The front desk was welcoming and friendly. She apologized for teu mess as it was under renovations. They put me up in a new room with my dog. Nice remodel. Everything was clean. They had an alternate location to serve breakfast because their area was under remodel it did not keep them from providing that service. Would recommend staying here.

Upon check-in the noise from the remodel made it very difficult to hear the guy checking us in and he politely repeated himself. Very pleasant gentleman. The room was clean but what was odd is that the tv was in front of the bed instead of the sitting area where the EXTREMELY HARD couch was so when you sat on couch you just had a huge blank wall to look at??? The tv channels were very limited and what you did watch lagged so bad you couldn’t watch bc of being blurry. Then you can hear all the remodeling going on and the people above us must of had kids bc at 6am you hear running and jumping and stomping- couldn’t go back to sleep. Because of the remodeling you had to leave the hotel and go behind it to another hotel to get your free breakfast . Turkey sausage, bacon scrambled eggs and b&gs. Fruit and cereal. Very friendly and food was good.then the elevator was out of service temporarily so we had to use stairs and walk through the remodel halls, not cool especially with back problems, thank goodness we didn’t have luggage. And upon leaving there was no luggage cart , people don’t return them from rooms so we had to wait till we got one, the front desk took care of that for us.

The staff was great. Room very clean. Contruction canceled all that out. Sawing and pounding began at 8:00 am, weekend included.

Breakfast was amazing each day! Room was cleaned well. Staff are very nice. Only complaints was the kids/someone knocking on door and dashing. That was frustrating. Besides that, perfect place to be at when visiting base.

Location was difficult to access. Mechanical noise every 30 seconds the entire visit. Door lock was faulty. We cancelled our 2nd night and were charged $75.

Nice and friendly check in even at 10pm. Hotel seemed clean, smelt good. Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Only complaint would be way to much chlorine in the hot tub, couldn’t sit in much longer than 10 mins. Eyes were burning and watering. Left before breakfast was served.

Stay was great. Room nice, booked a King, sold out?? Told the hotels.com overbooked the hotel. Anyway, the building was m nice.
The only problem I encountered was the toilet was close to floor height. With bad knees, made getting off pot rough.
The guy at front desk was a little different. Nice, but different. The location was another pain. GPS took us to parts unknown in St. Roberts. After 1/4 tank of fuel, asking for help, finally spotted. Bad to look for an hour and be next to highway, in a holler and hard to spot.
