This place is a must! Terrific communication with owners, very prompt with their replies. Place offered a wagon, beach chairs, cooler and many amenities. Almost all places were walkable or take the free island bus! Highly recommend and would get place again!

This is our 6th year at this location! It is a wonderful property. It is quiet and located on the beach. It is staffed by a friendly and responsive people. Already looking forward to year #7!

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. The accommodations and view were everything we hoped they would be. The beach equipment in the condo was a nice addition. I have stayed at several OVT condos over the years, and this one is my top pick.

This was our third time to stay in this unit. This property overall is so much better than any other property we have stayed in while visiting SPI. The service from the property management for this particular unit is spectacular. If you have any issues during your stay they are very quick to respond. They are also very responsive to any requests. The owners are also quick to respond to email communications. I would suggest adding some Pyrex baking dishes to the kitchen inventory. The property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. If I did have any negative things to say it would be about the gentleman who lives two floors above this unit. He is a chain smoker and it is sometimes uncomfortable sitting on the patio. The gentleman two floors above must live there full time as this was the same situation last year. However, that will not prevent us from returning to this property. We love it so much we have already booked for next year.

Overall great experience - unit was exactly as advertised - clean, organized and everything we needed. Great communication from host as well. Would stay here again.

The vacation was terrific! The owners made the entire experience super. The staff was great and the accommodation was satisfying. Constant communication and attentiveness made our vacation great! We look forward to another stay.

Wow!! We were pleasantly surprised by our condo! We've stayed at various condos on the island for the past 10 years. This condo is recently remodeled and is so beautiful! The owners have included an awesome beach cart, rolling cooler, beach chairs and more! They truly thought of all of the things to make your beach stay fun. We will be back and will try to get this condo next year. The only thing you'll need to bring is your own bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and salt and pepper.

This was our second stay at this Ocean Vista condo. It was a perfect location for beach use. The condo was warm and welcoming with everything needed for a beach trip! We’ll be back!

Our family vacations every summer on SPI and Ocean Vista 303 was the best condo we’ve Eve stayed in and we’ve stayed in plenty. Very clean and the owners have thought of every detail. They had beach towels, plenty of kitchen and bath towels and lots of beach amenities like chairs and a buggy. Kitchen had plenty of cooking tools and flat screens in every room. Our 7 year old was entertained by Disney and Netflix before bedtime. We will definitely stay in 303 again!! Thanks!

OVT is the best property to stay at in SPI! Unit 303 was very clean and well appointed. Living room furniture not that comfy but the king bed was! Wish they would upgrade from the lock box keys but otherwise a great unit to rent.

We had a fantastic five night stay here! It was our first time booking through VRBO and everything went smoothly. We arrived shortly before the management office closed but somehow missed them and therefore got our wrist bands and vehicle parking pass the next day - no problem. The property was very clean and tidy and seems extremely well kept, including the pet relief area. The two bedroom unit was so cute and even better in person than photos! We were so pleased with the quality and style of the furniture and decor, and we had everything we would need in a condo, including practical items. Loved that there was in suite laundry! The view is stunning and there is ample room on the balcony to relax. We didn't eat in much, and our favorite places to dine were: Grapevine Cafe (one block away for coffee/breakfast/lunch), Ceviche ceviche (takeaway lunch), Yummies (breakfast and iced coffee), F&B (steak dinner), and Viva (fresh ingredients, cocktails, and amazing view). We also picked up snacks and groceries at the Blue Marlin IGA grocery store (two blocks away). The location of this property is perfectly situated to be in walking distance of so many amenities! We did use the pool twice and it was quite peaceful and not too busy. The beach access is another major perk. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again!

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect location , clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Parking and check-in was easy and convenient. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. The hosts are quick to respond to questions/ issues.

We had a nice relaxing visit in south Padre Island. The unit is close to restaurants, grocery store and other fun activities. The view is outstanding from the unit, incredible sun rises.

We had such an amazing family vacation here! We started each morning watching the sun rise with our morning coffee, and then walked the beach. Our girls loved the beach and the pools. The neighbors are friendly too. Everything was just like the listing advertised. We would definitely stay here again if visiting SPI.

This is a lovely property with an incredible view. The common areas were immaculate. I think they cleaned the floors three times a day in the elevator and entryway! I loved that there was a trash shute on our floor. We did not need to haul trash to a dumpster. Our third-floor condo was beautiful. It was clean and well-stocked for cooking. It has two coffee makers - pods or pots. What more could anyone with a caffeine addiction want?! They have a buffet area with a second refrigerator for beverages which was very handy. There were beach chairs and toys as well as a collapsible wagon to take them to the beach. The pool area is great and again, very clean. Being on the third floor was great with my daughter's dog. Not too far to travel to the well-maintained dog area. We were caught in the Southwest Christmas flight debacle, experiencing four flight cancellations. We arrived two days later than expected after driving from Wisconsin to Austin, and then from Austin to South Padre. Eric and Jenny did something very kind for us on the other end of the trip that we will be forever grateful for. They also responded quickly to my questions prior to our booking. They are great hosts. I highly recommend this accommodation. I have my beach fix for the next few months. We will be back but hopefully by plane next time!

We usually go to FT. Meyers beach for fall break with the family but couldn’t this year due to the hurricane. We decided to go here instead and we were not disappointed. We stayed for 10 days and had several of the best beach days ever. The place was stunning and the sunrise view from the master bed room made our vacation every single morning. We didn’t want to leave. This unit was clean, and well maintained and only a few footsteps from the beach. We will definitely go back. There’s restaurants all around but we enjoyed going to the Blue Marlin grocery store about a block away. We stocked up on everything we needed for our stay and spent most of our time making family memories right on the beach. It was terrific. The condo was nice, and the grounds well maintained. The staff was friendly and kind and went out of their way to try to help. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. This was one of the. Best vacations we have ever had. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the hospitality!

The process of renting was seamless, the property is secure, the condominium is gorgeous and clean.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this condo. We love it. This is quickly becoming our home away from home when we’re on SPI.

The Condo was everything advertised. Clean and comfy for my wife and I. A beautiful condo with a great view. The building and grounds maintenance staff were VERY friendly, went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome, and made the stay that much better.

We love staying at Ocean Vista Towers during our annual beach trip and this unit did not disappoint. Everything was as pictured and described in the listing. Enjoy beautiful beach views from the balcony inside or step out the front door to catch the firework shows over the bay. I requested a tub mat for the smaller bath and the property managers promptly responded to my request and delivered it to our doorstep. We will definitely be back next summer to enjoy this unit as it was perfect for our family of 5!

We stayed at this condo community last year and loved it. This year we decided to bring the fur babies so we found a condo here at the property that was pet friendly. We all had a great time!

The condo was exactly as described! It is a very short walk to the ocean and a lovely pool to relax in. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were roomy. The condo is beautifully decorated and inviting. We will definitely stay here on our next trip! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in unit #303. Very clean, great view and beach access and well-equipped unit for all ages! There was more pre-arrival paperwork than some of our previous rentals, but this was a nice property and I am sure it helps to keep it that way. We arrived late after office hours and tried to check in the next morning as requested, but on-site management was not there until late morning to do so. Overall we would recommend this property.
