My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, big and clean. Perfect location right infront of the beach. Boan was a great host, very attentive and always so fast at responding my questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this house.

Prior to going to Rocky Point a few people in our party had some passport issues. Boan, was extremely helpful and offered some sound advise on how to handle it. In my mind that is well above and beyond the roll of a property manager. When we arrived at the property it was ready early, was stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed our time. Boan and his properties are now our go to place to stay in Rocky Point.

One Issue:
Hot Tub was turned on with very hot water, cover was still on the tub, and it was dirty...we did not use it.

This was our first time at Bella Sirena and we will definitely be back but only if we can stay in this amazing villa. It was steps to the ocean with an unobstructed view. The floorplan was perfect and we had our own private garage for our cars. Also, the owner was fast to respond to all questions and easy to book with!

We cannot say enough about how spectacular this home was and the location being directly on sandy beach! The views and sound of the ocean from the patio were breathtaking! We cannot wait to return one day and bring the pups as it was dog heaven there! We highly recommend getting a massage on the beach as well…we felt safe the entire time and never had a single issue! Thank you Boan for your kindness and for allowing us into your home!!

The house is exactly like the photos. Beautiful, great views and very comfortable. Location is great walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The owner makes everything easy and is very responsive. Will stay again

Best Location
One of a few homes on Sandy Beach, plus it is pet friendly. We ended up not bringing our dogs, but Sandy Beach is Dog heaven. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and a perfect size for a multi-generation family gathering. We worked with Boan the property manager to have in home chef service for three dinners that were fantastic and reasonable in cost. We really enjoyed renting the kayak. The extra suite available upstairs is very nice, newly renovated. The home is a steady rental and over time outdoor furniture and beach chairs have disappeared and need to be replaced (we did not come down from Phoenix). I want to emphasize that we had so much fun and enjoyed the location and property, it made for a great Thanksgiving celebration.

Wonderful property and great location. Very secure and comfortable. We had everything we needed. One suggestion is have more outdoor furniture. It was good that we brought our beachchairs that helped a lot. But highly reccomend and property management is very helpful and available as well as accommodating

Perfect family vacation home!
We really loved this home and resort! The Costa Diamante resort grounds are gorgeous and since it's all individual homes it was so peaceful. Didnt feel like a crowded hotel or resort. The community pool and hot tub were a nice addition too! You can see the ocean from almost everywhere when you take a stroll around the resort. Now about the house. Its huge and lots of space for a large group. All of the basic necessities you'd need were included in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The house is literally on the beach so amazing views! Close to other resorts, shops and restaurants so it's the perfect location. The beach wasnt busy in front of the homes either which was really nice! Hot tub on the patio was our favorite touch! This owner also has all inclusive meal options and we did the private chef experience which was AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend the catering, the food was DELICIOUS! Overall an amazing home and birthday weekend, thanks so much Boan!

Nice place right on the ocean
Check in super easy. We ran low on toilet paper and owner had some brought over. There were no dish towels, dish soap or hand towels for kitchen so maybe bring your own. The rest of the kitchen was fully stocked. We had 7 of us staying and our only complaint is that al the mattresses need to be replaced. Especially the master bedroom. They are super hard and one of them has a dip in the middle. Other than that it’s awesome! You won’t be disappointed.

Spectacular
What a view. Everything you could want and more. Great house there were 10 adults and two babies and it was perfect. I swam in the pool every morning we took turns cooking in the perfectly equipped kitchen. We grilled carne asada one night.The beach was right out the door- massages ocean front ...mangos carved and delivered to your beach chair corn rows braided while ocean front perfect waves very secure loved it. I wish it were mine. Thanks a million.

Beautiful Home. Great location
This was our families first visit to Penasco, had a fantastic time and this home was the center point of the vacation. We did venture out to shop and experience the town but would’ve been just as content to spend all day at the beach. Owner of the home was very quick to respond with an answer to our question. Felt very secure once we arrived and property staff/security was very friendly and professional. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Incomparable!
The location of this property has spoiled us for life. It is ocean front like nothing we have experienced before. The home was beautiful and had a fantastic open concept eating/cooking/relaxing central area. The many windows that framed the water views were spectacular. We will feel hard-pressed to replicate this home/expereince anywhere else!
