of open spots in the garages (2 spots allowed for this condo). The community was quiet (possibly due the time of year and timing of Hurricane Ian?), the beach chairs were awesome, pullout sofa was comfortable for our teen, and was plenty big for our group of 5. The only drawback was the sliding balcony door. There was a note on the door about it being broken and on order to get replaced, so we didn't spend as much time out there as we probably would've in fear of breaking it further. Overall, we would definitely stay here again for future Tybee Island visits.

Some of my girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a short girl's weekend and it was perfect. Loved the location and the pool. Beds were very comfortable. The sliding glass door can stick so you have to be careful when closing it. Will definitely book again.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and had everything you needed right there. We loved the condo and the view is amazing, it was nice but had some issues with the sliding door but Rhonda was very attentive and responsive to the issue. I would recommend and we will be back :)

Me and my boyfriend brought all our kids (two of them have never been to a beach) so we were very excited to show them the beach and ocean! And the condo was perfect they got to wake up and see the water and they were so excited. The condo was perfect and fit everyone ( 5 of us) and had everything we needed! Nice location, nice having pool and food right there. Elevator made it very easy for my elderly parents to get to the room. Parking easy. No complaints at all! Everything was very nice.

We had a nice stay at the condo - it was a great location! The only issue was the sliding door was broken. We really wanted to access the lanai but the broken door was a problem.
