This was a perfect home away from home to spend time with our soldier.

The house was lovely, very clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by consistently poor communication from the property management. It was frustrating trying to get timely responses to important inquiries. The password to the wifi wasn’t correct and we couldn’t get a good one for 4 days. Also, you should bring your own shower toiletries as a host doesn’t provide any.

Perfection! 10 out of 10 rating. I loved how clean and the open floor plan was for entertaining. It was everything I wanted my family day to be with my son. Big kitchen to cook a home cooked meal and to relax with family. Instead of trying to find a place to hang out and feel rushed at restaurants. I will tell many soldier’s families about using this property when visiting. And please let me know if you have other locations near other forts. Thank you, A very happy Army mom. Faith Wilson-Russo

The house looked just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a family. Could use some brighter lightbulbs and a few nitpicking things like that but it was great for us.

It was like home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet area. The only problem was the traffic at the main road area coming out of the residential area. I always had to turn right, then turn around to head into town, but that was not a major factor to deter me from booking again if i am ever in the area again. Definately 5 stars.

Nice size townhome. Clean, nice back porch, peaceful. Close to Walmart, Food (TK Pizza was good) also short distance to Fort Leonard Wood. All TV’s work fine. (X2). Quiet location. Perfect for our family visiting for Bootcamp graduation

Great location and very roomy townhouse please it a quiet neighborhood.

This house was neat and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and close to Fort Leonard Wood. Beds were on the softer side. Plenty of space in the kitchen. Water pressure wasn't great but it got the job done. Would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this place to go to the Route 66 garage sale and to celebrate our friends birthday. I have rented through Vrbo before but the first time through a reality company instead of a private owner. Very disappointed in response time on emails, the coffee pot didn't work and didn't work for the last people that were there either because there was a filter and dry coffee in the coffee maker. The televisions did not work, I emailed and he said sorry can't do anything about it until Monday (we left Sunday), There was something sticky in Master bedroom on carpet, night stand, bed and wall. The place smelled liked garbage, it was definitely not what we expected and would not rent through a reality company again. We have friend that do Vrbo rental's they check them to make sure everything works before customers arrive. They did give us a partial refund, but would have rather had coffee and a tv.

Very roomy and homey place to stay for our family, as well as clean and lots of kitchen necessities. We brought our soldier over on family day and was able to fix him a home cooked meal and enjoy some normal family time together playing games and just hanging out. Close to the base. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very sufficient. The renting process was easy and the key pick up and return couldn't have been easier. So glad we rented a house instead of several hotel rooms. Was much more economical as well!

Not enough: 13gal can liners or toilet paper (lowest of quality, sandpaper) Coffee pot did not work Could not get internet on TV to use out netflix account or youtube & no local tv Could not get master tv to work

We were in town for a graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, and close to the base. The host was very easy to work with and was excellent at communication.

I see that another renter, from March 2022 also had issues with a lack of kitchen amentias. I will one up Melora..... We had 6 people in our group and only 4 places for sitting at the dinner table. All the stools you see in the pictures, all lined up along the counter? They are NOT in the house. People had to stand at the counter or sit on the couch to eat. There are still not enough plates, cups or glasses for everyone to use... One of our guests ate off a lid. So yes, you will be running the noisy dishwasher after EVERY meal. Speaking of the Dishwasher, I has to wash every plate and a couple cups before I could use them, they came out of the cupboards, dirty. Otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable. Very nice location...

Good: very clean, quiet neighborhood, spices in spice cabinet (though age?), plenty of coffee filters, while ad says you cannot use the garage, you can, credit issued for $50 for short comings Bad: TV in front room has DVD player like the ad says, however TV does not have cable (modem that is pictured is absent however remote for cable box, cable channel guide are on the coffee table in the front room) and does not get over the air channels, so useless unless you bring dvds to watch. TV in bedroom is useless. No DVD player, no cable, no over the air channels. I inquired about kitchen furnishings and was told equipped for cooking and preparing meals. While the place sleeps 7,, there are 6 dinner plates, no small plates, 5 bowls, 4 coffee cups, various plastic drinking glasses some from restaurants (no glass glassware), no baking pans. We took turns drinking coffee. I ate my dinner from a bowl because there weren’t enough plates. Had to run crazy loud dishwasher between each meal. We had three staying but 7 for meals as I rented the place for hosting family for family day. Advertises USBs on night stands - there’s an extension cord draped over nightstand in main bedroom but no USBs anywhere. No hair dryer, ad doesn’t say it does but this is a clue to what you can expect for amenities. Do not read the reviews and expect the things mentioned there to be present. The management company referred me to the ad when I asked about the TV issues. It does say DVD player. I didn’t make the connection between seeing a DVD player and no channels to watch. It show a tv in the bedroom- it doesn’t say it’s usable. So there is a clue about how the place is managed. There was a for rent sign out front. I have a feeling they are looking for a long-term renter. Be aware of this as if you book in the future, it may not actually be available for your dates.

Our soldier was so appreciative to have a home to relax at during family day. If we are back in this area we would definitely be renting again!

This property was very clean and spacious and perfect for a family to stay for BCT graduation! This property is very close to FLW and convenient! We would stay here again!!

The townhouse was very nice to have for our stay at Fort Leonardwood. There was plenty of room. Much nicer than a hotel room.

This townhome was exactly as advertised and we could not have been more pleased. Plenty of room and quiet neighborhood. Our soldier was able to enjoy a home setting for the few hours she was given off base and all the family was able to be together. Thank you for a great stay.
