House was booked last minute as prior reservations were cancelled. We had 9 people all adults. Grandma had a hard time with the walk to the beach but other than that our stay was great! House was clean and fit all of us just fine. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything we needed!! Patio was awesome even had room for corn hole boards and fire pit was great for marshmallows!! We’ll be back! ❤️

This is a fabulous property for family or friends! It has an ocean view from the upper deck, front bedroom and living room but is on the second row of houses from the beach. Beach views at a lower price! The property is a perfect layout with two bedrooms on each side with a bathroom in between. And the house has everything one could need: plenty of kitchen equipment, seating, beach chairs and mist important in the summer…. Cool air conditioning! The hosts are super easy to communicate with and they also have a property manager locally if anything needs to be taken care of during your stay. We cannot say enough great things about this property!

I want to emphasize first and foremost that Shelley was an EXCELLENT host. We had some issues with one of the AC units before we arrived. The host let us know about these issues before we even arrived and told us how to avoid any more issues. She was very responsive to messages and any issue we had was resolved very quickly. The rest of our trip was glorious!! We all had a great time and the property was EXACTLY as advertised. Perfect location for a quiet relaxing beach getaway. I will be trying to stay here again in the future.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. The only thing that could make it better is if the house had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Beach was awesome and we had so much fun!

Only negative is my phone was stolen off the front patio. I was surprised because the neighborhood seems quiet and safe, there is security patrolling every hour. Only thing that could make it better is if the house had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. 5 teenagers is a lot to clean up after, lol! We did have a relaxing vacation, and despite my phone situation I would still stay there again.

Property was over all clean and organized didn't like the fact that you had to walk around the property to get to only parking in the rear of the house . Balcony had a very nice view but was a little small. But for the most part our stay at your property was comfortable and we had lots of fun and will always treasure or memories of our celebration there in Rocky Point at your house...thank you and yes I would stay again and will recommend this to friends and family if they're interested.

This house was alittle smaller than others we’ve stayed at. The beds in the kids room were not very comfortable. There was no dining table either, but that was ok. If there was a washer and dryer, we didn’t have access to it. Overall, it was ok and we had a great time!

What a great house! Great proximity to the beach, easy access to town, and very comfortable. We'll be back!

What a wonderful way for all of us to be together for Thanksgiving during these unpredictable times. House is furnished well with few exceptions which you are made aware of ahead of time. Not right on the beach but just a few few steps away. Large enough that everyone had their space when needed. Thanks Shelley for sharing your wonderful beach house with us. The White family

We had a great week at this property . The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Full kitchen includes everything a cook needs even spices! Beach toys for kids, beach chairs and a little wagon! to take everything to the beach and much more. This place has absolutely everything a family with kids needs for vacation! Come out and check it out for yourself. You won’t regret it!

I could have stayed there the woke time without thing into town, the vendors come by but they don't bug. It was a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here. Shelley made it easy to access the property and always responded quickly when I needed to get in touch with her. The place was clean and getting to the beach was easy. We had two small families stay there and the four bedrooms were perfect. We had everything we needed and would definitely book here again!

House was just as said - clean with lots of pots, pans and kitchen items. We had everything we needed. Walk to beach was easy and boy did we love the beach - clean, quiet and water that was clear and warm.

It was truly a “home away from home”!! Everything we needed was there, there is only one thing I would make a suggestion to look into, the temperature in the bedrooms get too warm during the overnight hours. Other than that, it was outstanding! Thank you!

This was our first time renting with the property & would rent it agin. Just had some bugs issues, probably because of the beach. Wished there would’ve had washer & dryer.

We had our family of 8 there to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Our parents, us 2 "kids", my husband, and my parents 3 grandkids (18, 18 & 20). The house couldn't have been set up more perfectly. There are 2 bedrooms off one side of the family room/kitchen with a bathroom between them and 2 bedrooms off the other side with the same set up. It couldn't have been more perfect to give everyone their private quarters with the common area in the middle. The kitchen was supplied more than we expected. There were several casserole pans along with every other kind of pot or pan we needed. There were also a LOT of different spices in the kitchen. The online description didn't mention that there is a reverse osmosis system in the house, but there is and it's hooked to the ice maker in the freezer. That was beyond fabulous so we only needed bottled water for heading to the beach and traveling. Peter came around daily to see if we needed any homemade burritos or anything. He also had paddle boards and kayaks you could rent. On top of that, he would run to town for you to get any groceries you needed. The beach was our our front door with a perfect access path to it. In the storage shed, there were several beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkles and flippers, small boogie boards, and a lot of other beach toys. We also had off street parking for the van. All in all, this house was PERFECT for our family vacation.

This was our first time to Rocky Point and our trip was fantastic. If you’re looking to do the VRBO thing on a beach then this is a great place to stay. We may be back. Lots of extras, outdoor shower, area which felt very very safe. EXCELLENT layout for two families with two master bedrooms/bathrooms. Margarita deck was phenomenal. Highly recommend star gazing from up top after the kiddos go down...breathtaking. The couple negatives that I’d throw out: 1) Amenities show a washer and a dryer. If you click on it on the computer I guess it tells you there isn’t one? We booked on the app so didn’t see that and were very disappointed not to have one so warning: There is no washer or dryer. 2) we would’ve liked more towels. There were like 8 Towels which isn’t a lot for 8 people doing multiples days on beach and showers. Manager said he’d bring some but never did. 3) there were a few cockroaches inside and out. Not sure if this is common in the area but thought worth noting. Overall a great experience and vaca.
